<p>Coleus scutellarioides is Labiatae. It have much varieties based on the leave shapes and colors. In the identification is not enough based on morpho-logical organ characters, but it can also based on the pollen morphology. The purpose of this study to determine the pollen morphology of seven varieties of Coleus scutellarioides. The research was conducted in the laboratory of Botany Department of Biology, State University of Padang, in April-May 2012. Seven varieties of Coleus used came from Padang Panjang and Lintau Buo. Pollen taken from bloomed flowers and it made be slides used acetolisis methods and 1% safranin staining method. Data were analyzed descriptively included pollen unit, polarity, symmetrically, size, shape, aperture, and the shape of pollen surface. The seven Coleus pollen varieties have similirity of the type of monad pollen unit, polarity isopolar type, radial symmetry, type colpate with 6 aperture located in the equatorial (Stephano), and reticulate surface-shaped pollen. Prolate spheroid shapes found in var. Eleanor, subprolate forms in var. Batique Fetish, var. Fack, var. Apricot, var. Burgundy Giant, var. Eleanor, and var. Flambe. Whereas prolate shapes found in var. Batique Fetish, var. Fack, and var. Va Va Boom. Pollen morphology of seven varieties of Coleus scutellarioides have different shape and the author have found 3 shape of pollen as the prolate spheroidal, subprolate and prolate.</p><span>Key words: pollen, Coleus scutellarioides, identification</span>

<p>The research has conducted for the analysis of return period of flood over Padang using Iwai’s method. Iwai’s method is a statistical based method to look for a normal distribution. Daily rainfall data observed at seven stations observations were made over the period of analysis to figure out the pattern, then seen his relationship with the MJO. The results of the research obtained monthly rainfall distribution pattern over Padang show equatorial type that has two peaks of rainfall in a year are March and April as the first peak while the second peak in November. Return period rainfall for the 60 days over Padang is 88 mm and is 78 mm in 30 days. Incidence of flooding over Padang in 2000-2010 have a strong relationship with the entry of the MJO phases 3 and 4, is shown from the flood events of 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2009 with a rainfall intensity approaching the calculation of return period 30 - 60 days is 78-88 mm.</p><span>Key words: Iwai’s Method, return period, flood</span>

Soil profile sampled in this study came from Tarab River District Tanah Datar West Sumatra. Soil sampled from the ground which has not been used as agricultural land and agricultural land that has been using chemical fertilizers. For the initial stage , the identification of changes in the magnetic properties of magnetic susceptibility measurements performed through. Measurements were performed by using two mass -specific frequencies of low and high frequencies of magnetic susceptibility ( χLF and χHF ). Measurement of low frequency magnetic susceptibility ( χLF ) for soil samples that have not been used as agricultural land ranges in the range of 923.8 x 10-8 m3/kg to 1239.8 x 10-8 m3/kg. While the magnetic susceptibility values for soil samples ranged former agricultural land in the range of 546.6 10-8 m3/kg to 848.9 10-8 m3/kg. Based on the results of magnetic susceptibility measurements, its seen a decline in the value of magnetic susceptibility on former farmland soil using chemical fertilizers. <em><span>This paper raises the problem of how the cooperation of the Functional Islamic Counselor with Urban Officials in overcoming the disease of the community in Purus Village, Padang Barat Subdistrict, Padang City. Limitation of research is Cooperation extension of Islam functional with the village officials in overcoming drugs. Religious and village officials face many problems, such as multi talent community, stubborn, unruly and so on. Departing from the background above, it needs an in-depth study of the Cooperation of Functional Islamic Counselor with Urban Officials in Overcoming Community Disease. This research is a descriptive field research, aiming to describe reality in the field with qualitative and rationalistic approach. Data source 19 people Extension of Islamic Religion Functional PNS and Non PNS, Official apparatus, community leaders in Purus Village. Cooperation of extension of functional Islam with the urban village apparatus in overcoming drugs in Purus urban village only oriented to preventive measures. There is no action or curative cooperation.</span></em>

<p>The research problem was on the unknown quality of inancial performance of PT. Indo Rama<br />Synthetics, Tbk in the form of the ratio of liquidity. Then, the purpose of the research was to analyze the<br />inancial performance of PT. Indo Rama Synthetics, Tbk in the form of the ratio of liquidity, solvency,<br />activity, and proitability. Descriptive quantitative was used as the design of the research. The setting of<br />the research itself was at PT. Indo Rama Synthetics, Tbk 2011 – 2015 period listed on IDX. It could also<br />be accessed through website www.idx.co.id. The research itself was done during May to June, 2016. The<br />data of the research were inancial reports. The indings relected that the liquidity ratio (current, quick,<br />and cash ratio) of PT. Indo Rama Synthetics, Tbk were in low quality since it was below the industry<br />average. Meanwhile the ratio of inventory to net working capital of PT. Indo Rama Synthetics, Tbk was<br />above the industry average. Seeing from its solvency ratio like debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio,<br />and long term debt to equity ratio, PT. Indo Rama Synthetics was in suficient condition because there<br />was an enhancement of ratio rate per years. However, the results were also remained the same for the<br />rate of average industry because it was above the average industry overall.</p>

