<p align="center"><em>Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksan</em><em>aan </em><em>tradisi </em><em>pemeliharaan ternak</em><em>,</em><em>akad, dan pelaksanaan bagi </em><em>hasil di</em><em> Nagari Saruaso</em><em> dalam persfektif fikih muamalah. Kerjasama antara pemilik dana dengan pengelola modal untuk melakukan usaha tertentu disebut mudharabah. Banyaknya bentuk kerjasama atau mudharabah yang berkembang, maka akan semakin komplek juga masalah-masalah yang muncul, karena sistem yang dipakai juga beragam seperti kerja sama di di nagari Saruaso Kecamatan Tanjung Emas dinamakan dengan Mampaduoipemeliharaan ternak dan dalam Kerja sama tersebut sistem bagi hasilnya dengan cara di patuik dalam dua bentuk, patpatuikinduak, kedua patuik anak. Penelitian (Field Research) menggunakan metode kualitatif</em><em>.</em><em>Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data </em><em>mengunakan teori Miles and Hubermen. Pemeliharaan Ternak di Nagari Saruaso dinamakan dengan mempaduoi yang artinya kerjasama, cara bagi hasilnya ada dua bentuk, yang pertama patuik induak, kedua patuik anak. Pelaksanaan pemeliharaan hewan ternak di nagari Saruaso, pemilik sapi sebagai ra’sul al maal (pemodal) dan pemelihara sapi sebagai mudharib (pengelola). </em><em>B</em><em>agi hasil </em><em>yang dilaksnakan </em><em>tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan, </em><em>sehingga</em><em> pemelihara tidak terwujud antaradhinya. Dalam kedudukan hak dan kepemilikan harta berkembang</em><em>( tawalud)</em><em> merupakan milik bersama karena didapat berdasarkan usaha dalam perserikatan</em><em></em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Empowerment is an effort to build community power by motivating, encouraging and raising awareness of the potential that is owned and trying to develop it. The ultimate goal of community empowerment activities is to improve community welfare, reduce unemployment and alleviate poverty. Community empowerment programs have become a strategic role for pesantren in contributing to sustainable development. How does the law on pesantren give institutional authority to community empowerment? Thus this study aims to analyze how government policies, namely Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools in giving institutional authority to community empowerment. So that it is in line with the goals of sustainable development in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Theologically it is in line with the message of the Al Quran Surah Al Ma'un verses 1-7. The substance of the verse shows that Islam is a religion of humanity and society. The research approach in this paper uses a qualitative type of literature study. The results of this study indicate that Law No. 18 of 2019 has provided a strategic role for pesantren in carrying out community empowerment functions.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>This study aims to describe family resilience from the point of view of moderate Islamic law. This research is a library research. The research instrument was a research material classification checklist. The research method used is library research method. The data sources in this study were obtained from relevant literatures. The data collection technique used is documentation. The result obtained from the research data source is Islamic Law which emphasizes that the family resilience system in Islam is not only a new regulation on the orientation of family resilience, but is a guideline for entrenched change. Islam provides guidelines for caring for offspring by maintaining family resilience in order to create happiness in the world and the hereafter..</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Every human being is born with a different character, some are good, and some are bad. Good people will always do extraordinary actions for the sake of humanity. In contrast, bad people will do the opposite, namely activities that do not care about the interests of other people or humans. The coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) has penetrated all aspects of life, including the world of education. Education that is usually carried out face-to-face has turned into online learning or e-learning. It will have an impact on a person's stress level and character. The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic character and the level of stress that occurred in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was descriptive quantitative research. Desaign research using cross-sectional. The methods used in this research are questionnaire for data analysis using descriptive statictics. Research respondents were 125 people from 7 study programs. This research was conducted at a Private University located in Jakarta. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Islamic character is significant in any situation, including facing stress levels in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implication is that the stronger the foundation of a person's Islamic character, the more it can reduce stress levels.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Sharia banks are banks that carry out their business activities based on the principles of Islamic law in banking activities based on fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia. This research aims to explain the development of sharia banking in the national legal system and national banking system in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research using the statutory approach. The results of this research are that the initiative regarding the establishment of sharia banks in Indonesia began in 1990 by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia, which was realized with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia on November 1, 1991. The initial development of sharia banking in the national banking system was responded quickly by the government with the enactment of Law No. 7/1992 concerning Banking, which was later amended by Law No. 10/1998. In addition to being devastating to the national banking system, the economic crisis that occurred in 1998 also became a starting point for the development of sharia banking in Indonesia. Some conventional banks began to expand their business by establishing sharia banks. Responding to the significant development of sharia banking in the national banking system, on July 16, 2008 Law No. 21/2008 concerning Sharia Banking was passed as a separate legal basis for sharia banks in Indonesia.</em></p>

