<div><p><em>The goal of this research was to know: “Was the students’ understanding of mathematics concept who were taught by using ‘Stratagem’ Method through cooperative learning better than conventional Method.” The research method was Quasi Experimental Research, Post-test Only Control Design. Data was collected from the test. <p><em>This research was done to see the practicability of learning material based E-Learning that was developed in Kalkulus Peubah Banyak 1 (KPB 1). The practicability of this material was seen from the easiest of using this material by the students. The design of this research was research development. The research instrument was interview. The data from interview was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. <p><em>This research was aimed to know the effect of using documentary film on the tenth grade students’ achievement of SMKN 1 Guguk. The design of the research was randomized control group only design. The population of the research was all of the tenth grade students of SMKN 1 Guguk who were registered in 2010/2011 academic year. The sample of the research was chosen by using purposive random sampling technique in which Contruction class was as control group and Electronic was as experimental group. <p><em>The depelopment of technology in Globalization era may give bad influence to education nowadays. It had created people’s moral crisis, especially students. The changing of the students’ mentality and moral, for example, might be happened because of internal and/or external factors. The students never feel upset after doing something bad to others. They seemed that they did not know of how to respect adult people when doing communication. And, there were some other problems among the students. It might happen because they got lack of education about etique both at school or outside the school. The education of etique was really needed to do in order to solve those problems. It was clear that it became important thing in educational system today. The progress of education in one country, especially in Indonesia, could be seen from the suceed of implementing education characters to its students. <em>This research aimed at figuring out the regulations of Islamic laws in dealing with loans and gold as warranty on Mulia Financing in Islamic pawnshop. To achieve the desired aim, this study employed normative study by applying qualitative approach. Furthermore, conceptual approach which was dealing with multi-agreements in Islamic law was used to figure out the implementation loan using gold as warranty on Mulia Financing in Islamic pawnshop according to Islamic laws. The data of the research were the secondary ones which were obtained from books, internet resources and previous relevant studies and collected through library research. The data were analyzed by means of normative analyisis and study based the available data. The findings showed that the implementations were not suitable with Islamic laws due to the absence of the requirement for the objects of loan. Furthermore, multi-agreement practices which are prohibited in Islam also took place.</em>

<em>This research aimed at analyzing the effects of Capital Adequacy (CAR), liquidity (FDR) and operational efficiency (BOPO) toward profitability (ROA) in PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (2008 to 2015 Period). The effects of CAR, FDR and BOPO were measured quantitatively and correlated to the company’s ROA by means of double linear regression formula. The object of the research was three-monthly financial report through 31 observations. The findings showed that CAR and BOPO had negative and significant effects toward ROA. FDR had positive and no significant effects toward ROA. It was found that 94.6% of ROA could be explained by the variables of CAR, FDR and BOPO, while 5.4% could be explained by other variables which were not included in this research.</em>

<em>Sharia is the law of God. The intensity of the Shari'ah refers to the conditio sin qua non for the good sake of mankind. Moreover, the state principles of Indonesia clearly mentions that this country believes in God the Almighty. However, the facts show that the Shari'ah has not become the soul of way of life of the nation. In fact, the concept of Shariah itself in some contemporary Islamic discussions is debatable due to its narrow and improper definition. Consequently debates concerning with the implementation leads serious problems. This article aims at elaborating the concept of Sharia intensity, existence, and its implementation in a state that bases its believe in God the Almighty through philosophical, legal and sociological approaches.</em>

<p><em>The problem in this research was students motivation in Islamic education in high school 1 Salimpaung is well. Researcher suppose that this condition process. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation of reward toward student motivation, punishment toward students motivation and the correlation both of reward and punishment toward students motivation. This research is quantitative research that applied correlation method. The population in this research were all of the students in high school 1 Salimpaung in 2016/2017. It was consists of 417 students. While, the sample was only 81 students that was taken by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The variable data X</em><em><sub>1</sub></em><em>, </em><em>X<sub>2</sub></em><em>, and Y collected by using questioner with liker scale. The first and second hypothesis tested by using simple regression technique. While the third hypothesis tested by using double regression. The result of this research indicate that the correlation of reward toward students motivation was 0,1%, then correlation of punishment toward students motivation was 10,3%. While the correlation both reward and punishment toward students motivation was 10,4%.</em></p>

<pre><em>The background of the research was the poor performance of the elementary school headmasters so that their main tasks and functions had not been fulfilled yet. It was researched based on elementary schools teachers’ perceptions in Padang Panjang. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of schools headmasters’ managerial supervision and working motivations towards their performance. The results of the research found that: (1) the schools Headmasters’ managerial supervisions had positive and significant influence towards their professionalism, namely 17.70 %; (2) their working motivations had positive and significant influence on their professionalism namely 14.40%; and (3) their managerial supervision (X1) and working motivation (X<sub>2</sub>) had positive and significant influences towards the Headmasters’ performances, namely 39.50%.</em></pre>

