<em>This research discussed abaut the Implementation of TQM at MTs. Istiqomah Talamau in improving the quality of education. This research has purposes: to know the process of TQM implemantation in improving the quality of education, to know the characteristic of TQM that has been implemented, to know changes that was occured in the quality of a education after the implementation of TQM, and to know trouble that was occured in implementation of TQM to improve the quality of education at MTs Istiqomah Talamau. This research used qualitatif research approach, and the type of research that was used was etnography. This research has been done at MTs Istoqomah Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The sources of data in this research was: the source of data directly from MTs Istiqomah Talamau, the source of data was not direct that was the data which was transferred the data to data collector. Data collection technique used observation, interview, and document collection. Data analisis technique used Miles and Huberman data model. The result of this resech found out: the Implementation of TQM used four steps, these are: Quality planning management, Program implementation management, Management control, Activity evaluation management. Then, the Implementation of of TQM’s characteristic that was applied at MTs. Istiqomah Talamau was: Costomer satisfication, Improving product quality, Respecting to every people, Building a team work, and implementating the improvements countinously</em>.

<p>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah di SD Negeri 02 Batipuh Kecamatan Batipuh Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan <em>(field research)</em>. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah dilihat dari keutamaan objek untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih objektif. Sumber data dibagi kepada dua bagian, yaitu sumber data primer, yaitu kepala sekolah pada sekolah tersebut. Sumber data sekunder adalah sebagai data pendukung yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, yaitu para guru, tata usaha dan siswa dan komite sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analis yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut: ((1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) display data, dan (4) kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Kepala SD Negeri 02 Batipuh mempunyai multi gaya kepemimpinan dalam memimpin di sekolah, hal ini dilakukan tergantung situasi dan kondisi di lapangan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah, kepala sekolah SD Negeri 02 Batipuh menerapkan berbagai macam strategi, dan hal tersebut dapat terwujudkan. Terdapat hasil yang signifikan di SD Negeri 02 Batipuh selama dipimpin oleh kepala sekolah yang sekarang.</p>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisinsi Sumatera Barat, pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat tersebut pengaruh pengembangan karir staff dan karyawan terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan pada dinas Provinsi Sumatera Barat serta pengaruh diklat kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provisnsi Sumatera Barat, populasi pada penelitian ini, sejumlah 25 orang yang ditujukan pada seluruh anggota pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, artinya pengambilan data berdasarkan metode sensus yaitu jumlah responden populasi sama dengan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu diklat kepemimpinan (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) sedangkan kinerja (Y) merupakan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian didapat persamaan Y = 0,417 + 0,630 X<sub>1</sub> + 0,987 X<sub>2</sub>, nilai signifikansi dari variabel diklat kepemimpinan <em>(X1)</em>adalah sebesar 0,018 dan pengembangan karir <em>(X2) </em>adalah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif diklat kepemimpinan <em>(X1) </em>terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pengembangan karir <em>(X2)</em><em> </em>terhadap pegawai dinas koperasi, umkm dan perdagangan Provinsi Sumatera Barat.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of employees of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in the Province of West Sumatra, the influence of leadership training on employee performance of cooperatives, UMMs and trade in West Sumatra Province influence the career development of staff and employees on employee performance the cooperative, umkm and trade service in West Sumatra Province service and the influence of leadership training and career development on the performance of the cooperative, umkm and trade service employees of West Sumatra Province, the population in this study, a total of 25 people addressed to all members of the cooperative service employee, umkm and trade in West Sumatra Province, meaning that data retrieval is based on the census method ie the number of respondents is the same population as the sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The variables in this study use independent variables, namely leadership training (X1) and career development (X2) while performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0.417 + 0.630 X1 + 0.987 X2, the significance value of the leadership training variable (X1) is 0.018 and career development (X2) is 0,000 which means that there is a significant and positive influence on leadership training (X1) on the performance (Y) of employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade services of West Sumatra Province there is a significant and positive influence on career development (X2) on the employees of the cooperative, umkm and trade service of West Sumatra Province.</em></strong></p><p> </p>

<p>Penelitian yang berjudul Kebijakan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Peserta Didik Dhuafa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebijakan kebijakan Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik dhuafa pada Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Modern dan Dhuafa Madania MA Madania Yogyakarta. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kebijakan kepala Madrasah yang menerapkan kebijakan kepala yayasan dalam meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik memiliki peranan yang cukup andil. Kebijakan dan yang diterapkan dan ditopang oleh guru-guru muda mampu meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik. Adapun kebijakan-kebijakannya yaitu <em>pertama, </em>penggratisan biaya sekolah, <em>Kedua, </em>santri wajib tinggal di asrama agar pengawasan. Adapun kegiatan rutinitas yaitu, <em>muhadoroh</em> (ceramah yang dilakukan oleh santri), <em>muhadoroh</em> ini bersifat wajib dan semua siswa harus terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut, serta dalam kegiatan extrakulikuler yaitu: pelatihan menjahit, Otomotif, dan desain grafis. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menggali skill santri, dan santri di ajarkan sesuai skillnya.</p>