<p><strong><em>Abstract: </em></strong><em>One of the problems in educational sector in Indonesia today is the low competence of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers in their instruction. Therefore, efforts to increase their competence need to be realized. One of the efforts can be pursued through quality education and training programs. This research is aimed at producing a training model for education and teacher training provider and finding out the level of validity of the developed model in improving the competence of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers. The type of the research is R & D which applies Gall and Borg development model. Data sources are training implementers at the teacher training agency of West Sumatera Regional Religious Education Center (Balai Diklat Keagamaan Wilayah Sumatera Barat) in Padang, namely: the Head of Division of Elementary School Islamic Religious Education (Kepala Bidang PAI SD), and he Head of the Sumatera Regional Religious Education and Training Center in Padang, and the PLPG Implementation Committee for Elementary School Islamic Religious Education teachers at the Tarbiyah Faculty and Teacher Training Center of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data were collected through observation, interview, Focused Group Discussion, and expert judgment and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed with the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The research results showed that the education and training for teachers refers to the centralized model guide The results of the validation of the training model were 80.07% with a very valid category. </em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Salah satu permasalahan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini adalah masih rendahnya kompetensi guru PAI SD dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan. Oleh sebab itu, upaya-upaya peningkatan kompetensi pendidik perlu dilakukan. Salah satu upaya dimaksud dapat ditempuh melalui program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang berkualitas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pelatihan bagi lembaga pelaksana Pendidikan dan pelatihan guru dan mengetahui tingkat validitas model dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D dengan menerapkan model pengembangan Gall and Borg. Sumber data penelitian adalah pihak pelaksana pelatihan pada instansi pelaksana pelatihan guru, yaitu: Kepala Bidang PAI SD, dan Kepala Balai Diklat Keagamaan Wilayah Sumatera di Padang serta Panitia Pelaksana PLPG bagi guru PAI SD di Fakutas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan Teknik observasi, wawancara, <em>Focus Group Discussion, </em>meminta <em>expert judgement</em> dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Miles and Huberman. Teknik analisis data kuanitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi guru mengacu kepada panduan model secara terpusat. Hasil validasi model pelatihan adalah 80,07% dengan kategori sangat valid.</p>

<p class="abstract"><strong>Abstract: </strong>Despite a considerable body of studies, little attention is given to the advantages of using songs in learning (learner-centred). The study, therefore, is aimed at eliciting Indonesian EFL learners’ beliefs about the advantages of using songs for their language learning. Researching the research phenomenon through a qualitative study using a case study design, in-depth interview technique was applied to collect the data of the learners’ beliefs from eleven university learners majoring English. This study indicated an interesting finding that it was perceived that the learners believed that there were some advantages of using songs in learning English: increasing their EFL learning in the aspects of language skills (listening and speaking), language components (vocabulary mastery and pronunciation), their knowledge, their confidence and relaxation, and improving their mood and focus. Thus, it is recommended that songs<strong> </strong>be used either in teachers’ EFL teaching and in learners’ EFL learning.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><strong><em>Abstrak: </em></strong><em>Meskipun telah banyak penelitian yang dilakukan, namun masih sedikit perhatian yang diberikan tentang manfaat penggunaan lagu dalam pembelajaran (berpusat pada peserta didik). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap keyakinan pembelajar Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing di Indonesia tentang manfaat penggunaan lagu dalam pembelajaran bahasa asing mereka. Meneliti fenomena melalui studi kasus, teknik wawancara mendalam diterapkan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang keyakinan sebelas mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ii menunjukkan temuan yang menarik bahwa peserta didik percaya bahwa ada beberapa keuntungan dari pemanfaatan lagu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Ingris mereka pada aspek keterampilan bahasa (menyimak dan berbicara), komponen bahasa (penguasaan kosa kata dan pengucapan), pengetahuan mereka, kepercayaan diri dan relaksasi mereka, serta memperbaiki suasana hati dan fokus mereka. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar lagu digunakan dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris oleh guru maupun dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris oleh peserta didik. </em>

