It is necessary for procurement planning and management systems are integral and better. This study aimed to examine the overall architecture for business processes that exist in STAIN Batusangkar using enterprise modeling systems. The steps of modeling using EAP architecture is divided into two phases, namely the identification of enterprise and enterprise architecture development. Identification entreprise by defining the organization as an object to describe the vision and mission of the organization associated with the vision of information systems planning. This is done for the development of the campus architecture tailored to the business objectives. The results showed that the necessary framework of policy, strategic planning, organizational development concept of unit information and communications technology management, user management, network infrastructure and integrated information systems. The test was conducted to five types of sim cards along with a ladder-shaped aluminum profile. Photography radiology was performed energy 50 kv. Then the analysis of image quality was done by using software of new image analyzer 2007. Image calibration process was done by using the results of aluminum profile image. The results of the photographic image were recorded 20 times, and then selected the best image. Then the image result obtained was used to calibrate the thickness of aluminum profile. From the calibration it was found the function equationof the grayscale, y=143,9e<sup>-0,18x<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></sup>with the correlation 0,974. As the result of the calibration, it was obtained the relative thickness of sim cards toward aluminum; between 0,3877 – 0,7423mm. The density measurement of the sim card with grayscale was ranging between 125-134. <p>In this paper it is considered about Amanded Basic Virus Infection Model (ABVIM), with defined R<sub>0</sub> which is free from carrying capacity. R<sub>0</sub> makes ABVIM reasonable for interpreting Hepatitis B virus infection. Diatom samples were collected using a plankton net from five different stations. Each station purposive sampling defined by land use considerations. The result was find 67 species of diatoms, 38 species including Centrales orders, 29 species including Pennales order Frequency of attendance 100% match Climacodiumbiconcavum and Eunotia Lunaris. The highest density of C.biconcavum was 15.22 ind./l in waters near Mount Meruwith the highes trelative density wasfound in the waters of Nirwana Gardensis equal to 15.90%. The highest density of E.Lunaris was 15.22 ind./l in Kasiak Island water sand the highest relative density was found in the same water samounted to 10.90%. <p>The aim of this study is to assess the variation effect of the amount and the location of seed I-125 in dose absorbing behaviors of the target (prostate) and other organs at risk (bladder and rectum). The phantom model is 8x8x8 cm<sup>3</sup> cube-shaped with 0.2x0.2x0.2 cm<sup>3</sup> voxel size. I-125 seeds are implanted into the prostate with variation of spacing and number. DOSXYZnrc is implemented to calculate doses. To analyze dose distribution of each organ, the Dose Volume Histogram (DVH) program is developed using MATLAB. From this investigation, the effect of location of seeds influences the dose volume histogram for all organs. For example, the volume of prostate that receives 20% or more of the maximum dose (VB20) decrease around 40%, if the spacing among the seeds increases from 0.5 cm to 1 cm. But the spacing of seeds has insignificance effect on VB100 for each organ. This fenomena also appears if the number of seeds is changed. The spacing - and the number of seed have important role in the dose distribution not only on the target but also on the organs at risk. The optimized geometry had been obtained by optimizing the bond length (l) arA bond angel (α). The bond surface (δ) was not been optimized since those molecules were assumed to be planar. The band gap was determined by measuring the different of HOMO and LUMO of the optimal condition. From there studies it were obtained that the Eg 1,3,4 thiadiazole monomer ard dimer in anti position, monomer and dimer of its substiruted - BH<sub>2</sub><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>were 4,35793 eV; 3.31008eV ; 4.8900eV ;3,09322 eV; 3.11124 eV, respectively. Based on Eg. valued it was concluded that monomer substituted by -BH<sub>2</sub>, 1,3,4 thidiazole diamer in anti position and dimmer of its substituted - BH<sub>2<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></sub>have Eg in semiconductor range (1,0-3,5 eV). <p>Pseudomonad fluorescents (Pf) is a biological agent that has been reported to enhance the growth of many plants because it can produce plant growth substance (auxin, gibberellins, and cytokinins), phosphate solvent enzyme, and siderofor. Information about the frequency of Pf in improving plant growth is limited. This study aimed to investigate the effect of biofertilizer applied frequency on upland rice growth. The study was conducted from October to December 2011 in the screenhouse and Laboratory of Biological Department, Padang State University. This study is experimental and the design used was randomized block design with 6 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment is the frequency of Pf applied there are without Pf (control), once, twice, three times, four times and five times. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and further test DNMRT the real level of 5%. The result showed that application of biofertilizer able to increasethe number of tillers and biomass of upland rice. However, the frequency of Pf has no effect on plant height, number of tillers, the wet weight and plant biomass.</p><p>Key words : Pseudomonad flourescen, frequency, upland rice, biofertilizer</p>

