<em>Any decisions made on economy by human in Islam cannot be separated from moral and religious values since all activities upon economy are related to sharia (Islamic laws). Therefore, Islamic (sharia) economy is build upon fundamental values, whether in terms of philosophical, instrumental and institutional values as well, which are based on the Quran and the Sunnah (prophetic traditions). The developments of discourses on Islamic economy have been through long phases which finally promote the establishments of Islamic economy institutions to serve the Islamic (and non Islamic) communities (ummah). Due to the urgent needs of those institutions, the Indonesian government gave positive and serious responses by supporting various Islamic economy institutions to serve the Indonesian people who needs their services.</em>

<em>In matrilineal system of Minangkabau, women gain strategic position. Beside the central line of generation, females also act as ‘bundo kanduang’ who have the right to inherit the tribal heritage from the ancestors and have the authority for the tribal land (tanah ulayat). This position needs to be reconsidered in terms of implementation whether it is still relevant to the principles suggested by the genuine tradition since the concept of inheriting the heritage last forever. The Islamic law (syarak) referred by the tradition points out that the women’s position in the doctrine of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) should be respected and has equal rights to men in respect to land ownership and authority.</em>

<p><em>The marriage certificate is the process of recording marriage to a marriage that is carried out on a legal basis and has not been approved by the legality or marriage certificate of the marriage. The purpose of the marriage ratification is to obtain legal certainty that is appropriate to the marriage that has been done, namely by registering a marriage and obtaining a marriage certificate to facilitate the civil process in the family. This type of research is qualitative by discussing sociology and it was carried out using inductive analytical methods by discussing the issue of the implementation of marriage rights in the field and the implications of marriage rights to the status of marital power in terms of the system of agreement-invitation legislation. The results of this study are the implementation of the marriage certificate in the Jepara Religious Court has been carried out according to procedures that have been received and carried out by the Jepara Religious Court in accordance with the provisions of the procedural law of the religion in accordance with statutory provisions regulated by Law Number 50 Year 2009 concerning the Religious Courts</em><em>.</em><em></em></p>

<p>Tujuan pembangunan ekonomi adalah peningkatan pendapatan riil per kapita dan adanya unsur keadilan dalam penghasilan dan kesempatan berusaha. Pemerintah dalam hal ini telah menerapkan strategi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terpusat pada pembentukan modal. Sayangnya, di samping prestasi yang telah berhasil dicapai tercatat berbagai persoalan yang memperburuk citra pembangunan dengan orientasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama mengenai degradasi lingkungan hidup dan hilangnya kearifan lokal. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam hal tersebut tidak dibenarkan, karena ada kaidah yang menyatakan “menolak mafsadah yang lebih besar dari pada mashlahah.” Pembangunan ekonomi dalam Islam lebih mengarah kepada teori produksi Islami dengan tujuan akhir untuk mencapai falah bagi seluruh umat. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan bagaimana pembangunan ekonomi yang berbasis kearifan lokal dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di kawasan Wisata Istana Basa Pagaruyung. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembangunan ekonomi yang ada merupakan usaha bersama pemerintah dengan masyarakat lokal, pelaku usaha, dan organisasi masyarakat dengan mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki daerah telah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Namun, di sisi lain ada beberapa hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian karena pengelolaannya belum sesuai dengan syariat Islam diantaranya adalah pendirian objek wisata Jenjang Seribu dengan kurang memperhatikan mashlahah dan mudharatnya dan cara berpakaian pengunjung khususnya bagi wisatawan luar yang belum berpakaian sopan dan menutup aurat. Setelah itu pengelolaan sampah yang merupakan limbah rumah tangga baik produksi ataupun konsumsi yang akan berdampak terhadap lingkungan sekitar.</p>

<p>On the west coast of Padang City most of the population work as fishermen. Several studies have been conducted by experts, stating that ,in general, the quality of life of fishermen is lower than that of farmers and / or other communities. This needs attention, considering the impact on the quality of life of their children. In family education, for example, many families show poor communication with children, such as: rebuking, yelling, comparing, and saying harshly. The assistance method used is participatory and Community Based Research (CBR). In this mentoring activity, it is done by participating and doing social mobilization to build awareness of parents on what is meant by educative interaction and how to apply it in the family. The mentoring results show that there is an increase in insight, understanding and parenting skills about their educational interaction, motivation to improve their interactions with children, readiness to be an educative communicator for their children, being a mentor for other citizens, and being able to control themselves in communicating, and avoiding communicating silly or uneducative things.</p>

