<em>A basic implementation of value in education is character. Growing the style and distinctive characteristic is not a job in reversing the palm. However, various processes and stages are done as an effort to achieve this. Burhanuddin Al Zarnuji is a reformer philosopher and provides a theoretical contribution in the world of Muslim renewal and Western . His opinion was expressed as a form of servitude to God for all the opportunities given to humans during his lifetime. Character education is a very much needed concept in today's world. Deterioration and slump morality in the joints of life has resulted in social phenomenology being a special concern from various groups of ordinary people to the elite. Deterioration of character caused by the nature of jumawa over scientific knowledge without propped up there is still the sky above the sky resulting in awareness of living together being blurred. Then the concept of building character is an awareness of how character is an interpretation of ahlakulkarimah in every human life. Society, practitioners and governments are a very similar pattern as an effort to run a concept of character education integration in a theoretical level. It is conceptualized in Zarnuji with several discussions; a). Understanding the science of Fiqh and its importance, b). Intention when studying, c). Choose a science, teacher, friend, and about fortitude, d). Respect for science and scholars, e). Diligent, continuity, and interest, f). Beginning, size and discipline of learning, g). tawakal, h). Fruit revenue from science, i). Compassion and advice, j). Benefit, k). When learning, l). Causes to memorize and forget, m). A good fortune and a fortune barrier, and lengthening and deduction of knowledge. The simplified into three concepts namely; 1). The division on knowledge, 2). The purpose of learning, and 3). Method of study.</em>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: pelaksanaan pelatihan bagi pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI, model pelatihan yang sudah dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI, dan model pelatihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun belum didasarkan kepada analisis kebutuhan peserta pelatihan. Di antara faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pelatihan pengawas PAI oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Padang adalah sudah adanya petunjuk tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara lengkap yang mencakup teknis, disain dan evaluasi pelatihan. Di antara faktor penghambat pelatihan pengawas PAI adalah minimnya kemampuan sebagian peserta pelatihan dalam menguasai IT serta alokasi dana pelatihan yang sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan data tersebut dihasilkan sebuah produk model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi supervisi akademik pengawas PAI di Sumatera Barat.</p>

<p><em>The departs from the constraints of the MAS Salimpaung in applying discipline specifically Islamic culture is the students are required to practice all the theories that have been learned to be practiced in their daily lives at school. Such as the obligation to shake hands by kissing hands before entering class, performing dhuha prayer, midnight prayer in congregation, and checking each student's activities in the form of Islam, both in the school environment and outside the school environment. Islamic culture is formed wherever students are. The formulation of </em><em>Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung</em><em>, is carried out by the foundation, committee and several related teachers. The results of the formulation are: routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. The formulation was carried out in the school by experiencing 3 obstacles, namely, there was no reference to the program as a comparison, it was not presented by people who were experienced in formulating and lacking precisely the time of deliberation, because it was carried out in the afternoon. Working management implementation of </em><em>Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture</em><em>, that, routine activities that run at MAS Salimpaung such as every morning, pray before and after lessons, Dhuha prayer, memorizing letters, and midday prayers. This activity includes daily activities, while weekly activities such as muhadharah are attended by all monthly school residents such as every three months a student and teacher tent is held. Annual activities such as mabid in the month of Ramadan, the celebration of Idul Fitri adn Idul Adha. (3). The evaluate </em><em>method</em><em> of </em><em>Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung</em><em> is carried out by examining more deeply the constraints found in the field, as well as holding a monthly evaluation meeting with the MAS Salimpaung Foundation.</em></p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to find out how principals in applying religious culture and to find out the forms of religious culture that were applied at SDIT</em><em> Ar Rahman Palangki</em><em>. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The research informants were five people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and mobile phones. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting conclusions data. The results of the study show that Principal Management in realizing religious culture starts from planning (daily programs, weekly programs, quarterly programs, and semester programs). Then organizing (division of tasks). Furthermore, the implementation, namely tahfiz, memorization of hadith, azan, dhikr, prayer, sunnah fasting, dhuha prayer, midnight prayer congregation, open together and MABIT. Furthermore, supervision, supervision or evaluation carried out is a routine meeting every month and through the student's daily personal books.</em></p>

<p>The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and supervision of principals in shaping the personality of students in SDN 31 Batu Bulek, Lintau Buo Utara Sub District. This study uses a case study approach. This research belongs to the category of field research. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Collecting research data is done by observation, interview and documentation study. Research results (1). Planning Principals in shaping the personality of students by making planning characters to be formed, Planning in personality formation strategies, Planning in shaping student character based on student development, Factors considered in planning for the formation of student personality and Planning Principal in organizing the responsible Activities. (2). The implementation of the Principal in shaping the personality of students, with several programs, namely: Intensive teacher development, Involving Teachers in shaping the personality of students and Development of school culture. (3). Supervision of Principals in shaping the personality of students is done by controlling the personality of the teacher and students, controlling the principal in supervising the role of the teacher and controlling the principal in seeing the teacher's efforts and involving the teacher in the control.</p>

