<em>Secular economic system is failed and unable to overcome economic problems in Indonesia today. The presence of islamic ecomic system pioneered by the establishment of Islamic financial institutions is expected to be alternative solutions of the problems. Furthermore, this system is expected to bring better atmosphere and prospects as well. This is made possible since the principles of Islamic economic system meets the values of humanity, justice and partnership.</em>

The Qur'an and hadits have regulated all the ins and outs of the lives of Muslims, including marital problems. Among the things that are regulated in Islam about marriage are the terms of marriage, and one of them is the prospective bride has been baligh. The problem of baligh of person is biologically different in time or age. Therefore, classical scholars did not set a marriage age limit, but in Indonesia marriage age is regulated, which is stated in Law No.1 of 1974 that marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 and the woman has reached the age of 16. These provisions cause controversy, because the Qur'an and the hadith do not mention it, only specifying signs. While in the books of fiqh generally only recognize baligh as one of the terms of marriage, which is characterized by the presence of ihtilam for men and menstruation for women.

<div><p><em>The history of development of Islam in West Sumatera filled with Islamic Education dimension. Several approaches applied by Islamic preachers in West Sumatera are evidences that Islamic Education has been written in the history. Dakwah Advocacy Policy (Implementation of Local Regulation No.2 of 2007 in Sungai Tarab Subdistrict) Tanah Datar Regency Regulation number 2 of 2007 is stipulated as one effort to realize the desire of local government and society to implement the vision and mission of Tanah Datar Regency especially in improving the practice of religious values to realize the quality of faith and devotion of the people who are famous for the philosophy of Adat Basandi Syarak, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah. Based on the background, Sungai Tarab Subdistrict as one of the areas in Tanah Datar Regency seeks to implement the law with various forms of activities that encourage the implementation of this regulation as well as possible. This research uses Qualitative method. The results show that the Implementation of Local Regulation No. 2 of 2007, especially in Sungai Tarab Subdistrict has been implemented but in the implementation there are still the following things: For Students On Primary And Secondary Education And Bridal Candidates, substantially accompanied by academic script, which contains -those aspects of philosophy, sociology and juridical this is also related to the excavation and assessment of problems and needs of the community so that the problem to be solved by the regional regulation is not accommodated well, the socialization of the implementation of the local regulation is not done well, causing the interpretation different from the implementation of existing regulations so that the quality of implementation of this local regulation is less positive response from the community, on the one hand this regulation is often ignored, funding support from the local government is still not sufficient to support all components or contents from the implementation of the regulation, the Implementation of Perda in Sungai Tarab Sub-District as a whole has been in operation although in reality there are some provisions that exist in the regulation has not been implemented optimally caused by the limitations of Human Resources which become the object of the implementation of the Regional Regulation

Events that occur in the Western hemisphere in seconds or minutes after that can be witnessed in the bedroom of people who are on the Eastern hemisphere continent. Likewise, events occurring in the Eastern hemisphere can be seen today by people in the Western Hemisphere. Indeed, societies’ lives can not be separated from rumors; this is caused by the existence of three types of people: First are the people who use the issue to damage the life of Islamic society, they are from the hypocrites and non-Muslims. The second is a person who easily receives the news and immediately conveys it to others without checking the truth. And the third is a person who easily mistake or quickly concluded then he immediately preach to others based on the false assumptions. The subject of this research is what and how the real description in the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an about the information with analyzes the subject matter to give a certain concept of information. The discussion is based on the references to verses of the Qur'an and Hadiths that deal with the issues discussed. The purpose of this study is as follows; First, to know clearly about the ethics that provide the information so that the information submitted does not confuse the readers, listeners and viewers. Second, is to know clearly about ethics in receiving information in order to give guarantee of justice, balance and accuracy of the information.

In the science and technology currently, also the success development have penetrated all aspects of the field of life, it is not only bringing the convenience and happiness, but also to new behaviors and issues. There are many issues that long time ago was never known, never imagined; now they are true. this reality is meant by contemporary issues. During this time the theme and scope of da'wah only revolves around the problems of hablum minallah (vertical relationship), or in akhhrawi problem; Syahadat, prayer, fasting, hajj and other religious ritual themes. While the theme of other Islamic da'wah, namely hablum minannas (horizontal relationship) is not much touched on, when in fact the scope or theme of da'wah is very broad. Issues of the ummah's interests are part of the themes of Islamic da'wah, such as democracy, the problem of increasing the resources of the ummah, the problem of economic improvement, work ethic and others. They are rarely alluded in the subject of da'wah material so that da'wah seems not to stand on the earth but in the air.