<p>Beliefs and religions that developed before Islam entered Indonesia were animism, dynamism, Hinduism and Buddhism. Hindu-Buddhist religion and culture entered Indonesia through trade contacts. More or less has affected some aspects of the life of the Nusantara people. The influx of Hindu-Buddhist cultural influences from India has changed and added to Indonesian cultural treasures in several aspects of life, such as: the establishment of the kingdoms of Tarumanegara, Singhasari, Majapahit, and so on. The process of Islamization to Indonesia was carried out in a peaceful manner accompanied by a spirit of tolerance and mutual respect between the spreaders and adherents of the new religion with adherents of the old religion (Hindu-Buddhism). He was brought by Arab and Gujarat traders in India who were interested in spices. Then, they formed Islamic colonies which were marked by wealth and the spirit of preaching. In this research will discuss about Islam Nusantara; as a theory of the arrival of Islam until the process of Islamization in the nusantara.</p>

<p>The purpose of this study is to compare the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks with the financial performance of Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the CAR, FDR / LDR, NOM / NIM, and ROA ratios. This study is a secondary research, where all required data are taken from official website of each bank. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. Then, a feasible used sample is 6, namely Islamic Commercial Banks (Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BRI Syariah) and Conventional Commercial Banks (BRI, Bank Mandiri, BCA). Comparison of ratios was analyzed using Independent Sample T-Test on SPSS 22. The results of the study using statistical tests show that there are significant differences between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia, namely the ratio of FDR / LDR, NOM / NIM, and ROA, whereas in the CAR ratio there is no significant difference between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks. The results of research by looking at financial performance indicate that the financial performance of Conventional Commercial Banks is better than Islamic Commercial Banks.</p>

<p><strong>Da'wah with an inclusive method in the current milineal context needs to be done considering that Indonesian society is very plural and the problem situation is far different from the past. This is the importance for the sake of Islam itself so that Islam is no longer preached single. More than that so that Islam still exists in accordance with the statement of the Prophet Muhammad: </strong><strong><em>"al-Isla> m Yu'la> wa La> Yu'la> 'Alaihi"</em></strong><strong> (Islam is a high religion and cannot be exalted by others) and according with jargon </strong><strong><em>al-Isla>m S}alih li Kulli Zama> n wa al-Maka>n</em></strong><strong> (Islam is good in all dimensions and places). Da'wah with an inclusive approach certainly necessitates the existence of a new methodology which contains multi approaches so that da'wah can be observed by all components of society and does not lose its relevance. Da'wah with various approaches so that Islam can be comprehensively understood and Islam becomes increasingly rich in meaning. Islam is preached singly as well as narrowing the scope of Islam itself. The use of preaching by the inclusive method in the future is very much expected by missionaries and preachers because this inclusive da'wah model is still rarely carried out even though the propaganda of this model contains messages of religious dialectics (</strong><strong><em>Jida>l H}asanah)</em></strong><strong> so that da'wah is not exclusive.</strong><strong> </strong></p>

<p>The life of a plural and multidimensional society could run well when supported by public space which allows dialogical communication. Public space is seen as the melting pot of various groups of religion, politics, culture, economic, etc. bearing own interest. Habermas presupposes that the ideal public space can only be born into an ideal communication conditions, i.e. communication based on trust between the various parties in order to reach consensus to solve various issues and common goal through rational argumentation and way. However, such an ideal communication is difficult to be realized when minimalism of public space takes part. The minimalism takes over the development of public spaces covering institutions, actors, facilities, and ideas. In Indonesian context, Yasraf defines minimalism of public space through various phenomena such as the superficiality, commodification, banality, virtuality, transparency, and immorality. Such minimalism implies pessimism towards sustainability and the future of public space as the milestone in the creation of dialogic and democratic tradition. Public space minimalism becomes a threat to the life of the community which is built on plural and inclusive paradigm. In this context, inclusive Islam needs to be highlighted. Not only in the context of religious diversity, but also in the context of group diversity. Islamic inclusivism should be extensively interpreted in order to face the rapid development of the globe.</p>

<p>The purpose of this paper is to reconstruct Islamic theology of the archipelago. The research method used in this research is the library research with the techniques of collecting written sources that are spread in the form of books, journals and seminar results related to Islamic Nusantara theme, kemudaian analyzed inductively and deductively. The result and conclusion of this research is that theology that is suitable for Islamic Nusantara is a theology that is inkulus, pluralis and multicultural.</p>

<p>The problem of environmental damage can be corrected through the education process, namely doing Adiwiyata Programs at school. From 2006 to 2016, the number of schools that participated in the Adiwiayata program was still very limited, namely 7,278 schools (around 6% of schools in Indonesia). MA KMM KAUMAN is a private school, with a wide location, able to enter the national level in achieving the Adiwiyata program. The aim of the study was to reveal (1) the application of management functions at MA KMM KAUMAN Padang Panjang in implementing the Adiwiyata program. The method used is qualitative with the type of case study. The results of this study indicate that the management function in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program is done with careful planning, proper management, maximum implementation and continuing supervision. From these results it is recommended for other schools to carry out management functions such as MA KMM KAUMAN Padang Panjang.</p>