<p>Multimedia computers today have become a necessity, either by businesses or other community groups. Information is not enough just through text and graphics alone, but the information includes text, graphics, animated images, video and audio. Multimedia computer applications that are widely used today is e-commerce, e-commerce where the buying or selling activity conducted electronically on the Internet. E-commerce can also be more specific means of advertising, sales, delivery and service to take advantage of a web show 24 hours a day for all customers. E-commerce is a fraction of the facilities provided in the wilds Internet (cyber space). However, its existence is vital to boost the business of a company that wants to go-International. E-commerce is a combination of technology, apllications, proceses and strategic bussinees. Object of this study discusses the success factors (opportunities) and failures (challenges) in e-commerce menerepkan especially in Indonesia and this study also discusses the application of e-commerce as a bridge to cyber trade transactions between the consumer and the merchant bank, a payment server that will authorize a credit card or debit card online. Data taken from the successes and failures of previous studies beberpa survey were analyzed and presented in this study. Based on the results of this study found that the role of government to impose regulations to create a market trend and pioneering e-commerce, especially in the improvement of the trading system. To boost interest in e-commerce is not independent of consciousness, beliefs, customs and culture of a society of Indonesia. Cultures in Indonesia who still believe in the traditional trades of the e-commerce. However, e-commerce will still be needed in the face of the global market. The experiment was used t-test to compare halal slaugtering and bacteria contamination. The results showed that the place expedience was not significantly different between slaughtering place in market. The halal slaugtering practice was not significantly different for those ten places of slaughtering. TPC contamination for all slaughtering place was underneath from standard BMCM of SNI (≤1 x 10<sup>6</sup>cfu/g). <div><p>Research of hamuli of <em>Apis</em> have done at altitude 0 to 1400 m, in West Sumatra from December 2009-July 2010. Bees have collected from fruits, coffee crop and side of forest which are distances about 200 metre for each altitude. They were identified in Laboratory of Animal Taxonomy, Departement of Biology, Faculty of Matematics and Sciences, Andalas University Padang. We found four Apis species from three subgenus. Subgenus <em>Micrapis</em> consisted of one species that is <em>A. andreniformis</em> Smith. Subgenus <em>Sigmatapis</em> consisted of two specieses, A<em>. cerana</em> Enderlein and <em>A. koschevnikovi</em> Enderlein. Subgenus<em>Megapis</em> consisted of one species that is <em>A. dorsata</em> Fabr. Number of hamuli of worker bee have been variated, depent on bee types and habitat. Number of hamuli of <em>A. cerana</em> between 13-22 (average 17.7), <em>A. dorsata</em> between 22-30 (average 26.53) and <em>A. andreniformis</em> between 8-12 (average 9.84).</p>Key words: <em>Apis</em>, hamuli of worker, altitude difference</div><div> </div>

<p><em>Leadership pattern and management system will determine education quality of a country. The commonwealth countries have applied such pattern and system which are similar to their educational management. Australia, Canada, and England, for example, have reformed their educational system. As a result, they can produce good quality of education. This article analyzes leadership pattern and management system in the three mentioned commonwealth countries. This implies that the application of present educational system has not yet successfully builds tough characters and develops creative ideas to solve problems concerning with economic crises. Furthermore, moral crises – slaughters, rapes, brawls, and the like – takes place everywhere. This research was an action research. The subject of this research were 20 junior high school councellors who were accomodated in MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Pembimbing) in Padang Panjang regency. This research applied cyclical process that consisted of some cycles. Therefore, in this research plan, action, observation, and reflection were done in two cycles depended on the achievement of the research objective. The method of this research was research development. This research had three stages; front-end analysis, prototype, and assessment. Front-end analysis result showed that it was needed an Arabic test tool as guidance to know the achievement of the teaching and learning objective. The Arabic test tool was designed based on the basic compentency. Then, the Arabic test tool was validated to the expert/ reviewer. Learning strategies that encouraged students’ metacognition were problem-based learning and think pair share. This research employed Research and Development design. There were two main stages in this research: need analysis and prototype design. Need analysis was began with interviewing colleague, analyzing syllabus and lesson plans, analyzing students’ characteristics, analyzing lesson plan literature, self evaluation and metacognition. Prototype design referred to need analysis. Three experts recommended that lesson plans and self evaluation were valid both in terms content and construct.</em>
