This study aims to determine the use of religious content and morals in social media for adolescents. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where adolescents are respondents, the technique of collecting data is interviewing and observing the data analysis using a technique developed by Miles and Huberman, and testing the validity of the data through triangulation. The results of the study found, (1) religious content and morals on social media Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp have been utilized by teenagers, (2) social media that teenagers often use, namely Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube, teenagers often see and share. videos and posting of religious and moral content, (3) worship and morals content on social media are used through discussions among members of the mosque's youth regarding its benefits and applications<strong>.</strong>

Hasil penelitian, pembahasan dan tujuan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Intensitas Komunikasi Jarak Jauh Orang tua dengan Anak terhadap Perubahan Perilaku (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar) dapat di simpulkan bahwa: Dengan dilakukannya intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terdapat rentang skor tertinggi 56 dan skor terendah 17 dengan presentase 50 % pada kategori kurang baik. Sedangkan hasil pengolahan data tentang pengaruh perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar dengan rentang skor tertinggi 52 dan skor terendah 36 dengan presentase 53,3% pada kategori tidak baik. Demikian hasil yang diperoleh oleh pengaruh intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terhadap perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar adalah 42,5% dan 74,5% darifaktor lain. Artinya intensitas komunikasi jarak jauh orang tua dengan anak terhadap perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa KPI Jurnalistik IAIN Batusangkar sebanyak 42,5%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Semiotika Roland Barthes melalui pesan pada film Dilan 1990. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat <em>deskriptif kualitatif</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi dalam bentuk bedah film dan wawancara (<em>interview</em>) penonton khususnya Mahasiswa KPI IAIN Batusangkar serta menggunakan dokumentasi dalam bentuk gambar, video, scene atau adegan. Untuk mencapai tujuan peneliti ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis Roland Barthes, yaitu makna konotasi dan denotasi. Semiotika, adalah suatu ilmu atau metode analisis untuk mengkaji tanda. Tanda-tanda adalah perangkat yang kita pakai dalam upaya berusaha mencari jalan di dunia ini, di tengah-tengah manusia dan bersama-sama manusia (Sobur, 2016:15-16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Film “Dilan 1990” banyak diminati oleh remaja dan terkenal dengan sisi keromantisannya, akan tetapi di balik keromantisan tersebut terdapat banyak polemik yang terjadi di masyarakat berkaitan dengan adegan-adegan yang menjadi simbol kekerasan dalam film tersebut. Simbol kekerasan dalam bentuk fisik, kekerasan struktural dan kekerasan simbolik.

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah fungsi artistik film Ujang Palasu. Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana fungsi artistik film Ujang Palasu karya kareta production. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah melalui observasi, dokumetasi dan wawancara. Pengelolaan data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. tugas dan fungsi artistik adalah Artistik film Ujang Palasu sudah mendekati dengan teori atau unsur-unsur artistik yang ada. Dimana artistik di film Ujang Palasu ini memeiliki setting, kostum, tata rias, pencahayaan yang masih standar atau apa adanya. Dan fungsi artistik di dalam film Ujang Palasu sudah mendekati dari fungsi artistik yang ada di teori-teori. Di film Ujang Palasu ini fungsi artistik nya sudah mendekati dengan fungsi artistik yang ada.<div> </div>

<p>Fokus pembahasan ini adalah pada dua terjemahan al-Qur’an: al-Qur’an dan terjemahannya oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (ATD) dan Tarjamah tafsîrîah oleh Muhammad Thalib (ATT). Metode yang digunakan adalah <em>library research</em>. Pembahasan dimulai dengan kemungkinan al-Qur’an diterjemahkan, penjelasan atas makna al-Qur’an, serta menelusuri metode ATD dan ATT. Dari pembahsan tersebut ditemukan; pertama, teks al-Qur'an adalah teks yang sakral, walaupun demikian, al-Qur'an dapat diterjemahkan secara <em>harfîah</em> atas makna <em>ashlîah</em> atau dengan metode <em>tafsîrîah</em>. Kedua, ATD dan ATT memiliki orientasi yang berbeda; orientasi ATD lebih kepada mempertimbangkan bahasa sumber (BSu) sehingga padanan yang sering dimunculkan adalah makna <em>ashlîayah</em>. Sedangkan orientasi ATT lebih kepada mempertimbangkan bahasa tujuan (BTu) sehingga padanan yang sering dimunculkan adalah makna<em> tafsîrîah</em>.</p>

