<p><em>The happening of “Syariah” Funding Committee had to be pushed by transactional agreement to the variety of products. It was done to avoid imitating products that had been created by conventional funding committee. Inovation of product by this commitee was also hoped that it could throw away negative opinion among society that could say that this committee just gave”Syariah” label to a specific product which was already in public market. Therefore, this study was done to push or to interest people to reexplore some other agreements that mostly could be found in classic fiqh hollybook</em>.</p>

<p><em>The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah in Agam regency. </em></p><p><em>The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of the population is 450 people, with the sample of this research were 85 teachers. </em></p><p><em>The results of this research , stated that two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in madrasa at Agam Regency.</em></p>

<p><em>This study aimed to assess the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, organizational culture on teacher performance and assess the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture together on the teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. The sample of the study involved 48 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan by using total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The findings revealed that (1) Organizational climate significantly influence the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (2) Organizational culture significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (3) Organizational climates and organizational culture together significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan.</em></p>

<p><em>This research was aimed to know how significant the influence of the saving account (consisting of saving (tabungan), bill (giro), and…(deposito)) of third person toward supplying the Fund of “Syariah” Bank in West Sumatera</em>.<em> The data was seventeen “Syariah” banks in West Sumatera. “Syariah” Bank were became the object of this research that had three products: saving (tabungan), bill (giro), and fixed deposit (deposito). Through testing hyphotesis, the result of the research showed that those products had significant influences toward the supplying the Fund of “Syariah” Bank in West Sumatera. In this case, the management of supplying the Fund of “Syariah” Bank in West Sumatera had been successful in collecting the fund from “Syariah” Bank in West Sumatera. In detail, it was found that saving (tabungan) and fixed deposit (deposito) had significant influence toward supplying the Fund of “Syariah” Bank since 2008 up to 2011 in West Sumatera</em>.<em> Meanwhile, bill (giro) had no significant influence toward supplying the Fund of “Syariah” Bank in West Sumatera during observation.</em><em></em></p>

<p>Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurang baiknya Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan kurangnya Peran Komite Sekolah sehingga mengakibatkan belum terpenuhinya ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berapa besar kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan secara apa adanya dengan melihat berbagai masalah yang timbul saat ini. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian adalah : (1) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (2) Terdapatnya kontribusi Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (3) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPA SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 30 orang Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode “ Total Sampling”. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa : (1) Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 27,1 %. (2) Peran Komite Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 26,2 %. (3) Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah ( X<sub>1</sub> ) dan variabel Peran Komite Sekolah (X2) berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, dan ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto ditentukan oleh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5 %.</p>

<p>Arabic language has close relationship with the fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and ushul fiqh (source methodology), because both of the sciences are derived from al-Quran and al-Hadith. Ulama make it as one of the ultimate requirements for those who wish to explore fiqh and ushul fiqh, because there are many differences of syar'i laws as a result of language problems. So that, understanding of arabic is compulsory for those who want to understand the laws of Allah.</p>

<p>This research was aimed at explaining the law perspective for women to enter mosque while having menstruation. This study employed library research. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The findings showed that mosque as a place for worship is considered similar to Ka’bah. Syafi’I prohibits the women to enter mosque and stay inside. However, such interpretation is believed as a product of intellectual interpretation. As a result, as their nature, man can be right or wrong</p>

<p>Child protection problems nowadays are very bad and need effective strategy. From domestic problems up to those in society make children less protected, and cannot grow well. Lots of school dropouts, infant and toddler mortality, domestic and institutional violation and child exploitations are some indications poor child protection program. This study, therefore, is interested to discuss the phenomena in order to describe the roles and participation of parents, families and governments dealing with the issue of child protection. By administering questionnaire to a number of respondents living in Kecamatan Koto Tangah, this qualitative descriptive study found that the residents there did not have sufficient understanding toward the child welfare and protection as the constitution demand them to do.</p>

<p>Getting licence of land had great relation with the law of the land. Filling the form of land owner to Natinal Land Committee (BPN) where the land is located would give the great one’s position as the owner. The committee later on might give a land certificate to the owner. This certificate would be the fact by the owner when they faced any law problems. This certificate could be as a fact by the owner if there was no complain from other people who might claim the land as their land. However, if there was a complain to the validity of the land certificate, this certificate might become to premature certificate.</p>

<em>The phenomenon of distributing moslem tax through meal party in a specific society without giving any differences among wealty people and poor showed that it was different with the way of distributing moslem tax generally according to “Syariah” ways. Society who did this way in this time were the specific people who had cultivation of lands where the their wealty from their ancestor. If it was seen from the society’s needs in general, those societies quite disliked this way because there were a few people in those societies who still did this way. It means that this way was not appropriate to be applied nowadays.</em>

If the main objective of the “Syariah” Bank was to help economy of the society, it had to be involved in doing some activities in order to rich the economy of those society. It did not just improve their income through investing money but also improve the ownership. Therefore, one’s income would increase if the ownership was improved or increased.</p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to describe the activities, strategy undertaken as a form of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar and supporting factors and penghambatn in the application of religious culture school in SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative research. Sources of data in this study is the Islamic Education teachers and principals and other data sources. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data-processing technique that is descriptive qualitative. Analysis of the data used, namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data by triangulation technique that uses a variety of sources, such as interviews researcher with more than one respondent, observation and documentation. Strategy of teachers of Islamic education in the application of religious culture school that is embedded to the students well.Factors supporting the creation of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar are internal factors (motivation) originating from within the students, the support of the assembly of teachers SMAN 3 Batusanggkar, their school programs such as FSI (Forum of Islamic Studies), the participation of alumni and the inclusion of some aspects of religious culture into the rules of conduct SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. While the inhibiting factor is the limited facilities and infrastructure, some students are still reluctant to implement some aspects of the religious culture of the school, existence of some aspects of the religious culture of the school that can not be required for students to do as well as the limitations of teachers to control students to his home and coupled with still the maximum parental controls to worship the child.</em></p>

