<p><em>Marriage is basically the main element in the establishment of sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. Consequently, to realize such expected family, fixed laws are needed. The implementation of such laws in marriage is aimed at maintaining rights, ….. and responsibilities of the family members in order to realize everlasting and qualified family which is suitable with marriage purposes. Therefore, administrating marriage which has been stated in laws is becoming obligation to carry out. <p><em>Sharia banking in Indonesia has approached 24 years of age. This age implies that it such sharia banking has shifted to maturity phase. It has developed significantly compared to that of previous years. It can be observed from its average growth of its assets, DPK, PYD which is 45% higher than the years of 2000 up to 2014. <p><em>Murabaha financing is a form of financing which is provided by sharia banking. However, murabaha financing can be granted by Islamic banks only at the risk of default on the part of the customers. Therefore, Islamic banks are allowed to require security to customers. One of the requirements is that the customers should submit a number of insurance premium amounts depending upon how much the ceiling of financing provided to customers, However, the implementation of provisions of the insurance premium is not suitable with the provision of guarantees and insurance concepts in Islamic economy. Such mechanism is not approved by sharia insurance fund forfeited as it is found in conventional insurance. It implies that if the customers of murabaha financing has fulfilled their obligations to pay the mortgage financing (he did not pass up defaults or die), they should get the collateral back since their debts have fully repaid.</em></p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: premi, <em>murabahah</em>, perbankan syariah

<p><strong>Implementation School-Based Management: Descriptive Analysis In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Pasir Lawas Kabupaten Tanah Datar. </strong>This research is aimed to describe the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in which this research uses qualitative research. The background of this research is quality of education in MTsN Pasir Lawas is still low because learning and teaching process is still conducted in conventional method, learning and teaching processes still focus in teachers’ center. <strong><span>From research conducted data showed that transformational leadership has been executed well by leaders in MTI Canduang</span></strong><span>. This is evidenced by the changes better than ever, morale and motivation of teachers and employees. Factors supporting leadership in MTI Canduang of which is a strong leader, the majority are young, energetic and highly motivated, skilled in the art, the support of all parties. Whereas the inhibiting factor of which is the absence of a permanent dormitory, minimal finances. Models/styles of verbal and non verbal leadership shown by the variety of writing programs that have been created by the leadership as well as attitudes and daily behavior is an example for subordinates. From the findings of this study concluded that transformational leadership has done well in MTI Canduang. Factors supporting leadership more than the barriers. <p><strong>This Thesis discusses the contribution of the implementation of leadership function of the Madrasah organization atmosphere toward work performance of MTsN teachers in Solok</strong>. The research is categorized as expost facto by using quantitative with correlational research as its approach. This research took all the teachers of the MTsN in Solok as the samples. In totalthere were193 persons and 78 of them were selected as the research samples by means of <em>stratified proportional random sampling technic.</em> The collected data used questionaire instrument by using Likert scale. The first and second hypothesis were tested by using correlation technique and simple regression. Meanwhile, the third hypothesis was tested by using double regression.The result of the data analysis concludes that : (1) The implementation of the leadership function of the Madrasah Headmaster contributes significantly 46.8% towards work performance of the teachers of the MTsN in Solok, (2) organization atmosphere contributes significantly 57.7% towards work performance of the teachers of the MTsN in Solok, (3) the implementation of the leadership function of the Madrasah Headmaster and organization atmosphere contribute significantly 63.3% to the work performance of the MTsN teachers in Solok.</p><strong>Key Words:</strong> Implementasi, fungsi kepemimpinan, iklim Organisasi, kinerja guru

<div><p><em>The study of Istisqaq (derivational word) as a part of Fiqh lughah (Arabic linguistic) is a main concern of linguists in the recent decade. Istisqa’ is one of the distinguished features of Arabic which have rich vocabulary. In the early of the third century of Hijriah year, several Ulamas (Moslem scholar) pay a serious attention in the study of Istisqaq. Istisqaq is a process of forming a word to another word in order to produce a new meaning. This formation was initiated by Ibn Jinniy. He then wrote a monumental book entitled Al-Khashaish. Istisqaq is identical with the study of Ilm Syarf (morphology). This paper concludes that the teaching of fiqh lughah in an advanced level needs to improve. <p>The phrase of belief (myth) makes character or behavior in society. The social life of various cultures makes variations in behavior. Minangkabau culture shows that the behavior of the community departs from the expression of popular belief, which at this moment the influence of myth is still in use in everyday life. In terms of the function of the myth itself is in use the community in providing advice, reprimands, education / how to educate, child prohibition or kemanakan, as well as some people who are considered necessary, make this mythical behavior develops and form the character of society itself. (Myth) is still rooted, making the culture Minang still able to survive in turmoil of cultural variations and life kemodrenan. Progress in thinking, acting to make Minangkabau culture smart in behaving. This paper reveals the behavior of Minangkabau people to express the beliefs of the people or more in the know with myths.</p>