<p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya masyarakat yang menonton tayangan FTV Azab. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap nilai regili dan nilai sosial yang ada di tayangan FTV Azab. Jenis penelitian yang digunankan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan tekhnik yang dikembangkan oleh Mailes dan Husberman. Sumber data yang penulis gunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu data yang di peroleh dari masyarakat dan sumber data sekunder yaitu youtube streaming dan buku- buku yang terkait dengan persepsi. Hasil penelitian menemukan: (a) Nilai religi yang terkandung di dalam tayangan FTV Azab sudah tersampaikan, karena nilai religi dalam FTV Azab sesuai dengan realita kehidupan masyarakat sehari hari, sehingga masyarakat mudah mendapatkan banyak pelajaran dari nilai religi yang terkandung di dalam tayangan FTV Azab.(b) Nilai sosial yang terdapat di dalam tayangan FTV Azab mengingatkan masyarakat agar dapat menjaga silaturahmi antar sesama masyarakat. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam tayangan FTV azab juga dapat mengingatkan masyarakat akan adanya akibat dari suatu perbuatan, serta mengingatkan masyarakat untuk berbuat kebaikan. </p><strong>Abstract</strong>: The background of this study is the large number of people watching FTV Azab. The purpose of this study was to identify how people's perceptions of real and social values exist in FTV Azab. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data processing uses techniques developed by Mailes and Husberman. The data source that I use is the primary data source that is data obtained from the public and secondary data sources namely YouTube streaming and books related to perception. The results of the study found: (a) The religious values contained in the Azab FTV shows have been conveyed, because the religious values in the Azab FTV are in accordance with the realities of people's daily lives, so that the public easily gets many lessons from the religious values contained in the Azab FTV shows. (b) The social value contained in the FTV Azab program reminds the community to be able to maintain friendship between fellow citizens. The values contained in the FTV show doom can also remind the public of the consequences of an act, as well as remind people to do good.

<p>The radical or extreme attitude in religion is not a new phenomenon in Islamic history. Since the earliest period, several religious groups have shown this extreme attitude. Today, the issue of religious-based radicalism is not something that was exhaled just a few days ago. The issue of radicalism has become a global agenda to corner Islam. For some circles in Islam, the issue of radicalism is only propaganda to bring down the dignity and height of Islam. The focus of this paper is not to dismantle and tell a series of acts of terror on the grounds of religion. This article is a reviewer of Islamic Moderation books; Counteracting Religious-Based Radicalism written by Muchlis Hanafi, an expert on the Interpretation of the Indonesian Qur'an. The book with ISBN 978-602-18476-1-9 was published by the Al-Azhar Alumni Association and the Jakarta Qur'an Study Center and first published in 2013 with 295 pages in thickness. Until today, an explanation of the concept of Islamic moderation based on the Koran by promoting the term Wasath as a form of moderate attitude is still very rarely written and presented scientifically like the book of Islamic Moderation; Counteracting Religious-Based Radicalism. The concept of moderation by interpreting the meaning of Wasath is a step forward in proving the relevance of the Qur'an to the times. Both from the aspect of the meaning of language and concrete attitude in everyday life<em>.</em></p>