<p><em>In this article there are three things that become problems, namely about how forms of empowerment, the form of savings and credit business is seen in the sharia perspective and what are the inhibiting factors in sharia-based economic empowerment at the head of KPRI SMAN I Kota Solok. The type of research conducted is field research by using a qualitative approach. The purpose of the research is to find out the forms of empowerment of savings and loan business forms seen in the perspective of sharia what are the inhibiting factors in sharia-based economic empowerment at the head of KPRI SMAN I Kota Solok. Data collection techniques are document and documentation interviews he continued analyzing the data needed with various theoretical basis then read and study. The results of this research shown that Sharia-based forms of empowerment at KPRI Syariah SMAN I Solok City. First, cooperatives have been managed by sharia patterns. Second, savings and loans and Islamic financing that have been given to members have reached Rp. 70,000,000, - (Seventy Million Rupiah). Third, by services / ujrah / ratio / fee of 0.8 agreed with members in each savings and loan and Islamic financing. Fourth, increasing understanding and ability of management and members in managing the cooperative through syariah pattern. Fifth, participating in activities carried out by DEKOPINDA of Solok Regency, at Solok Cooperative and Industry Office and centre of KPRI in West Sumatra Province. Sixth, distributing social funds, rewards for children’s members who have good achievements and productive zakat for the surrounding community</em>.</p>

<p><strong></strong><em>This study aims to describe the strategy to improve the quality of graduates Prodi early childhood as an effort in improving the quality of education at the Islamic University of Nusantara Bandung. This is very important considering the problems of early childhood is so complex from starting input PAUD students, teachers who have not yet qualified, PAUD institutional management has not met the standards. <em>Studi ini mengkaji tentang Kewajiban Panitera Mengirimkan Salinan Putusan Perceraian Kepada Pencatat Pernikahan. Permasalahannya adalah Kewajiban Panitera Mengirimkan Salinan Putusan Perceraian Kepada Pencatat Pernikahan sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul pertanyaan apa faktor yang melatarbelakangi Panitera Pengadilan tidak mengirimkan salinan Perceraian Kepada Pencatat Pernikahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research).Hasil penelitian Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 Tentang Kewajiban Panitera Pengadilan Mengirimkan Salinan Putusan Perceraian Kepada Pegawai Pencatat Pernikahan (Studi Kasus Pengadilan Agama Batusangkar), ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak terlaksananya Pasal 84 Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989. Faktor-faktor yang menghalangi tidak terlaksananya Pasal 84 Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1989 adalah yaitu, pertama tidak ada biaya operasional, kedua tidak adanya system online yang diberlakukan, ketiga kurang efektifnya koordinasi antara pihak pengadilan dengan pegawai pencatat pernikahan, keempat tidak adanya kontrol dari pengadilan. Analisis hukum analisis penulis berdasarkan akibat yang ditimbulkan tidak terlaksananya pengiriman salinan putusan perceraian kepada pencatat pernikahan salah satu akibatnya adalah tidak terlaksanya Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 19 Tahun 2018. Hal tersebut menjadikan kurang efektifitasnya Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 19 Tahun 2018 tersebut karena pegawai pencatat pernikahan tidak dapat merubah status perkawinan seseorang hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari tidak adanya salinan putusan perceraian yang dikirimkan oleh pihak pengadilan dan hal tersebut juga berdampak terhadap ketidakjelasan status perkawinan seseorang di kantor urusan agama.</em>