<p>Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Nagari Pasie Laweh Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan fokus penelitian adalah faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat upaya pembentukan kelompok peternak kambing di Nagari Pasie Laweh, dengan subjek penelitian adalah peternak kambing di Nagari Pasie Laweh, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, informan penelitian adalah; wali nagari, ketua unsur pemuda, peternak kambing, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa data teknik analis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut; Faktor-faktor yang menunjang pembentukan kelompok peternak kambing adalah; kebijakkan pemerintah sektor peternakan, keterlibatan lembaga keuangan bukan bank, serta badan usaha lainnya, letak geografis nagari dan pendidikan, sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam pembentukan kelompok ini adalah; faktor kepemilikan, perbedaan dalam tujuan, sektor ekonomi, pemahaman tentang kelompok dan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan. Keterwujudan kelompok ternak kambing ini perlu keterlibatan dari semua pihak Salah satu bentuk pebinan dimaksud adalah pendampingan mulai dari pra pembentukan, pembentukan kelompok, pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kelompok, monitoring, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Untuk melaksanakan hal tersebut pemerintah dapat membentuk tim khusus yang membina kelangsungan kelompok yang telah dibentuk tersebut.</p>

Permasalahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bentuk pengungkapan istilah pakaian dalam al-Qur’an cendrung menggunakan istilah dalam bahasa Arab, jika ditafsirkan dengan bahasa Indonesia, maka pakaian yang harus dipakai oleh semua orang termasuk orang Indonesia harus memakai pakaian yang sesuai dengan budaya Arab. Realita yang terjadi pada masyarakat Indonesia pada saat ini adalah memakai pakaian yang tidak sesuai dengan budaya Arab. Sementara dalam al-Qur’an tidak banyak ayat yang membahas tentang masalah pakaian dan etika dalam berpakaian yang sesuai dengan standar syar’i, perlu rujukan lain yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber yang <em>qath’i </em>tentang masalah ini baik dari tafsir, hadis, fiqih dan lain-lain.

<p><em>Education must be carried out for it provides services for all people. Thus, Indonesian government conducts various policies. One of them is child-friendly city. This article has a purpose to explain the other side of education which facilitated Bukittinggi as one of child-friendly city in Indonesia. This research was carried out at PKBM Kasih Bundo, Bukittinggi. The research method is descriptive research. The research findings reflect some activities done by PKBM Kasih Bundo Bukittinggi in realizing Bukittinggi as child-friendly citiey, namely 1) organizing alternatives education, 2) services of child victim of human trafficking, 3) services of child victims of drugs and sex violence, and 4) services for children deviant behavior</em>.</p>

<p><em>Having professional competence is a must for prospective teachers. Professional competence of Islamic Education prospective teacher can be seen from the ability to master the theories of Islamic Education. Based on the author's observations on their abilities in mastering and explaining the theories, female prospective teachers are better than male prospective teachers. This research was conducted through observation. The research result shows the professional competence of prospective teachers of Islamic Education in sufficient category. Based on gender, female students gain better competence (59,9%) than male students (55,2%).</em><em></em></p>

<p><em>The lack of students’ awareness and comprehension in solving math problems was the research background. The teacher only emphasizes the results and does not evaluate the process of students’ cognitive aspects and their awareness in answering the questions. The purpose of this research is to figure out how the metacognition abilities of male and female students solve math problems. The research design was descriptive research. The techniques of data collection were a test for measuring students’ metacognition ability in solving math problems, students’ worksheet, and interview. Then, it was analyzed through scoring procedures, tabulating data and determining the category of metacognition abilities. Meanwhile, the data from interview were analyzed by conducting several procedures such as reducing data, providing data, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed there were no differences in the metacognition abilities between male and female students</em>.<em></em></p>

<p><em>One controversial issue in Islam is polygamy. This paper describes polygamy from: before Islam, during the Islamic period of the Prophet and Companions, the concept of fair, dowry, marriage controversy with ‘Aishah and the world's population. This paper concludes polygamy in Islam is the limitation of unlimited polygamy marriage practice of Arabian people. Polygamy during the time of the Prophet was assumed as God's commands rather than lust and the polygamy practices of Prophet Companions tended as a great people aspect rather than forcing women to be their wives. Then, the concept of fair in polygamy can be measured by wives; the Prophet's dowry to his wives was very huge, and the world population provided the opportunity to conduct polygamy</em>.</p>

<em>The purpose of this paper is to know the effect of parental divorce on children's psychological. The method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject in this study amounted to one pair by using a purposive sampling technique that is sampling where the researcher has determined the criteria for the research subjects. The results of this study indicate that divorced parents will have a psychological effect on the child including the child receiving less attention, protection, and love from his father and mother.</em>