<p><em>Pandemic Covid-19 has greater impact on people’s lives in all aspects, including economy. </em><em>The large-scale social restriction policy (PSBB) implemented by the government has restricted the movement of people from one place to another. Then it is suggested to work from home, study from home, or shop from home. As a result, informal sector businesses particularly transportation sub-sector. This research aims to see the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of people who work in the informal sector, especially the transportation sub-sector. This research was conducted in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province in the second quarter of 2020. The population was public transportation workers and sample was minibus taxi drivers or motor taxi bikers. The data collected through a questionnaire, presented in table form and analyzed descriptively by using statistics. The results show Pandemic Covid-19 affect their income. The income of workers in this subsector decreased by 56% so that some workers chose to leave this job or switch to other jobs. This condition results in unfulfilled household needs, so they have to use existing savings, do savings, and rely on special assistance in handling Covid-19, even some wives have also had to work to help the family economy.</em></p>

<p><em>Research on disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in relation to Maqashid Sharia in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is still rarely conducted, even though the contribution of BUMN has been felt by the community for its benefits and Maslahah. This research aims to describe disclosure of the use of corporate CSR funds in achieving Maqashid Syariah. The research method uses qualitative and descriptive approaches. The technique of data collection are interviews, observation, and literature study. The data validity was done by triangulation. This research uses CSR program data in 2018. The results show that PT. PLN Persero uses CSR Funds contibuted to the achievement of Maqashid Syariah. CSR funds are allocated for five aspects of Maqashid Syariah, namely: protecting religion (hifdz inen), protecting life (hifdz nafs), protecting intelligence (hifdz aql), protecting children (hifdz nasl), and protecting property (hifdz maal). Based on this disclosure, the use of CSR funds for the achievement of the largest Sharia Maqashid is allocated for the aspect of protection of offspring (hifdz nasl). The allocation of CSR funds is IDR 34,168,729,546, or 26.93%. Meanwhile, the smallest amount of funds in the aspect of religious protection (hifdz in) is Rp. 18,046,879,497 or 14.22%. From this research, new insights are obtained about the contribution of CSR Funds to the achievement of Maqashi Syariah. Therefore, further research is needed to measure the effect of CSR funds on the achievement of Maqashid Syariah using other methods. In addition, further research can add data over several years and add the number of objects to several other state-owned companies.</em></p>

<p>Hak-hak anak korban kekerasan di masyarakat Kubung Kabupeten Solok belum mendapatkan haknya secara maksimal, seperti halnya perlindungan, pendidikan dan nafkah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yakni kondisi orang tua, pengetahuan, anak dan ekonomi keluarga. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari tindak kekerasan terhadap anak lebih berdampak negatif baik dari aspek perkembangan fisik maupun dari aspek perkembangan kejiwaan atau pisikis anak. efek negatif bagi perkembangan jiwa anak dalam kahidupan selanjutnya. Dampaknya: rasa trauma, suka berkelahi, meninggalkan rumah, takut, psikologis terganggu, rasa sakit. Menurut perspektif Hukum Keluarga Islam sebagaimana yang berlaku dalam hukum positif Indonesia dalam KHI Pasal 105 Ayat (3) yaitu menjadi orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam hal ekonomi anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya Pernyataan dalam KHI ini juga dikuatkan dalam hukum positif di Indonesia dalam Pasal 41 ayat (1) dan (2) UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan menyatakan bahwa bapak dan ibu tetap berkewajiban memelihara dan mendidik anak-anaknya. Dalam hal ini sangat jelas apa yang dimandatkan dalam KHI dan UU Perkawinan disini adalah memelihara dan mendidik anak adalah kewajiban kedua orang tua untuk memenuhinya. <em>Studi ini mengkaji tentang pengalihan harta pusaka tinggi. permasalahanya adalah pengalihan harta pusaka tinggi oleh masyarakat di Nagari Durian Gadang, Kecamatan Sijunjung. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul pertanyaan apa yang melatar belakangi pengalihan harta pusaka tinggi tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Hasil penelitian Pengalihan Harta Pusaka Tinggi Perspektif Hukum Adat dan Hukum Islam (Studi Kasus di Nagari Durian Gadang Kecamatan Sijunjung), pengalihan ini terjadi karena ketidaktahuan dari pemegang harta pusaka tinggi. Bentuk-bentuk pengalihan yang terjadi yaitu dengan cara digadaikan dan diperjualbelikan. Analisis hukum adat tentang pengalihan hak milik harta pusaka tinggi di Nagari Durian Gadang dipandang salah secara adat karena tidak memenuhi syarat, dan ketentuan serta tidak melalui proses yang berlaku. Analisis hukum Islam tentang Pengalihan Harta Pusaka Tinggi di Nagari Durian Gadang ini tidak sah, karena tidak memenuhi syarat, ketentuan serta tidak melalui proses berlaku, pengalihan harta pusaka tinggi oleh masyarakat di Nagari Durian Gadang termasuk jual beli yang terlarang dan hasilnya haram, karena barang tersebut bukan milik sempurna dari penjual. Sedangkan menurut hukum fiqih perbuatan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan (maqasyid syariah) yaitu diantaranya tujuan maqasyid syariah adalah menjaga harta (Hifzh al-Mal).</em>