<p><em>One of the principles emphasized in transaction is willingness (antaradhin). The principle ensures that all parties involved in transaction get satisfaction. This means none of the parties get benefit while the other suffers from loss as the consequences of the transaction. The jumhur ulama agree that the principle is implementing in the form of ijab and qabul. The principle of antaradhin is achieved through sharing the same amount necessary information (complete information) between two parties. However, not all of transactions end in satisfaction. This is due to the fact that one of the parties tries to hide necessary information from the other one. That means one party is deceived by the other. This kind of behavior is known as cheating (tadlis). Tadlis may appear in the form of hiding real or true conditions of the trading goods, increasing the price and so forth. These may take hiding information on the quality, quantity, time, and price of the goods. This paper therefore aims at discussing in more detailed Islamic perceptions toward antaradhin (willingness), tadlis (deception) and how the habit of committing to tadlis destroys the principles of antaradhin in the process transaction.</em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: <em>tadlis, ‘antaradhin</em><em>, </em>transaksi </p>

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi siswa KPI tentang film marosok. Tujuan dari diskusi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana siswa KPI memandang nilai-nilai moral, sosial dan budaya dalam film marosok film. Jenis penelitian yang saya gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang saya gunakan adalah observasi, dokumenter dan wawancara. Pengelolaan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian yang penulis dapat simpulkan bahwa: (1) penyajian nilai-nilai moral dalam film Marosok adalah nilai moral yang terkandung dalam marosok film yang tidak tersampaikan. Karena penyampaian nilai-nilai moral selalu disertai dengan komedi visual. (2) penyajian nilai sosial dalam film Marosok adalah nilai sosial yang terkandung dalam film marosok tidak tersampaikan. Karena penyampaian nilai-nilai sosial selalu disertai dengan komedi visual, (3) penyajian nilai-nilai budaya pada film Marosok adalah nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam film marosok. Karena ceritanya hanya menggambarkan tentang salah satu budaya masyarakat Tanah Datar dalam proses jual beli ternak.

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian terhadap QS. al-Baqarah: 228 tentang pembahasan waktu iddah dalam kata <em>tsalatsatu quru’</em> berdasarkan pemanfaatan teknologi kedokteran. Perkembangan teknologi kedokteran saat ini dapat melihat dan menginformasikan kondisi rahim wanita yang dicerai suaminya apakah kosong atau tidak, tanpa perlu menunggu hingga tiga kali <em>quru’</em> dan ini tentu akan menjadikan hukum Allah Swt dalam QS. Al-Baqarah: 228 tidak berlaku lagi. Peneliti mencoba menganalisis tentang pembahasan ini dengan penelitian yang berjenis library research menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu bahwa kita tetap harus berpegang pada hukum syari’at yang telah ditetapkan Allah Swt dalam al-Quran tentang iddah 3 kali quru’. Yaitu menggunakan 3 kali haid dan atau 3 kali suci dengan berpatokan kepada hitungan bulan sesuai dengan QS. Ath-Thalaq ayat 4. Adapun teknologi kedokteran memperkukuh syariat Allah Swt yaitu iddah harus dilaksanakan dalam hitungan waktu tiga <em>quru’</em>. Karena masalah iddah tidak hanya persoalan <em>bara’ah ar- rahmi</em> (mengetahui kekosongan rahim) tetapi lebih dari itu, bahwa iddah bersifat <em>ta’abbudy</em> (ibadah) serta merupakan masa berfikir kembali tentang keputusan cerai yang telah diambil untuk mempertimbangkan tentang baik buruknya keputusan tersebut.

<p><em>The potential of religion that has existed when humans are born if not treated properly, then that potential will experience fade or disappear altogether, so people in their lives assume that religion is not important in their lives. This study discusses the strengthening of the model of religious guidance for adolescents through wirid activities in Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX Lubuk Begalung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where researchers describe the overall model of adolescent coaching on intellectual, spiritual and social aspects as well as ideas related to strengthening the coaching model by forming an organization, increasing activities by carrying out dawn in congregation, Maghrib reciting and giving rewards. </em></p>

<p><em>This discussion aims to describe the Islamic perspective on the development of supervisory managerial and academic supervisory competencies. This is important because the teachings of Islam have universal concepts and principles related to supervision or supervision and their competencies. Managerial supervision that emphasizes supervision and regulation of all elements in the education unit and academic supervision which is more in the form of assistance and guidance to teachers in improving the effectiveness of the process and learning outcomes, both require a number of competencies that must be developed continuously. Based on the Islamic perspective, then in its application managerial supervision competence must be based on the nature of Allah SWT al-Raqîb which means supervising and other traits in relation to being the regulator or manager of the universe with all its contents. While academic supervision competencies based on Islamic perspectives should prioritize the principle of helping to ease the burden and difficulties faced by others.</em></p>