<p><em>Gender inequality has become an issue in some countries. Although this inequality appear in various indicators such as economy, there is an improvement in the condition of women. The bias perception gives greater impact on women's work in all fields which are not as high position as men’s work. The concept of inclusive economic development provides equal opportunities for men and women to actively participate in the economic sector. Then, the involvement of women in the inclusive economic sector still needs empowerment and literacy for the percentage of male involvement is more dominant than women. This research is a normative study that raises the theme of women's involvement in an inclusive economy. The aim of this research is to find out the women’s participation in inclusive economy both in Indonesia and in other developing countries. This research concludes that the role of women in an inclusive economy has shown development. It can be seen from two indicators. First, the women’s participation in employment is almost the same with men. Second, the woman’s participation in education, despite they are still left behind by men, their existence in education field is increasing than previous year</em><em>.</em></p>

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penafsiran ayat-ayat tentang <em>istidraj </em>dalam kitab-kitab tafsir masih secara umum, sehingga pemahaman orang tentang konsep <em>istidraj </em>masih belum komprehensif dan diperlukan adanya penafsiran dengan metode tematik perspektif tokoh mufassir, supaya pemahaman tentang <em>istidraj </em>bisa dipahami secara jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pemahaman <em>istidraj </em>dalam al-Quran perspektif penafsiran Imam al-Qurthubi dalam kitab tafsir <em>al-Jami’ li Ahkam al-Qur’an.</em> Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode <em>maudhu’i</em>. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa <em>istidraj </em>dalam al-Quran semakna dengan beberapa kata lain seperti <em>al-makr, al-khid’ah </em>dan <em>al-imla’. </em>Dan<em> istidraj </em>menurut Imam al-Qurthubi yaitu setiap kali seseorang hamba melakukan suatu kemaksiatan yang baru, seketika itu pula Allah Swt. menambahkan kepada mereka nikmat, sehingga mereka larut di dalamnya dan tidak menyadari bahwa sebenarnya nikmat tersebut bukan karena kasih sayang Allah, melainkan hanya sebagai alat untuk menghukum mereka, kemudian pada akhirnya mereka diazab dengan azab yang pedih.

<p align="center"><em>The 4.0 Industrial Revolution today is increasingly gaining attention from various types of people. With the advancement of the digital industry era, the problems experienced by the wider community are those of the digital world or online. Therefore the implementation of assessments in schools besides requiring mastery, practice and synthesis, must also make updates in guidance and counseling namely digitalization. Therefore, it is possible to use a computer as an assessment tool to facilitate the assessment activities. The assessment must be carried out carefully according to the rules. Errors in identifying problems due to inadequate assessment will cause treatment to fail; or can even trigger the emergence of consequences from treatments that harm the counselee. The method used in this research is library research method. The goal is to produce a digital instrument-based guidance and counseling application that can be used for processing the results of student need assessments. With the processing of digital device-based need assessment, counselors can be helped in mapping the needs of students. Another goal is to continue to carry out assessment activities in ways that are more interesting and not limited to places, but also pay attention to the needs of students in accordance with the problems that occur in students.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Religious values </em><em></em><em>are identified as factors of local effectiveness in Pasaman. The preservation of the "Adat Basandi Syara, Syara Basandi Kitabullah" becomes the benchmark for the regional government in Sumatera Barat in issuing a regulation on Muslim uniform. Likewise, with the Pasaman Regional Regulation, this is stated in PP NO. 22 in 2003 which requires Muslim primary and secondary school students, college students and employees in Pasaman to wear muslimah uniform. The phenomenon of migration of non-Muslim population, especially in Pasaman which borders directly with North Sumatra, is a condition where non-Mulim people are encouraged by schools to wear Muslim uniform at all schools in Pasaman. Psychologically, for non-Muslim students who were born and raised in Pasaman this is not something that has a negative effect. For them this is the local culture. But for new or migrant students who are new to the local knowledge, psychologically, it has negatives effect on students.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>In Indonesia there are currently three time zones, namely, the time of Western Indonesia (WIB), namely the time of GMT + 7, the time of Central Indonesia (WITA), namely the time of GMT + 8 and the time of Eastern Indonesia (WIT), namely the time of GMT + 9. A few years ago there was a discourse that was being rolled out among Indonesian experts and then it became a rather noisy pros and cons, namely about the simplification of the Three Indonesian Time Zones to just One Time Zone, namely GMT + 8, which means the same as WITA / Indonesian Time Part The middle. This discourse raises the confusion of ordinary people about the reasons and benefits that can be obtained by the unification of the Indonesian Time Zone and is there any influence on the initial determination of prayer times. Changes in the time zone of course raises a big question mark for most Muslim communities, whether these changes do not make it difficult to determine prayer times. If it is associated with the discourse with the initial determination of the current prayer time is actually not difficult in determining the initial prayer time. In this case there are 2 ways that can be done in the initial determination of prayer time, namely: The prayer time schedule that has been calculated using the original formula can be used by making simple changes and some conversions. With the unification of the time zone, there is a difference in prayer time of 1 hour compared to the time of the previous prayer even though the unification of the time zone was not so difficult in the initial determination of prayer times.</em></p>