<p>National Zakat Charity Agency (BAZNAS) in Solok regency is trusted as an agency for managing<br />zakat, infak, and alms which are received from people for it will be distributed to eligible ones. In reality, the<br />inancial report of it is not referring to the statement of inancial accounting standards from the Indonesian<br />Institute of Accountants (IAI), PSAK No. 109 on the accounting of zakat, infak, and sedekah. Indeed, it is still in<br />the simple form relecting the numbers of zakat, , infak, and sedekah that has received and given to mustahik.<br />This research aims to apply the statement of inancial accounting standards (PSAK) No. 109 at BAZNAS,<br />Solok regency. Descriptive qualitative was used as the design of this research. Data are obtained through<br />interview and documents. The indings showed that the system of fund accounting records of BAZNAS, Solo<br />regency was still simple. It was only the records when the funds of zakat, infak, and sedekah were received<br />and distributed. This inancial record is noted at the ledger and recapitulated in the form of withdrawal and<br />distribution of funds. Indeed, it was a report on receipt and distribution of zakat funds. Meanwhile, a report<br />referring to PSAK No. 109 was on the report of inancial position, changes in funds, changes in school assets,<br />cash low, and notes on inancial report have not been made by BAZNAS, Solok regency.</p>

<p>The purpose of this research is to ind out and explain the Socialist Economics, Tan Malaka, according to Islamic economics. This type of research was library research by using content analysis. The results showed that in the perspective of Islamic economics, the Socialist Economics, Tan Malaka has similarities in terms of objectives and goals. The form of the equation among others is the equality of<br />concepts of justice, prosperity and welfare which are the goal of the economic system. This equation was also seen in the form of abolition of slavery and oppression.Beside the spirit of brotherhood, and mutual help or assistance proposed by Tan Malakawere also owned by Islamic economics. The role of the State in socialist economic policy Tan Malaka is also owned by Islamic economics. The prominent difference in Tan Malaka's socialist economy in terms of Islamic economics lies in the ways or instruments he uses such as zakat, infak, shadaqoh, waqf, banning ribs and so forth. In addition, differences are also seen in the philosophical foundations and rules that support the economic system.</p>

<em>The definition of poverty is very diverse, ranging from just the inability to fulfill basic needs and improve conditions to a broader understanding that includes social and moral components. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of Community Empowerment through the PKPU Program in Pasar Lalang, Kuranji Village, Padang City. The usefulness of this research is to reveal the process of community empowerment through the PKPU program at Pasar Lalang, to find out how far the empowerment process carried out by PKPU Kota Padang in empowering the Lalang Market community in accordance with the concepts of empowerment. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive, namely presenting facts and symptoms in the field and then analyzed so that the final conclusions are clearly understood. In collecting data the author uses the method of interview, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study obtained several facts seen from various things. First seen from the process of liberation and awareness carried out by PKPU, the realization was in the form of socialization and enlightenment in the form of lectures held at mosques and open fields that had been prepared in advance. Pasar Lalang community is given the motivation to be able to change their lives for the better. After that PKPU socialized the programs they will provide to the community.</em>

To increase the school quality, the leader of Islamic boarding school should own good cleverness, and capable in developing new idea in order the institude afford to compete in globalization era and able to arrange organization inside it. The implication of this study is restrainting quality education if the holder of reins capable in performing the duty maximality.</p>

<em>The implementation of marriage in each region is different from each other. The difference is caused by the cultural pattern of the area concerned. In general, the implementation of marriage is preceded by a marriage contract and inaugurated by means of baralek. Unlike the Lengayang area, one of them in Kampung Akat, the implementation of the marriage contract was preceded by a baralek event. This is a marriage phenomenon that distinguishes it from other regions. The baralek tradition before the marriage contract is carried out by the community because it is already a culture that is received from generation to generation and to maintain the consistency of their customs. This tradition is still maintained by the people today even though the culture of the community has been entered and influenced by outside culture. Regarding the beginning of the emergence of this tradition it is not known for certain but the tradition has existed since the ancestors of the Kampung Akad who descended from Sungai Pagu. The author found several reasons for why the community carried out the barialek before the marriage contract, including to maintain the integrity of Minangkabau women, the influence of outside culture due to the tradition of wandering it had, ijab qabul was the most favored event because it was enlivened with baralek events, and various kinds other assumptions.</em>

<em>The term of radicalism often intersects with religion and not only on certain religions, but all the major religions in the world experience it. The radical actions that took place in the last few years in the name of Islam have tarnished Islam. Islam is a religion that teaches the importance of peace, ramatallilalamin, prohibits the acts of coercion in embracing religion, emphasizes tolerance, respects differences and does not justify acts of violence. Psychologically, the root cause of radical action is due to dissatisfaction with reality and accompanied by enthusiasm to make changes in its own way and principles. Anti-radicals behavior emerge, treatment counseling through the process of disputing, cognitive restructuring and reframing based on Islamic values.</em>