<p>The highness of Islamic has perished by bad attitudes of some Muslims. Islam rahmatan lilalamin will become true, if every Muslim has a good understanding on Islamic way as it told by Quran and Hadits. Since Arabic is the language of Quran and Hadits, author is interested to do some researches related to Applying the concept of islam rahmatan lilalamin through Arabic learning. The aim of this research is to find students’ understanding about the concept of islam rahmatan lilalamin before and after learns Arabic.Research method is quantitative with parcipatory action research, on 97 students. Furthermore, after the initial understanding of student tests on the concept of <em>Islam Rahmatan Lil'alamin</em>, then obtained an average value of 72 of the total sample of 97 students. Thus it can be concluded that students have a sufficient understanding of the concept of <em>Islam Rahmatan Lil'alamin.</em> However there were 43 students with scores below average and 54 students with scores above average with significantly different interval values, at intervals 55-80. After following the learning of Arabic, The results obtained an average value of 89 of the total sample of 97 students. Thus it can be concluded that students have a good understanding of the concept of <em>Islam Rahmatan Lil'alamin.</em> The student score is at the 85-95 interval<strong></strong></p>

<p>Tulisan ini membahas arti penting keseimbangan keamanan lingkungan terhadap tindakan penyelesaian piutang di lembaga keuangan. Keseimbangan keamanan lingkungan memiliki keterkaitan dalam kelangsungan hidup umat manusia. Adanya tindakan penyelesaian piutang dengan cara pelelangan barang jaminan terhadap masyarakat luas, akan membawa arti perubahan kelangsungan keamanan lingkungan. Sehubungan dengan fenomena ini perlu adanya penelitian yang dapat memahami tindakan pelelangan barang jaminan bagi masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini menganalisa pelelangan terhadap barang jaminan atas utang piutang serta dampaknya keberlangsungan keamanan hidup umat manusia di suatu tempat. Penelitian mengambil dari beberapa literatur terkait tentang lelang serta melihat kehidupan masyarakat secara langsung setelah terjadinya pelelangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan agar terciptanya keberlangsungan keamanan hidup umat dalam pelelangan barang jaminan, maka suatu aturan harus memberi skala prioritas penjualan lelang diperuntukkan kepada orang pribumi dalam rangka kestabilan keamanan lingkungan.</p>

<p>The sharia economic law in Indonesia applies in non-formal term as the part of the law that lives in community and in juridical formal term. The non-formal term of sharia economic law can be actualized in the form of fiqh mu’amalah iqtishadiyah or DSN MUI fatwa while the juridical formal term must be actualized in the form of the enacment of laws and regulations whose formulation is carried by the authorized government agency. In turn, the accommodation of Mu’amalah principles bring out the politics of law of sharia economy. This research is a normative legal research. The object of a normative legal research is the law that conceptualized as a norm or rule. There are several norms that becoming the objects in this study, including laws, government ordinances, etc. This research uses historical approach and statuta approach. The result of this research shows that the sharia economic law in Indonesia has a specific type. Recognition process of the sharia economic law has a different recognition than another Islamic laws. Fatwa DSN MUI has strong legitimation in laws related to sharia economic. This is a concrete manifestation that the state supporting the development of Islamic economic in Indonesia.</p>

<p>This paper aim is that employee or Human Resources (HR) is given the task and obligation then collaborates in one team work to achive organization goals, HR frame is very individuals or employess is seen as part of a large family member has sternght, weakness, needs and desires, the political frame is to view an orgaization as a competitive jungle where many employees compete for very limited resources and power and to identify the best parts in an ineffective and ineffective field. To compile various human resources management activities there are 6 (six) human resources maanagement model, namely: Clerical model, legal model, financial model, managerial model, humanistic model and behavioural science model. If the human resource management strategy described is implemented half-heartedly, little by little, this will be predicted to cause failure. Success requires a comprehensive long-term strategy and commitment, many organizations support but give little. One example of a comprehensive strategy that combines elements of human resources is structural and total quality management (TQM), which swept American companies in the 1980s. Quality teachers such as W. Edwards Deming (1986), Joseph Juran (1989), Philip Crosby (1989), and Kaoru Ishikawa (1985) differ in specific, but they all emphasize the involvement of labor, participation, and working together as important components of serious quality efforts. Hackman and Wageman (1995) analyze theory and practice. It is practical from the quality movement and concludes that it is a coherent and distinctive philosophy, which is consistent throughout the research that is in effective human resource management. Hackman and Wageman (1995) synchronized four core assumptions in TQM: 1. High quality is actually cheaper than low quality, 2. People want to do good work. 3. Quality problems are cross functional and 4. Top management is ultimately responsible for quality. Ideally between people and organizations can both benefit goodness, for a successful organization it needs creative and active people. Global competition, turbulence, and rapid change have increased a lasting dilemma: Is it better to be lean and mean, or to invest in people? Various strategies to reduce labor downsizing, outsourcing, temporary and part-time use of workers have been widely applied to reduce costs and increase flexibility. Organizational progress adopts various strategies, involving strategies to improve human resource management.</p>