<p><em>The debate over the relationship between religion and the state reappeared when the New Order regime was at its peak of power, the 1980s. This has a fundamental need to strengthen the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and establish Pancasila as the only state ideology and the only principle for religious and social organizations. This need certainly created an extraordinary paradigmatic controversy among all components of the nation, especially Muslims: between following the political will of the New Order or remaining a supporter of the establishment of an "Islamic state", not a Pancasila state. This is a big dilemma for the Indonesian people which in reality consists of thousands of islands, hundreds of ethnicities and languages, and dozens of religions, while the majority of the population is Muslim where the idea of </em><em></em><em>establishing an 'Islamic state' has not vanished from the ideals of a number of Islamic organizations or groups.</em><em></em></p>

Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena banyak orang yang berilmu pengetahuan agama dan mengaku beriman kepada Allah Swt dan Rasul-Nya, namun tidak sedikit di antaranya yang mengikuti langkah-langkah setan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui bentuk-bentuk godaan setan. (2) mengetahui cara mengatasi godaan setan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tafsir <em>Maudhu’i</em>. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan godaan setan. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder meliputi kitab-kitab tafsir dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dengan menggunakan <em>al-Mu’jam al-Mufahras li Alfazh Alquran al-Karim</em>. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan ayat tentang godaan setan, kemudian diolah dan digali penafsirannya dengan mengacu kitab tafsir yang ada. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk godaan setan dijelaskan didalam surat Al-Hajj: 52, yaitu Godaan setan terhadap keinginan manusia. Sedangkan cara mengatasi orang yang terganggu godaan setan ada 3 yaitu: membaca ayat kursi dan al-Mu’awwidzatain, Ruqyah Syar’iyah, Khusyuk berdoa kepada Allah, tobat, cepat-cepat Mengerjakan kebaikan, meninggalkan kemungkaran, dan tawakkal kepada Allah.

Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena keberagamaan masyarakat di Nagari Pancuang Taba dalam menyambut Idul Fitri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) Pemahaman masyarakat tentang perayaan Idul Fitri. (2) Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam perayaan Idul Fitri terkait dengan hadis Nabi SAW, (3) Bentuk perayaan dalam merayakan Idul Fitri yang sesuai anjuran Nabi SAW. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan informan, dan sumber data sekunder meliputi kitab-kitab hadis dan yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan Observasi Partisipan, dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa (1) Masyarakat Nagari Pancuang Taba melaksanakan tradisi dalam perayaan Idul Fitri secara turun temurun (2) Secara tidak langsung masyarakat Nagari Pancuang Taba telah menghidupkan sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam ber-Idul Fitri. (3) Perayaan yang menjadi tradisi adalah perayaan <em>mambantai</em> dan <em>malamang</em>, takbiran keliling kampung, babuko basamo, dan halal bi halal. Sedangkan perayaan yang sesuai dengan sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW adalah perayaan silaturrahim.

<p>This study aims to determine the application of management aspects of education in: (1) personnel and student management, (2) curriculum management, and (3) infrastructure management in Lima Kaum 1 SLB. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview Method and Documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) in staffing and student management, it was found that the implementation of management had been carried out in terms of routine activities, but there were still a number of things that had to be corrected namely in terms of organization, function of school leaders and businessmanship , it was found that the school had made every effort in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, but still needed proper and accurate management in its implementation at school and the development of a typical school curriculum so as to improve school quality, (3) in the management of facilities and infrastructure found that administrative management in the procurement of infrastructure facilities it is good, but still needs improvement in terms of planning procurement of facilities that are right on target and management of existing infrastructure.</p>

<p>Based on observation in the field, the researchers find that the pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency are relatively low. The researcher think that the lack of pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency was due to the low contribution about the implementation of the supervisor task. The study population were all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency as 190 peoples. The samples are 48 peoples obtained by <em>using proportional startified random sampling technique. </em>The data were collected using a questionnaire technique using a Likert scale. The first and second hypotheses were tested using simple regression techniques and correlation, while the third hypotheses with multiple regression technique and correlation. The result of data analysis showed thats: (1) the duty supervisur has contribution significantly 93,3% to all PAI theachers MTsN in Solok Regency, (2) the implementation of the task supervisor contribute significantly 93,5% to all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency competence and professional, (3) the implementation of task supervisor has contribution to the supervisor simultaneously and significantly 93,5% the pedagogic competence and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency. It was concluded that the implementation of the task supervisor is an important one that can influence and professional compeence of all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency , beside other varibles not be examined in this study.</p>

<p><em>Research without the publication has not provided meaning about benefits and research results. Research results need to be published or disseminated to benefit the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of universities in the acceleration of publication of research results. The research method used a qualitative approach. Sources of data consist of interviews with lecturers and team of journal publications, document studies, and reports on the achievements of publications of scientific papers. This study uses inductive thinking. This research was conducted on journal team and publication of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and research and publishing institute of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung.