<pre>This study intends to analyze and parse the management of student emotions in learning through digital sources during the Covid-19 pandemic. The family environment plays an active role in providing understanding and monitoring and paying attention to emotional states in learning. This research was conducted by analyzing literature from journals and effective data related to emotional management in online learning where the findings and new theories were described qualitatively. The results of these findings illustrate the need for the role of the tridarma of education, namely educators, students and families in managing emotions and the necessary facilities and infrastructure for students in online learning are more effective so that the education and learning process is carried out properly.</pre>

University libraries exist to support the teaching , learning and research needs of their institution. This is done by providing the latest information sources for the academic community as university library users. This mission can be achieved well through effective and periodic marketing of information and library services, one of which is through reference services. This article discusses the use of reference and information services in supporting distance learning as one of the impacts of the spread of the Covid 19 outbreak (current situation and the way forward). The research method is quantitative descriptive research, with 78 respondents and using literature related to the transformation of reference services in the digital era. Data collection is processed based on the results of observations, interviews of the IAIN Batusangkar library reference service and other college libraries in providing online reference services. The analysis explains the presence of a reference service for students, especially Library Science students at IAIN Batusangkar. Analyzing how the media can help reference librarians in providing optimal services to the academic community remotely. Describe the strategies that reference librarians can use in creating real time reference transactions in a technology environment while maintaining the main function of reference services. Introducing the idea of a ‘new face’ model of reference and information services for the IAIN Batusangkar library in the period of distance learning, especially the rapid change in learning systems as a result of the corona virus outbreak ( covid 19). Libraries need to improve the reference service system they provide, so that the academic community can meet their information needs through library services remotely, anytime and anywhere. At the end of this paper, it is intended that librarians, especially reference librarians. Continue to serve readers with different needs, librarians must walk across the library, access computer screens from all campus intranet systems, answer emails and explore other interactive tools to reach customers in an effective, practical and effective way. Efficient in order to always satisfy users and keep closer to them, as the main purpose of the presence of reference services.

<p>The library of Serambi-Mekkah University is one of the main libraries at the Aceh College which serves all academic communities. In facilitating library service activities, it is necessary to use good information technology with strategic planning as outlined in a Master Plan in a form. Preparing the Master Plan aims to provide long-term guidelines to be aligned by aspects of the library field and provide tangible benefits to the library in achieving its vision and mision from the design of information system. The research method used in developing information systems at the Serambi Mekkah University Library Aceh uses needs analysis and designing library software. The library of Serambi-Mekkah University Aceh uses a diagram model (use case) which is a complete description of the interactions between actors with designing and creating information systems.</p>