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the provisions on the obligation of a living by a husband for his wife and children to be connected with joint property in A marriage. Collective assets in marriage initially originate from the customs (‘urf) of a country that does not separate the property of husband and wife. Husband's income is mixed with the wife's income. The definition of shared property described in the law and Compilation of Islamic Law, brings an ambiguous understanding of the provisions of the husband's obligations regarding living which are explained in Law No. 1 of 1974 Article 34 and Article 80 of the Compilation of Islamic Law.There are no explanations for both of these living conditions, how to make a living for families who combine their wealth into joint property, and what is the difference with the family separating husband and wife property into personal property. The type of the research is a library research. The method used is normative qualitative. The data were collected from from secondary data. The research is content analysis. The research findings explain that if the husband and the wife combine their wealth into joint assets willingly, the family needs must be taken from the joint property. This means that the husband cannot be sued again to provide for his wife and children. There should be an explanation in the implementation of the provisions of the obligation of the husband to provide for his wife and children as an implication of the provisions of joint property</p>

<p>One of the Indonesian government programs to improve the economy of the community so that they become prosperous is to provide assistance to villages throughout Indonesia in the form of Village Funds. This fund can be used for infrastructure development as well as for empowering rural communities themselves, so that poverty alleviation programs can be realized. Among the fund functions is the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), in the area of Tanah Datar Regency referred to as Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUMNag). Nagari Sungayang is one of the villages in Tanah Datar that has formed BUMNag, but the Nagari Sungayang government and the BUMNag board have not ascertained how the system of BUMNag is. The focus of this research is how is the strategic plan for the implementation of sharia-based BUMNag in Nagari Sungayang. The filed research research is conducted with with qualitative methods. Data sources are Wali Nagari Sungayang, Kaur Nagari Sungayang, Chair of BUMNag and Society of Nagari Sungayang, as well as BUMNag documents. Data obtained from interviews and documentatar study. Data analysis is carried out by SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)analysis. From the results of research conducted by BUMNag Nagari Sungayang, it can run its business according to sharia by noting the existing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.</p>

<p>Islam is basic foundation to build moeslem’characters. It can be done through education.Because of that islamic content should be inserted into curriculum for every subject that are taught by teachers. One of the subject that should get attention is English. Since in teaching English, the teacher still use general material that still far away from islamic content and values. It can be seen from curriculum of English at schools and universities that the topics still less from the messeges of islamic norms and culture.How can the teachers build students’ character without teaching students islamic material that the sources is from holy quran and hadits? It is a big question that should be answered. This paper will discuss about utilizing islamic content in teaching English.The writer offers some way on integrating islamic content in the English teaching.</p>

<p>The purposes of the study were to determine how the influence of religion and community on the entrepreneurial motivation of youth. The research approach used is quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data as many as 20 young people as a sample who are members of the hijrah youth community Padang Gantiang Batusangkar. Data obtained by interview technique through questionnaire using Likert scale. Data Analysis uses multiple linear regression by making religion and community as independent variables while entrepreneurial motivation is the dependent variable. The data is then processed with the SPSS program to answer research questions. The results indicated that there is a significant influence between religiosity and entrepreneurial motivation of youth, while community variables do not significantly influence the entrepreneurial motivation of youth. The results of this study explain that to build entrepreneurial motivation for youth, the role of religiosity is needed</p>

<p>Penelitian ini bertolak dari permasalahan yaitu, kurangnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, media pembelajaran kurang bervariasi, dan sumber belajar yang kurang dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan adanya suatu inovasi dalam pembelajaran matematika, seperti penggunaan modul matematika berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning </em>(PBL), dengan diberikannya modul kepada siswa akan membuat pembelajaran yang dilakukan siswa lebih menyenangkan, tidak membosankan, siswa memahami pesan yang disampaikan dan akan berusaha belajar dengan menggunakan modul baik ada guru ataupun tidak ada guru. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan modul matematika berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning </em>(PBL) dalam pembelajaran matematika yang valid.<strong> </strong>Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu: tahap <em>define </em>(pendefinisian), tahap <em>design </em>(perancangan), dan tahap <em>develop </em>(pengembangan). Instrumen penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan lembar validasi Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul matematika berbasis <em>Problem Based Learning </em>(PBL) yang dirancang sudah valid dengan hasil validitas yang diperoleh adalah 78,27% dengan kriteri valid. <strong></strong></p>
