This book consists of four series in which the approach of Nazariyyah Al-Wahdah was applied. This approach deals with taking themes or texts as the main or center for learning activities of Arabic: sounds, vocabulary, grammar, literature and media use. These five aspects were used by Mahmud Yunus in DLA. <em>The city of Pekanbaru is a strategic area where the population is increasing and becoming a metropolitan city. The rapid development of Pekanbaru City is also reflected in the rapid growth of businesses in various places, with various business sectors. One of the most prominent efforts is the business in the culinary field. Almost in every corner of the culinary business available in the city of Pekanbaru with a variety of culinary choices. The great desire of culinary entrepreneurs in the city of Pekanbaru in carrying out their business, maintaining, developing to become bigger and then reaching the peak. In this case, three culinary ventures in Pekanbaru, namely Martabak Djoeragan, Mini Chef and Waroenk Baper, require marketing communication in the introduction of their culinary business to the community, not only as an introduction but also to maintain the existence of their business. This study uses quality methods. The results of this study indicate that the clinical marketing communication of the clinicians in Pekanbaru Kta through advertising activities, sales promotion activities, public relations and public relations activities, personal sales activities, direct marketing activities, event activities and experiences. Besides marketing communication is also associated with brand equity, which is seen from brand awareness and response to the brand. The use of New Media is very important in maintaining, introducing, and developing its business.</em>

<em>The fundamental religious problems experienced by students today are the low awareness of prayers in congregation. One technique that can be used to increase awareness is to do the prayers in congregation through Islamic counseling. To reveal this in this study using the experimental method, specifically one group pretest-posttes. The research sample consisted of 25 students from SMAN 1 Pasaman. The instrument used was the student prayer awareness scale and data analysis using the t-test. The results revealed that: (1) there was an increase in students' awareness of prayers in congregation after being given a classical format Islamic counseling treatment with an average pretest of 46.04 points, which was in the low category, and posttest 58.76 points, in the high category, and a difference of 12.72 points , (2) there is the influence of Islamic counseling on increasing awareness of student prayer in congregation. Based on the results of this study it is recommended for counselors in schools to be able to apply Islamic counseling as a treatment for increasing student prayer awareness.</em>

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of the principles of good corporate governance (GCG) in this case transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness towards service quality at the Padang branch of PT Bank BTPN Tbk. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) (X) has a significant effect on the Service Quality of Padang Branch BTPN Banks (Y). The contribution of Good Corporate Governance (X) to Service Quality (Y) is 79.9% and found to have a significant effect, while the remaining 20.1% is another factor not examined. The most powerful dimension of correlation is transparency with a correlation value of 0.896. All dimensions of service quality including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a strong correlation with Service Quality (Y), and are significant. The strongest correlation dimension is Reliability with a correlation value of 0.900.</em>

<p><em><em>Zakat management is an activity of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the collection, distribution, and utilization of zakat. Zakat management is carried out by Amil Zakat Agency formed by the government which is organized in the form of an agency or institution. The management system of Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), as a zakat management institution established by the government, is still not optimal and less trusted by the public or muzakki. This means that the performance still needs to be improved to maintain the continuity of the benefits of the use of zakat and infaq. Therefore, BAZNAS must be able to make a strategy in managing zakat, especially in developing productive businesses so that it can provide and help the productive businesses for citizens so they can develop the economy of their own family.</em></em></p>

<em><em>Pilgrimage tradition in Indonesia is a phenomenon that has not been eradicated by the times. The more modern and sophisticated technology, the more pilgrims come. In each city and region there are many people who cult certain graves to the point that the tomb can solve their problems. The tradition of the grave pilgrimage or the term in Mukomuko Regency is "pegi tepat." It is a traditional practice carried out every year. Many practices that come from outside the teachings of Islam even there are deviations from the teachings of Islam itself such as: prostration on the grave, asking for healing, enliven the grave and combining between tradition and religion. </em></em>