<p><em>This research focused on Islamic concept of Wilâyah al-<span style="text-decoration: underline;">H</span>isbah and its implementation toward the monitoring market system in Tanah Datar. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative by applying interview and documentation as instruments. The results revealed that the concept of Wilâyah al-<span style="text-decoration: underline;">H</span>isbah followed the theory Abu Yusuf, Imam al-Ghazali and Ibn Taymiyah. The government of Tanah Datar also participated in economic activities include monitoring the market in Tanah Datar. The monitoring was related to price monitoring; commodities traded both in terms of quantity and material contained; oversight of the accuracy on the scales; the arrangement of the market; demolition and other market participants. <p><em>This research was aimed at finding out the strategy and the process of distribution zakat by BAZNAS Tanah Datar to reach the economic justice. This research was qualitative case study by using interview and documentation as instruments. The results showed that the distribution of zakat by BAZNAS Tanah Datar was appropriate with the rules arranged by nash and Indonesia positive law. The process of collecting zakat was done before the process of distribution. The zakat was collected from all UPZ and sub-UPZ under BAZNAS from all private institutions. The distribution of zakat was arranged based on the amount of zakat from each UPZ. The process was followed by determination of quota based on productive mustahiq. The fact showed that every sub district has different potency to distribute zakat even though they are in the same regency, but all of the sub districts are under BAZNAS.</em></p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>Economic Justice, Distributing Zakat, BAZNAS, Tanah Datar Regency</em>

<p><em>The Acts Number 1 Year 1974 does not directly discuss about the marriage of future couple coming from different religious beliefs. Consequently, such marriage cannot be done in Indonesia following Chapter 2 verse 1 and Chapter 8 part f and supported by the opinions of other relegions (i.e Catholic, Protestant, Buddha and Hindu). <p><em>The use of products on goods and services by customer potentially creates conflicts due to material lost suffered by the customers as the result of using particular products. The Acts Number 8 Year 1999 of Customers Protection provides customer with a right to work out any conflicts by consulting a costumer’s conflict resolution board (BPSK). The resolution of the conflicts is achieved through such processes as mediations, conciliations and arbitration which involve three elements: government, businessmen, and customers. All verdicts made by BPSK in the form of mediation and are final and legal. <p><em>Balanced Scorecard was not only used as a tool for measuring the successful of a company, but also as a total strategic transformation for all levels of a company organization. The successful comprehensive measurement could be done by combining finance and non-finance source, so that the company could measure its success well. Based on Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 9 th. 2009 about ‘Badan Hukum Pendidikan’, educational institution should be handled optimally like an industry in order that they had to be able to compete with other companies. <em>There were three paradigm of relationship between religion and state. The first kind was integrated paradigm. This dealed with the relationship between religion (including political issue) and state. This paradigm was represented by ‘Syiah’ and ‘Sunni’. The second kind was symbolic paradigm. This kind dealed with the mutual relationship between religion and state in which religion could be developed because of the state existency, and the state also could be developed because of the religion. This paradigm supported by M. Mawardi Al-Ghazali. The last kind was secular paradigm. This kind opposed integreted and symbolic paradigm. This paradigm was supported by Ali Abdul Raziq. </em>

<p><em>One of the strategies of metacognitive introduced by the listening lecturers in listening comprehension III at STAIN Batusangkar is monitoring strategies. It is assumed that these strategies can help students solve their problem in listening comprehension in order to comprehend oral text correctly. The purposes of this research are to investigate what kind of students’ monitoring strategies are used and how they applied it in listening comprehension.The research method was descriptive qualitative.The participants of the research were English students who took listening comprehension III. 91 students were involved as the respondents to answer the questionnaire, and 12 students among them were selected to be interviewed using snowball sampling technique. The data of the research were collected by using questionnaire, interview, and observation. </em><em>After analizing the data</em><em>,</em><em> it </em><em>was </em><em>found that </em><em>most of students</em><em> used </em><em>monitoring strategies. These strategies include as: ask if it makes sense, selected attend, deduction, personalizing or contextualizing, taking note, using imagery, self talk, and cooperative strategy.</em><em> They had applied </em><em>these</em><em> strategies</em><em> in many ways</em><em> but some of the </em><em>them</em><em> did not </em><em>do </em><em>i</em><em>t properly</em><em>. </em><em>Based on these findings,</em><em> It can be concluded</em><em> thatmonitoring</em><em> strate</em><em>gies </em><em>used by the students in listening comprehension need to </em><em>enhance</em><em> int</em><em>o </em><em>the correct ways to get better comprehension in listening.</em><em></em></p><strong>Key words: </strong>Investigating, Metacognitive strategies, Monitoring strategies, Listening Comprehension

<div><p><em>Reading is a proses of involving reader’s physics and mental. The purpose of reading is not only to get new information passively but also to comprehend the text actively. In order to get good result in reading, a reader needs to apply various strategies. Kinsella (2000) offers several reading strategies such as PACA, KWL Plus, Outlining, and Concept Building. Those strategies could be well implemented based on reader’s purpose to read. The ability to apply these strategies could lead someone to be a creative and innovative reader.</em><em></em></p><strong>Key words:</strong> Better Understanding, Creative Readers, Reading strategies</div>