<pre>The spread of covid-19 is a global disaster and worldwide, including in the small area of Tanah Datar Regency. The spread of positive cases in Tanah Datar district is currently increasing rapidly. The government is trying to suppress the growth rate but it does not produce maximum results. This research uses descriptive method with analysis through literature study through various kinds of new theories and journals. This research proves that there must be community collaboration with the government in the sense that the community should take a role in eradicating the Covid-19 case with the aim that the programs that have been planned by the government can run optimally and produce good achievements and be able to reduce the growth rate of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.</pre>

Development is a definite step undertaken by a country in achieving a good standard of living. Economic development and social development become a reflection of the success of the sovereign state so that it becomes a high bargaining value in international relations. Development in Brazil and Indonesia are both affected by the crisis that occurred in the world, thus presenting foreign entrapments and interventions that will affect every policy taken. To rise from the economic downturn, the state must be present in determining the right development model to overcome the problems that occur as a result of failure. The method used in this paper is the method of library research with a comparative analysis approach. Study material is taken from books and journals that are relevant to the theme of the writing. The results of this paper describe an alternative model of democratic participatory development into an effort to increase development, both in the social and economic fields. Community participation in development in Porto Alegre Brazil shows a significant change towards improving welfare, while at the same time being a lesson for Indonesia in making development policies optimally.

The presence of the KIPAS model is an effort to strengthen the dignity of Indonesian counselors and counselors who have been oriented towards western culture. Western culture which is clearly incompatible with our culture, Nusantara culture which adheres to eastern culture. The attraction of the BK Model KIPAS is the use of cultural values as the basis for implementing BK services, thus giving rise to an enlightenment in the implementation of BK services in the archipelago. This gives an enthusiasm and hope that the idea of a counseling model based on this archipelago culture will be accepted now and especially in the future. The model is an acronym for KIPAS, which is intensive and progressive counseling that is adaptive to structure. The existence of the KIPAS model will be able to answer problems that occur such as the many unresolved student problems and improvements to the image of BK in society. So far, we have seen that the implementation of counseling guidance services in schools in Indonesia has become something students dislike. As a new model in the world of BK, of course it cannot be separated from the strengths or strengths and weaknesses or weaknesses of the KIPAS model itself. The KIPAS model should accommodate all cultures in Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke.

<pre>This research discusses the role of librarians in managing libraries during the corona virus pandemic. The corona epidemic is an epidemic of globalization that cripples all access to services, including library services. Library services are a central aspect that will support the dissemination of the latest information related to the corona virus while maintaining the health and safety of readers through new innovations in the role of librarians in open access libraries. This research is a library research or library research that utilizes all journal literature related to librarian pran in developing pandemic service through online services and maximizing the librarian's function and role as an information management center. The results showed that many libraries have closed due to the epidemic, but many libraries have also opened online services so that online and offline visitor data is not too significant. It seems that the government provides more innovative means to support the innovative thinking of librarians in order to create online services that are more optimal, safe, healthy and environmentally friendly.</pre>

<pre>The strategy to increase liquidity at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Padang Panjang is by increasing the customer base. The purpose of this study was to see the extent of the strategy to increase liquidity at BSM KCP Padang Panjang through the addition of a customer base. This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang using a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive, namely processing data by collecting more data and describing it thoroughly and in accordance with the problem being studied, so that a result of data processing will be obtained which is called research results. In this study, the type of data used is primary data, namely field data obtained directly from the people or actors who are the subjects of this study, such as through the results of interviews that have been conducted. The source of information from this study is the Branch Manager of BSM KCP Padang Panjang. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources are documents related to the problem of this research in BSM KCP Padang Panjang. The results show that liquidity problems are experienced every day by banks, both conventional and Islamic, where one of them is the unbalanced position between TPF and financing that is given every day, that is, the higher TPF that enters than the channeled financing, or vice versa.<em></em></pre>