<p><em>The research on the application of the method Iridologi on education for the identification of stress on the elementary, junior high and high school in West Sumatra have been implemented since 2009-2011. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of methods for identification of stress Iridologi students in teaching and learning to follow the National Examination in elementary, middle and high school. So far, education experts do not have a physical examination methods stress levels of students in learning process for success in National Examination (UN). With Iridologi methods (physical examination of the iris) is easy to determine the level of stress to find a solution. Iridologi is a branch of science neurology (the science of nerves). Iridologi able to detect changes in body condition which is reflected by a smooth peripheral nerves throughout the body in humans and vertebrate animals. This study is a pioneering application of biology to solve problems in education. The subjects studied were students at 6 SMAN in 3 districts (Padang City, Sijunjung and Pesisir Selatan regency), SDN 38 students in the city of Padang and students in the district Sijunjung SMPN 9. The results in 2009 at the stress level high school students facing the UN in 2010 was 68% and levels of stress were 32% rate of severe stress. Subsequently, in 2010, for elementary students, 0.08% tingat mild stress, the stress level is 65.7% and 24.3% rate of severe stress. In 2011, for junior high school students found a mild 0.8% stress levels, stress levels were 59% and 32% stress level. Conclusion from three years study showed that the method Iridologi effectively demonstrated Iridologi stress levels of students from elementary, middle and high school students to follow the national examination (UN).</em></p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Metode Iridologi, Identifikasi Stres

<div><p><em>In this global and modern era, the interaction between a teacher and students still could be done after teaching and learning process in the classroom because of the development of information technology. This research was aimed to to design electronic teaching materials based Mobile-Learning (M-Learning). This teaching material was designed by using the 4D Model which was reducted to become 3D: Define, Design, and Develop. The target of doing this research was electronic teaching materials based Mobile-Learning (M-Learning) at “Optik” (Optics) subject. This teaching material was presented by using electronic medium such as phonecell or tablet because they were very easy to bring whenever and wherever. <p><em>Teaching students to speak English is not an easy task. <p><em>The students have a problem in comprehending the text in listening comprehension. It</em><em> was prompted by the idea that metacognitive stratetegies is the crucial important </em><em>to solve the problem in listening comprehension</em><em>. By using these strategies, it helped students to plan, monitor, solve, and evaluate their learning </em><em>to foster their listening comprehension</em><em>.</em><em> One of strategy in metacognitive is planning strategies. This article is intendedto find out what planning of</em><em> metacognitive strategies </em><em>used by students and the way</em><em> they apply it in listening comprehension.</em><em>Based on the research has conducted by the researcher, The students</em><em> had applied metacognitive strategies but some of th</em><em>em</em><em> did not do it in the correct ways in listening comprehension. <p><em>The main objective of learning English is using English as a means of communication. One of the ways for the teachers to make </em><em>the students</em><em> use English as a means of communicationis using appropriate techniques which match with the learners’ characteristics in teaching speaking. Unfortunately, the fact shows that many teachers still do not know the appropriate techniques to teach speaking for </em><em>the students</em><em>. They frequently teach speaking using translation and memorizing techniques, whereas, those techniques are not appropriate with the characteristics of young learners. <p><em>The problem of this reseach was the lack of the teachers’ knowledge and understanding about the evaluation of students’ achievement. This research was descriptive research (correlation research). The population of this research was all Islamic elementary school teachers at Tanah Datar regency. They are about 319 teachers. The sample of this research was 98 teachers. The sample was selected by using stratified propotional random sampling technique that is through cohcran technique. The instrument of this research was questionnaire (Linkert scale). The evaluation of students’ achievement was variable Y, and supervisors’ supervision was variable X2. And, the teachers’ knowledge of evaluation (variable X1) was analyzed by using objective test.The result of the research showed that: 1) there is any correlation between the teachers’ understanding of avaluation to the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency, 2) there is any correlation between the supervisors’ supervision to the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency, 3) the teachers’ anderstanding and their supervision of evaluation influenced the teachers’ achievement of evaluation of Islamic teachers at elemeantary schools at Tanah Datar regency</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: pengetahuan evaluasi, supervisi pengawas, kinerja evaluasi guru