<em>This research used a quantitative method thart described the real condition in the field by looking at the various issues that arise nowadays. The hypotheses of the research were: (1) There was an influence of the professional allowance on teachers` performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. (2) There was an influence of the teachers' job motivation on their performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. (3) There was an influence of the professional allowance and job motivation on the teachers’ performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. The population of this research was 150 teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency. Tne total sample of this research was 72 teachers. This research used Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. The results of this research revealed that: (1) The professional allowance influenced positively and significantly on teachers` performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, in which the teachers` performance was determined by the professional allowance, namely 28.8%. (2) Job motivation influenced positively and significantly on the teachers’ performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, in which teachers’ performance was determined by job motivation, namely 33.5%. (3) The professional allowance and job motivation influenced positively and significantly on teachers` performance In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Sub Rayon I Agam regency, namely 28.8%.</em>

<em>To measure the accurate direction for prayer (kiblat) is not a simple matter for every Moslem, especially for the ordinary ones. Therefore, this article is intended to explain and give simple understanding on how to use and practice as well the nature of Qiblat measurement wherever the moslems are. Actually, there are some ways to measure the accurate direction of qiblat. However, many of them are quite complicated to practice. Finally, using compass is believed to be easier and others seem to be forgotten. </em>

<em>In terms of legal perspective, the fatawa issued by Indonesian Council of Islamic Scholars/Ulama (MUI) theoretically have tried to apply the principles of al-Qur’an, Hadits, Ijma, dan Qiyas as practiced by the Sunnites. However, in the realization, they suffered from inconsistency. There are many of the fatawas refering to books of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence). In terms of the content, such factors as social and political environments yield influence toward the formulation of the fatawa. On the other hand, such influence give lessons to those who are interested in Islamic laws that the products of thoughts in Islamic laws cannot be separated from the social and political conditions when the thoughts were formulated. </em>

<em>How can</em><em> humans live happily is old problems and new problems as well, he is also the problem of micro and macro issues from of the economics perspective. There is no way to be able to live happily except by getting rid of the three enemies of man, namely poverty, ignorance and disease. In terms of social factors, poverty is also a chain where the chain can be broken. It is an interesting phenomenon to listen to the history of Islam that explains that the first holy war undertaken by Abu Bakr was the war against poverty in the form of warfare against the rich who do not want to pay the zakat that should be enjoyed directly to the poor. This paper explores the problems or social problems as an inspiration or a solution to the problem of poverty in the Islamic perspective.</em>

<div class="WordSection1"><p><em>In this qualitative study, the researcher described the implementation of psychomotor assessment for Islamic Education and Character Subject in State Islamic Secondary School Kajai Sei Rotan South Pariaman. The observation, documentation and interview were used on collecting data. The data were analyzed by applying data reduction, data display and data conclusion. <p><em>This study was purposed at identifyng the instructional management in State Primary School 09 Hilia Lamo, Kamang Magek, Agam by using qualitative approach case study. The researcher used interview, observation and documentation on collecting data. The results showed that the instructional instrument was made on vacation through workshop 3 until 4 days. The instruction was begun by flight ceremony, morning gymnastics, memorizing and reading a holy quran. The instruction was done by using various methods. To monitor the instructional process, the school gave the notice to the parents related to the students’ skill. <p><em>Based on the achievements of State Islamic Secondary School Sungayang it also had many violations were done by student as seen in the students’ case book in the academic year 2015/2016. The violation was only related to discipline, but it prohibits the school’s progress. This research was aimed at describing the response of State Islamic Secondary School Sungayang toward students’ delinquency. This study was qualitative case study by applying observation, interview and documentation as instruments on collecting data. The primary data in this study were Vice Head of Students, Guidance and Counseling Teacher and students. The results revealed that the efforts to tackle students’ delinquency was understanding the forms of delinquency committed by students. There were high, medium and low delinquency. The students’ delinquency might come from family and school factor. The efforts on overcoming studetns delinquency were preventive, curative and rehabilitation. On the preventive, the school did socialization to the parent and the community. On the curative, the school gave the punishment based on the type of delinquency. On the rehabilitation, the school did direction and education of a noble human being. While the obstacles encountered were many parents ignore their children; the rule did not correspond to the current situation; and the students nowadays at the age of transition of delinquency.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>The Students’ Delinquency, State Islamic Secondary School, Sungayang, Tanah Datar</em></p>