<p><em>This paper aims to reveal the implementation of customary law in terms of the form of marriage carried out in several regions in the portrait of the sociology and anthropology of Islamic law. The study was carried out with a socio-cultural approach through phenomena in the field that were in accordance with the literature and empirical observations of each customary event related. The method used is Library Research and observing phenomena in the field regarding customary law that applied in the community. The results of the study in customary law shown that based on reality, social and cultural customary law communities in Indonesia indicated the form of marriage as an Honest Marriage, Semenda Marriage, Free Marriage, Mixed Marriage and Out of Law Marriage as the forms of legal cultural habits that exist in a customary community in the form of unwritten so that the functions and applications can be carried out in accordance with the obedience of the law based on a sense of justice in society and practice in the community where the written law is not always in line with developments in society. It can be conluded that the written rules cannot solve existing problems and sometimes it does not reflect a sense of justice in society.</em><em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<em><em>This research reveals the truth about the reality of Islamic law and its scope. This study was a library research. The data were obtained through the library method, namely by collecting data and materials from books that are relevant to this discussion, by reading, studying, and analyzing all the sources. Sociological-anthropological understanding means discussing the truth of a fact in depth. Law as something that is related to humans, then the relationship between humans and other human beings is in a life interaction. Because without the interaction of life there will be no law (ibi societas ibi ius, zoon politicon). Law serves to regulate relations between people. But not all human actions have their regulation. Only actions or behavior that are classified as legal actions. Legal law relations consist of bonds between individuals and individuals and between individuals and communities. In its efforts to regulate, the law adapts to the interests of society well. As a collection of rules or principles, the law has a general and normative content, the legal principle aims to protect the interests of human beings as social beings. Therefore the law must be obeyed, must be carried out and maintained, but not violated. Humans are given the mind to think, then ijtihad is the deployment of the ability of the brain. The real fact shows that thisdynamics had existed during the Prophet's benediction and tabi'in.</em></em>

<p><em>The controversy of the polygamy issues among scholars occurred very sharply, which is almost difficult to find an agreement. Some contemporary scholars are more likely to disagree with the practice of polygamy. The controversy among the scholars in judging the practice of polygamy in society is the author’s reason to examine more specifically the issue in order to get answers to the disputed problems. This research is a library research. It was done by collecting data from books that are related to the problems. This research is descriptive comparative, which studies the comparison of an object, in this case is polygamy according to the Islamic law perspective in the study of the muqaranah (comparison) interpretation. The results of the study is that the controversy of the views of the scholars in terms of polygamy is due to differences in the way of interpreting lafaz amar (marriage orders), namely in the sentence (</em><em>فانكحوا</em><em>). Most scholars think that lafaz amar shows to ibahah. Ahlu al-Zhahiryah mentioned that the command of marriage in the surah al-Nisa verse 3 means (obligation) to carry out the order of marriage. Al-Tabariy interpreted that the command to marry in the sentence (</em><em>فانكحوا</em><em>) contained in verse 3 of the surah an-Nisa does not mean an obligatory and binding (</em><em>الالزام</em><em>) but a teaching </em><em>الارشاد</em><em> and notification </em><em>الاعلام</em><em>. This is due to the existence of qarinah which turns away the meaning.</em><em></em></p>

Both of these systems, reproductive and endocrine systems are the most interconnected in the study of embryology. For example, when spermatogenesis (sperm for-mation process), will be studied how the male sex glands as the production of sperm, and then at the end of the study as well as the hormonal regulation of spermatogenesis. The results obtained by the analysis that the human body contains a metallic element that is iron. Basic properties of the mag-netic material is located on the magnetic properties of the core elements of the human body shaper is hydrogen, H2O molecules and iron. <div><p>Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye. Iris is a collection of nerves that are delicate and represent and explain the whole condition of the body. Iridology last five years very rapid progress and by the authors have also developed and applied in the field of fisheries, education and human resource management field as needed. Likewise the case of Kinesiology is the study of the nerves in the arm that had been developed by the experts for the detection of various diseases and are able to explain scientifically the cause of the body's mechanism of electromagnetic waves. In 2010, researchers have been applying both the science to determine the stress level of elementary school students and its relationship with the brain and trigger real stress conditions. The results of these studies indicate that the effect is real. Because of the tendency found in water use rechargeable (AMIU) by society, especially in urban areas, especially cities Batusanggkar increasing. <div><p>This study aims to determine the effect of the number of doors eating quail egg production. The study population quail - coturnic Coturnix japonica strains 500 hatching tails of the results using the incubator. All members of the population have the same criteria include age, weight, health , and gender. The design used in this study is completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment (A) 20 tail with 20 % quail feed doors, treatment (B) 20 tail quail with 40 % door dining, treatment (C) 20 tail quail with 60 % door dining , treatment (D) 20 tail quail with 80% of doors eating, treatment ( E ) 20 tail quail with 100 % door to eat. Further test used is Advanced Test Significant Difference at 5% level. The results showed that the number of doors eating very influential on the production of quail egg. Egg production was highest on the cage doors have eaten as much as the number of quail. Lowest egg production contained in the enclosure that has a door to eat as much as 20 % of the number of quail with the effect of each treatment is very real.</p>Key words: total door eat , quail egg production</div><div> </div>

These are of environment media that needs reaserched to know how far the radioactivity level. This was done at environment laboratory of PTKMR-BATAN. Step of reaserch has been done as follow determining the location and take the samples, cultivating the samples in laboratory, measuring the samples with LBC and samples analysis. From the result of measurement it shown that the lowest concentrate could be measured by LBC device that was 0,093 mBq/Kg. Sr-90 concentrate into the result of reaserch shown the data with variation from undetected data (0,4749 ± 1,1422)mBq/Kg.