<em>This research was conducted to see how the ability of students majoring in Islamic Library Science, Faculty of Islamic Law Adab and the Da'wah IAIN Batusangkar in writing discourse. In general, the components of writing discourse that are of concern are Organization, Content, Grammar and Sentence structure, Mechanics and Vocabulary. This research focuses on organization and grammar and sentence structure. This research uses descriptive method. The data of this study were taken from the test of the ability to write discourse by students of Islamic Library Science in the first year. Then, the data is analyzed using the qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that of 38 students majoring in Islamic Library Science, 20 students were able to write discourse while 18 students were only able to write a few sentences. Of the 20 discourses, 1 discourse has used writing components very well. 4 discourses are already using writing components well. 5 discourses are categorized as moderate. 10 discourses are categorized as lacking and there are no discourses categorized as very lacking in using writing components, especially organization and grammar and sentence structure.</em>

<p>Implementation of Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2006 about Perubahan<br />Undang-undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 about Pengadilan Agama (Islamic Court)<br />points out that Pengadilan Agama has authority to solve conflicts related to sharia economics. Chapter 50 points out that any problems among Moslems dealing with sharia economy should be solved in Pengadilan Agama. Due to the development of sharia economic activities, such as Sharia Banks, Sharia micro financial instutions, and many other, the possibility of legal problems are open. In solving such problems, beside referring to Undang-Undang and Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (Compilation of Sharia Economic Law), judges also consulted The Quran, the Sunnah and other resources for Islamic law, especially in relation to Fiqh Muamalah. By consulting those resources as considerations, any legal decision will lead to the invention of new law (rechtsvinding) which is based on law interpretation and construction. This is made possible since Pengadilan Agama has established law resources, especially about sharia<br />economy, such as books of fiqh which is very contextual in application. It is expected that the decisions which have been made will be better in terms of quality and accountability.</p>

<p>There are some factors to be concerned and anticipated by the bank morder to maintain the bank liquidity. It must be realised that Islamic banking is a new beginning industry, it still unable to be a leader in industry of banking particular in Indonesia. Based on that reality, there fare in this liquidity issue, beside being competitive to other Islamic banking, this competition also happen to conventional banking. There are three ways of anticipating and overcoming the problem of liquidity if we relate it to the efforts of developing Islamic banking, customer needs, profesionality, profitability rate and obedient to the Islamic system : to boost the education and the socialization of Islamic banking specially explaining about economic aspects and Islamic values system to the society, to revise and to enhance work of Islamic banking, and to strengthen the coordination, communication and understanding of customer and bisnis partner, to identity some rationale customer in the bank, and to desain bank portofolio include the instrument liquid.</p>

<p>According to al-Ghazali, the goal of life of a moslem is reach the Allah blessing (ridha) both in world and the world after. One of the media that facilitate the achievement of the goal is legal wealth (halal) in economic activities. For al-Ghazali, market is believed to a an evolution of “law of nature”, that is, the passion coming from inside of someone to fulfill each other’s economic need. With his evolution theory about money, al -Ghazali explains that the there have been a shift from barter system to money-based economic system. Money, according to him, may bring two possible things to human, good or bad, depending how individuals use it.</p>

<p>Sharia Supervision Board (Dewan Pengawas Syariah) plays very strategic roles in<br />sharia economic institutions. Since its main roles will give influences, such as to<br />guarantee the safety of ummah in one side due its appropriateness in taking any<br />decisions and economic practices which are always based Islamic laws, this board will keep the credibility of the institution. This is quite reasonable since ummah believe that those institutions have been run based on Islamic laws. Consequently, Sharia Supervision Board needs revitalizing to optimalize such strategic roles.</p>

<em>Minangkabau, with all of its aspects, has attracted academician to conduct researches about it. In terms of wealth, this tribe has a great detailed concepts. Comprehensive descriptions upon wealth center around the systems of kinship, power, and land ownership which is known as suku, sako and pusako. Social value of wealth is realized through communal wealth ownership. The authority of wealth is socialized by presenting tribal address to other people through the concept of sasongko. This wealth is supposed to inherit from generation to generation by means of communal authority system. However, some external systems, such as Islam, have given fundamental change which is considered too intervening. Consequently, the community cannot fully accept the change but, in other hand, do not want to reject it.</em>

<p>This paper concludes that the role of tasawwuf in socio-cultural transformation in Indonesia is substantive. This conclusion refers to the interpretation of literary sources and Sufi texts in the history of the classical Nusantara. This is contrary to the opinion of some experts who state that tasawwuf only plays the role of forming surface Islam (Islamic formality) in the Nusantara world. Some Islamic indicators of substance brought by Sufis were mentioned by Malay history expert Syed Muhammad Nuqaib al-Attas in his book Historical Fact and Fiction. General indicators can be seen through the phenomenon of social and cultural transformation occurring neatly and without theological confrontation. The existence of pesantren in the Nusantara is also a substantive impact of the sufistic role in socio-cultural transformation in the archipelago. This paper also discusses several Sufi texts and texts that have a significant impact on the socio-cultural life of the archipelago. Some Sufi figures from the archipelago have also been involved with global issues about Islamic problems. This paper uses historical methods in describing library sources. The texts were then analyzed through a sociology-anthropology approach.</p>