The product was validated by expert</em><em>s</em><em> and tested </em><em>to </em><em>high school students in Batusangkar. Quantitative data were obtained through a questionnaire. Qualitative data were obtained through observations, responses, and suggestions in the form</em><em>s</em><em> of improvements given in writing. The practicality of the character learning model of local wisdom values </em><em></em><em>"</em><em>T</em><em>au </em><em>Jalan</em><em> </em><em>N</em><em>an </em><em>A</em><em>mpek"</em><em> </em><em> is determined based on the response</em><em>s</em><em> </em><em>given </em><em>experts, teachers and students and the effectiveness of this model is determined from the results of an extended trial. Data validity and practicality were analyzed </em><em>by </em><em>using the formula of the total achievements of respondents, and </em><em>the </em><em>effectiveness was analyzed using an experimental t</em><em>-</em><em>test. From the results of this </em><em>research, </em><em> a character model of learning "Tau Jalan Nan Ampek" </em><em>was </em><em>obtained</em><em> </em><em>by producing products in the form of model books, teacher books and student books. <p align="center"><em>Weakness</em><em> </em><em>in understanding God's verses makes it dwarf to think exclusively in attitude. Even though the Koran textually presents God's viewpoint through its words that truth as its authority is able to explain religious understanding and practice, has shown cultural diversity (multicultural), this of course leads to differences, critical attitudes and dialogue and freedom will guarantee differences of opinion, confrontation and views and debates between developing ideas especially in building a civilization. In this paper, it will be analyzed descriptively that moderate Islam and its contextualization have a strong strategy and reason, so that by including tolerant religious values </em><em></em><em>and teachings it is an inclusive movement in terms of opening thoughts that free from losing dialogue skills and the ability to be critical, making it vulnerable to provocation can be overcome. The moderate Islamic movement teaches that universal values, such as tolerance, multiculturalism, loving differences have been embodied in the Koran and Sunnah. One of them is the moderate Islamic thought that was built by Fazlurahman and his contextualization with a set of systematic and comprehensive methodologies, especially those related to the development of modern Islam, which reflects modern civilization so that in reality it leads to peace and plurality and tolerance in religion.</em><em></em></p>

<p><em>يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير وسيلة تعليم المفردات العربية باستخدام برنامج فيفا فيديو لطلاب المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الأهلية رمباتن. استخدم البحث طريقة البحث والتطوير. بينما استخدم نموذج التطوير نموذجًا: التعريف والتخطيط والتطوير بدون النشر. وأظهرت النتيجة أن وسيلة تعليم المفردات العربية التي تم تطويرها باستخدام فيفا فيديو يمكن استخدامها بشكل صحيح لطلاب المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية الأهلية رمباتن. وفقًا لتصحيح الخبراء، فإن الوسيلة المطورة صالحة، في حين أن متوسط الدرجات هو 3.23.</em></p><p><em>This research aimed to develop arabic vocabulary learning media by using Viva Video Programme for the students of MTs Rambatan. The research used R & D method. While, development model used 4-D model: Define, Design, Develop without Disseminate. The result showed that the media of arabic vocabulary learning which is developed by using Viva Video can be used properly for the students of MTs Rambatan. According to the expert judgement, the developed media is valid, while the average score is 3.23.</em></p>

<p><em>تناول هذه المقالة استخدام التكنولوجيا كاتجاه الحديث لتعليم اللغة العربية في عصر 4.0. يمكن للطلاب استخدام برامج مختلفة عبر الإنترنت باستخدام الحاسوب أو الهاتف الذكي في كل مكان وزمان بسهولة. يعني هذا الاتجاه أنه يمكن تعليم اللغة العربية وتعلمها في أي وقت يريدون وإلى أي مكان يذهبون لأن ما يحتاجون إليه هو مجرد شبكة واتصال عبر الإنترنت</em></p><p><em>This article discusses about the use of technology as an Arabic teaching trend in 4.0 era. Students can use various online programs by using netbook or smartphone everywhere and anytime easily. The trend means that teaching and learning Arabic can be done anytime they want and wherever they go because what they need is just network and online connection.</em></p>