This is not only indicated by students’ low test score only but also by their low interest and negative image on the subject. In response to the above phenomena, paradigm in education, especially in learning Mathematics begins to shift from learning that places students as passive knowledge receivers into facilitating them to construct active knowledge. Penelitian ini dilihat dari peran <em>Director of Photography </em>pada video profil nagari kumanis. Peran <em>director of photography </em>dalam sebuah video sangat mendominasi dalam hal <em>visualisasi.</em> Namun teknik <em>framing </em>yang di lakukan oleh <em>Director of Photography </em>video profil belum menghasilkan video yang menarik.<em> </em>Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa peran <em>director of photography: </em>(1) merancang <em>story board, </em>melakukan diskusi dengan <em>assistant cameraman </em>mengenai pembagian tugas tentang tipe-tipe <em>shot</em>. (2)<em> </em>mempersiapkan alat produksi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan gambar. Teknik pengambilan gambar yang digunakan oleh <em>director of photography </em>adalah <em>till down </em>dan<em> pan right pan left. </em>Posisi kamera yang <em>statis</em>, untuk objek yang dinamis<em> </em>menggunakan <em>hand held </em>atau genggaman tangan. Jenis <em>shot </em>yang digunakan oleh <em>director of photography </em>adalah <em>long shot,</em> <em>medium close up, close up </em>dan <em>big</em> <em>close up </em>untuk memperjelas detail objek yang direkam. Kendala yang dihadapi<em> director of photography </em>adalah: (1) keterbatasan alat yang digunakan saat produksi, (2) Kurangnya pengetahuan <em>assistant cameraman </em>tentang teknik pengambilan gambar dan jenis-jenis <em>shot </em>serta komposisi dari setiap <em>shot.</em>

Persaingan produksi film saat ini sangat kopetitif namun peminat film <em>Tenggelamnya kapal Van Der Wijck</em><em> </em>masih tetap eksis dikalangan masyarakat. Peneliti ingin mendalami nilai-nilai apa saja yang terkandung dalam film <em>Tenggelamnya kapal Van Der Wijck. </em>Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian <em>documentary research</em>. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara serta analisis data menggunakan metode<em> content analysis</em>. Hasil penelitian ditemukan, Ditemukan adanya pribadi yang memiliki nilai-nilai sosial yang dibangun melalui pengelolaan emosi yang baik dan pribadi yang taat pada nilai–nilai budaya yang dibangun dari kepatuhan pada pada orang tua.

Penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan pemahaman guru dan murid di SDIT Dar el-Iman Padang yang memakai celana di atas mata kaki sebagai salah satu bentuk pengamalan terhadap sunnah Rasulullah dan dalam mewujudkan salah satu visi sekolah, namun di luar jam sekolah masih banyak ditemui beberapa guru yang masih memakai celana di bawah mata kaki atau <em>isbal</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman di kalangan guru tentang hadis <em>isbal,</em> dan mengetahui pengamalan di kalangan guru tentang hadis <em>isbal</em>. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan <em>living</em> hadis dengan wawancara dan<em> </em>mengamati langsung objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa (1) Mayoritas pemahaman kalangan guru SDIT Iman tentang hadis <em>isbal</em> bersifat tekstual, (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi kalangan guru dalam mengamalkan hadis <em>isbal</em> yaitu: a). Sering mengikuti atau mendengarkan kajian b). Adanya penekanan dari pihak sekolah agar setiap guru yang mengajar memakai ujung celana di atas mata kaki karena berpengaruh terhadap kontrak kerja mereka selanjutnya. c). Tidak paham dengan hadis isbal. (3) Bentuk pengamalan hadis <em>isbal</em> di kalangan guru: Pertama, mengamalkan hadis isbal dengan pendekatan tekstual. Kedua, mengamalkan hadis <em>isbal</em> yang cenderung membolehkan.

<em>This study was inspired by the reality that memorizing the Quran had become an activity which was avoided by most of students and uninteresting as well due to its ineffectiveness of the memorizing methods. Dealing with the phenomena, this study aimed at figuring out how One Day Three Lines method was applied di MTsN 01 Limapuluh Kota, and related factors that supported or inhibited the implementation of the method in memorizing the Quran. This study belonged to descriptive quantitative design employing evaluative model of CIPP (Contexs, Input, Proses dan Produc) Method. The data were collected through participant observation, in depth interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis were carry out by checking data trustworthiness obtained from observation, interview, documentation to figure out the context and product evaluations of One Day Three Lines memorizing method. Questionnaire was used to assess respondents’ attitude toward the method. The findings showed that One Day Three Lines memorizing method applied in MTsN 01 Lima Puluh Kota was categorized effective with an average percentage was 71.9%</em>