<p>This research aims to determine the efforts made in improving the competence of Arabic teacher through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang. It used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The data collection included observation, interviews, and documentation, while analysis techniques relied on Miles and Hubermen’ steps as follow; data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the efforts to increase the competency of Arabic teachers through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang, including the improvement of pedagogic and professional competences. The effort to increase pedagogic competence was giving the training to educators related to the design of a lesson plan, while the effort to increase professional competence is training in applying multiple intelligence during the learning process, such as Multiple Intelligence System (MIS) and Multiple Intelligence Research (MIR) training.<strong></strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bahasa Arab melalui manajemen kelas berbasis multiple intelligences di SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah analisis Miles dan Hubermen sebagai berikut; reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru bahasa Arab melalui manajemen kelas berbasis kecerdasan majemuk di SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang meliputi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional. Upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik yaitu diberikannya pelatihan kepada guru terkait pembuatan RPP, sedangkan upaya peningkatan kompetensi profesional yaitu pelatihan penerapan multiple intelligence ketika proses pembelajaran, seperti pelatihan Multiple Intelligence System (MIS) dan Multiple Intelligence Research (MIR)</em><em>.</em><strong></strong></p>

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penggunaan metode <em>card sort</em> dalam pembelajaran <em>mufradat</em> berbasis pendekatan kognitif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran <em>mufradat </em>berbasis pendekatan kognitif, guru memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk berpikir, memahami, dan mengeksplorasi, karena pendekatan ini berbasis proses bukan berbasis hasil. Perilaku seseorang ditentukan oleh pemahamannya terhadap situasi yang terkait dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran tersebut membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif (berpusat pada siswa). Dalam hal ini, guru sebagai fasilitator menggunakan metode <em>card sort </em>dalam proses pembelajaran, oleh karena itu siswa menjadi lebih antusias dan tidak merasa bosan dalam pembelajaran <em>mufradat.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze the using of card sort method in learning Arabic vocabulary based on cognitive approach. In this study, the researcher used was library research. The finding of this study indicated that in the learning Arabic vocabulary based on cognitive learning, teacher provided an opportunity for students to think, understand, and explore because this approach is proses-based, not product-based. Someone’s behaviour is decided by his understanding about situation related to the learning objectives. The learning process supports students to be more active (student-centered). In this case, the teacher as a facilitator used a card sort method in learning process, thus, the students are more enthusiastic and do not feel bored in learning Arabic vocabulary.</em></p>

<p><strong></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggeneralisasi konsep universalitas bahasa dan aksiologinya dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer yang digunakan adalah Peraturan Menteri Agama RI No. 2 Tahun 2008 tentang arah kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia. Data sekunder berupa diskursus pembelajaran bahasa Arab integratif yang membantu keabsahan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Hubermen, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verfikasi. Suatu pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang baik harus mengandung nilai universalitas bahasa. Universalitas bahasa adalah sistem lambang bunyi yang harus dilengkapi dengan dimensi-dimensi bahasa secara utuh dan sistematis. Prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipatuhi dalam universalitas bahasa meliputi prinsip fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, dan semantik. Dengan demikian, konstelasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia dengan sistem universalitas bahasa akan lebih baik guna meningkatkan kemartabatan bahasa.<strong></strong></p><p><em><strong></strong>This study aims to generalize the concept of language universality and its axiology in the context of learning Arabic in Indonesia. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The primary data was the regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2008 concerning the direction of the Arabic learning curriculum in Indonesia. Secondary data in the form of integrative Arabic learning discourse which helps the validity of primary data. Data were collected through documentation, while data analysis used Miles and Hubermen model, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. A good Arabic learning must have a universality of language value. The universality language is a system of sound symbols that must be complemented by the full and systematic dimensions of language. The principles which have to be followed in the universality of language including phonology, morphology, syntac, and semantic principles. Thus, Arabic language learning constellation in Indonesia using language universality system will be better to improve language dignity.</em></p>

<p><strong></strong>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) strategi pengembangan <em>maharah al-kalam</em> siswa dalam mata pelajaran <em>M</em><em>uhadatsah</em> di Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Gorontalo, (2) permasalahan yang menjadi penghambat strategi pengembangan <em>maharah al-kalam</em> siswa dalam mata pelajaran <em>M</em><em>uhadatsah</em>, (3) solusi mengatasi masalah dalam strategi pengembangan <em>maharah al-kalam</em> siswa dalam mata pelajaran M<em>uhadatsah</em>. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian<em> </em>kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Strategi pengembangan <em>maharah al-kalam</em> siswa dalam mata pelajaran <em>M</em><em>uhadatsah</em> di Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Gorontalo ditempuh dengan delapan strategi dan latihan. Sumber data penelitian adalah guru, santri, kepala madrasah, dan pimpinan pondok pesantren. namun sangat sedikit siswa yang mampu berbicara bahasa Arab dan sedikit menguasai <em>maharah al-kalam</em> setelah mengikuti pembelajaran <em>Muhadatsah</em>. Persoalan yang ditemui sangatlah beragam antara lain: (1) kekurangan tenaga pengajar <em>Muhadatsah</em> yang diatasi dengan penambahan tenaga pengajar, (2) kurangnya penggunaan bahasa Arab dikalangan tenaga pengajar diatasi dengan dibuatkan peraturan dan instruksi tertulis kepada seluruh tenaga pengajar dan staf untuk menggunakan bahasa Arab selama berada di lingkungan madrasah, (3) mewajibkan siswa untuk menggunakan bahasa Arab di semua tempat dan pemberian sanksi untuk siswa yang tidak menggunakan bahasa Arab, (4) merealisasikan wacana program “Pemberantasan buta Bahasa Arab” dan menyediakan asrama untuk siswa yang tinggal di luar madrasah (5) membuat terobosan-terobosan tentang program pengembangan kebahasaan dengan melibatkan peran orang tua siswa.</p><p><em><strong></strong>The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the development strategies of maharah al-kalam (students’ speaking skill) in Muhadatsah course at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Gorontalo, (2) problems in the development strategy of maharah al-kalam (students’speaking skill) in Muhadatsah course, (3) the solutions to overcome problems in the strategy of developing maharah al-kalam (students’speaking skill) in Muhadatsah. This is a descriptive qualitative research using an educative approach. The data collection method were observation and interview. Strategy in developing maharah al-kalam (students’ speaking skill) in Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat, Gorontalo included eight strategies and exercises. The data sources were from the teacher, students, the principal and the leader of Islamic Boarding School. But, just a few students are able to speak arabic language and mastering مهارةالكلام (speaking skill) after they have class of المحادثة (conversation). Some problems are found variously, such as: (1) less of teacher of المحادثة (conversation) and it can be solved by adding some more professional teachers. (2) less of using arabic language in the teachers’ daily life that can be solved by making some written rules and instruction for all of the teachers and staff to speak arabic language in the school. (3) Obligating the students to speak arabic language wherever they are and give punishment to whom did not do it. (4) Realizing the program “Pemberantasan Buta Bahasa Arab” and provide dormitory for the students who live outside the school. And (5) making an innovative way about language development program by involving the students’ parents.</em></p>

<p dir="RTL"><strong></strong>يتناول هذا البحث بدراسة تدور حول أشكال الاتجاهات في تعليم اللغة العربية لدى قسم تعليم اللغة العربية في جامعة باتوسنكر الإسلامية الحكومية. و وصف الباحث هذه المشكلات و حللها تحليلا متكاملا لإنجاز تعليم اللغة العربية على المستوى الجامعي في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية هذه الجامعة. واستخدم هذا البحث المدخل الكيفي والمنهج الوصفي بدراسة الحالات المتعددة وللحصول على البيانات استخدم الباحث المقابلة والملاحظة و دراسة الوثائق لمتعلقة بهذا البحث. أما نتائج البحث فهي أنّ أشكال الاتجاهات لتعليم اللغة العربية في هذه الجامعة تتجه إلى الاتجاه التكاملى ومتجها إلى تعليم اللغة العربية اتصاليا. ويتجه أيضا إلى الاتجاه التكاملى ومتجها إلى القواعد والترجمة.</p><p><em><strong></strong>This research is based on trends of orientation in Arabic language learning in the Department of Arabic Language Education of IAIN Batusangkar. The researcher wanted to describe these problems and did integrated analysis to complete the teaching of Arabic language at university level in the Department of Arabic Language Education in this college The researcher implemented descriptive qualitative design, the cases (multi-sites) of which were studied through observation, interview, and related documents to obtain the data.This research found that the learning system of Arabic language at IAIN Batusangkar was oriented not only to integrative orientation as based learning, but also to integrative orientation but focus on learning grammar translation method.</em></p>