<em>The agreement of qardh wal ijarah for the product of pilgrimage bailout has been implemented by some sharia banks In Indonesia following fatawa of DSN No. 29/DSN-MUI /IV/2002 about product of pilgrimage bailout. In one side, this implementation made much easier for those to realize their dreams to go for pilgrimage. On the other side, such implementation raised a very challenging question whether the implemtatation has fulfilled the rules expected by the fatawa. Based on a study conducted, it revealed that the process of proposing product of pilgrimage bailout by the customers of BSM of Kota Padang Panjang supporing branch office was done as it was required by the mechanism by considering 5C factors as standard procedure for realizing the finance. In realizing pilgrimage bailout, this institution referred to the fatawa of MUI about pilgrimage bailout in which the customer should have settled the bailout before the depart to pilgrimage. This also implies that the bank has the rights to cancel the customers’ departure in the case of inability to settle the bailout. Dealing with this implementatiom, bank is benefited from the ujroh based on the agreement between the bank and the customer. Customers, on the other hand, are required to pay expenses dealing administration and insurance as the consequences of the agreement. Furthermore, the customers are benefitted from gaining portion ahead and are allowed to pay in installments for the pilgrimage.</em>

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims at producing the module design of basic and advanced calculus using Maple 14 in mathematics computer application course. This research used research and development. The module was developed by modifying the previous module as designed by Rahman (2013). The stages applied refers to Akker and Plom (1994). The module consists of three units – introduction, learning activities, and closing. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this article is to explain how to teach recount text in the classroom. The ability to write is one of the skills that should be taught in schools. Reality shows that there are many students who have problems in writing. The problems could be some students have limited ideas in writing. Furthermore, almost all of the students thought writing was boring, so they are not interested in writing. Then, writing is a difficult thing because they have to think about the selection of tenses and vocabulary correctly in a sentence. Considing facts, the author is interested in the theme of teaching the recount text-based brainstorming as one effective way to improve students' understanding in writing recount text. Brainstorming can increase students, creativity and to generate a lot of ideas in a short time, by extending the viewpoint of any aspects or thought .</em></p><p><strong>Keyword: <em>writing, recount text, brainstorming</em></strong></p>

<p><em>Seigniorage refers to any profits resulting from issuing particular currency. Seigniorage is basically profits made by a country from the initial use of fiat money. As the issuer of a currency, a country gets profits resulting from the differences value of production cost and nominal value stated on the money. On the other hand, to earn some money, citizens need to works hard and spend time. Consequently, there seems to be a gap between what the citizens get and the profits the government makes. <p><em>Observing several academic documents that enrich the historical value, the discourse about circumcision apparently still presents interesting questions and ideas according to the conditions and social culture surrounding them. Cutting a small portion of the genitals on the implementation of circumcision is commonly done throughout the community on the child's age. The social values that legitimize female circumcision should be criticized because it may cause bad impact. Meanwhile, according to religious dogma, female circumcision is not a significant issue. <div><em>Minangkaubaunese has believed the importance of land for centuries. Rules concerning with land within the life of Minangkabaunese traditionally can be said to be genuine community. Lands, as they believe, is basically a symbol of their own identity which is called ulayat. Furthermore, land is one of the institutional elements of matrilineal system which determines individual and communal integrity, and original and migrant residents to base any decision dealing with succeeding the right of particular region. According to rules, land are not to be sold or used for as a warranty the purpose of making loans. The influence of Muhammdiyah toward Minangkabau has colored the pattern and offered new model of the management of ulayat from succeeding communal to organizational communal by keeping the tradition concerning with the status of waqf and prohibition to be sold and diminished. All land assets, therefore, are in the control of business division of Muhammadiyah.</em></div><div><em><br /></em></div><div><em>Keywords:<br /></em></div>

<em>In the current history of Indonesia, discussions concerning the implementation of democracy seem to be ups and downs. In general, it can be said that the implementation of democracy has not met the noble ideas of the 1945 Proclamation. <em>Determining the beginning of “Qamariah”that was known as “hilal” among moslem people because the order of doing fasting and breakfasting were dobe if they seeing the hilal. If they could not see the month, they had to complete (Rukyat) the on going month. It seemed that seeing the hilal was not the only one way in determining the beginning of “Qamariah”. In society, they could choose one of them that contribute to different result of determining the beginning of “Qamariah”. The happening of “Hadits”about the order to complete (Rukyat): “Berpuasalah kamu bila melihat hilal dan berbukalah kamu bila melihat hilal.” Different opinion among the moslem priests (Ulama) in Indonesia in understanding that “hadits” might forced moslem people to be in one side or the other side in doing fasting.</em>
