<p>This study aims to describe the effect of administrative personnel services on students’ satisfaction. This was descriptive quantitative research that involved 110 students of state junior high schools in Solok as the sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was constructed based on related theories. The data analysis included testing validity, testing reliability, descriptive analysis, and simple linear regression. The findings described that there was no significant relationship between the quality of administrative services and students’ satisfaction. It indicates that administrative services should pay attention to several aspects including tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy to achieve students’ satisfaction.</p><p> </p>

<p><em>School principal decision-making is essentially a change in certain conditions. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of Islamic integrated-based decision-making by the junior high school principals. Descriptive qualitative was chosen as the method of the research. Sources of data in this study were principal, vice-principal, head of administration, and teachers at SMP IT Qurrata A’yun Batusangkar. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The result of the study described that making decisions in an education organization could run well by doing the right procedures of analyzing problems, developing solution alternatives, making decisions after discussion, implementing the decision, and evaluating. The principal’s decision-making is a determinant of strategic policies in realizing programs at his/her school. </em></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>

<p><em>Covid 19 pandemic has changed people's life, including education, in Indonesia. This research aims to describe Islamic education (PAI) teachers’ efforts to optimize online learning during pandemics. Descriptive qualitative was chosen as the method of this research. The research subjects were Islamic education teachers at SMPN 7 Sukoharjo, and the informants were teachers, principals, and students at the school. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The trustworthiness of data was tested by doing triangulation. Then, the data were analyzed by using an interactive model which consisted of data reduction, display, and verification/concluding. The result of this study indicated that to optimize online learning during the covid 19 pandemics, PAI teachers used various platforms such as Whatsapp, google form, and google meet. The teaching and learning process was done interactively and evaluated by having the mid-term test, final test, and portfolio. Furthermore, the teachers also coordinated with parents about students’ difficulties in online learning, and whenever necessary, the teachers did home visits.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to describe the role of the madrasah principal in improving teachers’ performance. This was a descriptive qualitative study. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect the data. The source of data were the principal and teachers of MTsN 4 Muko-muko. Data were analyzed in two stages: the first stage was preliminary observation and the second stage was the research which included three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Trustworthiness data were tested by conducting triangulation. The result indicated that principal leadership in improving the quality of teachers’ performance included Discipline Development Supervision Program (PPD), Supervision and Evaluation (SDE) activity, and Learning Program Planning. These findings are the basic of how discipline, supervision, and learning program planning become the indicators of guidance to improve the quality of teachers’ performance. </em></p><p align="center"> </p><p> </p>

<p><em>This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of student management for children with special needs in a special school. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected using three techniques namely observation, interview, and documentation which involved the school principal, vice-principal, and teachers at SLBN 1 Lima Kaum Tanah Datar Regency as the sources of data. The data were analyzed in three steps, they were data reduction, display, and verification. Trustworthiness data was done by conducting triangulation. This study found that the implementation of student management for children with special needs was run well based on the established procedures. It was proven by the existence of student planning managements including needs analysis and school activities program construction; student coaching management including student discipline coaching through scouting activities and special services for the students; and student evaluation management through learning outcome and achievement of teachers and the students as well to optimize the student management.</em></p>

<p><strong> </strong><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kompetensi/kemampuan guru bahasa Arab dalam mengatur variasi belajar melalui fitur Kelas Maya sebagai variasi belajar yang efisien berbasis ICT (Information Comunication Technology) pada Zaman sekarang. Kelas Maya adalah kelas yang diadakan tanpa tatap muka secara langsung di kelas, antara pengajar dan yang menerima bahan ajar dengan berbasis website. Penggunaan fitur Kelas Maya dalam proses pembelajaran sangatlah membantu peserta didik dalam menguasai materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Karena, pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini diperlukan adanya usaha untuk menyaji materi menjadi lebih kreatif lagi. Sehingga mampu menghasilkan peserta didik mahir dalam berbahasa Arab. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah </em><em>menggantikan materi ajar bahasa Arab yang belum tersampaikan di kelas formal, sarana untuk membantu ketercapaian ketuntasan belajar (pencapaian KKM), kelas tambahan, sarana pendukung dalam model-model pembelajaran (flipped classroom)</em><em> dan </em><em>pembelajaran praktikum<strong>. </strong></em></p>

<p><em>Listening comprehension of TOEFL test is seemingly a difficult part for the students of English Education Department Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. To figure out the scientific reason for this case, the researcher was intended to conduct a research to clarify the students’ ability on listening comprehension of TOEFL Test and the factors influence it at sixth semester students of English Education Department Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. It was a mix model research. It was involved two research design, qualitative and quantitative. A test of TOEFL Listening comprehension part was a quantitative data and interview was qualitative data. After collecting the data, the researcher found that students’ students’ ability on listening comprehension of TOEFL Test and the factors influence it at sixth semester students of English Education Department Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru was categorized into fair. The researcher hopes the students’ and lecturer can work together to figure out the best strategy for Listening Comprehension of TOEFL test At Sixth Semester Students of English Education Department Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. <pre><em>This research background of a unique student relationship and occurred in schools consisting of various religious and ethnic minorities in SMP Maria Padang . The existence of various problems that arose concerning the relationship diverse , but still not apparent how interaction of students multiculturalism.This study aims to determine how the social interaction of students of different ethnic and religious, Pancasila values espoused students in the school as well as the way the cultivation of multicultural values in schools. His research interests are the students who are in SMP Maria Padang. The total number was 452 students, and the students were taken as people randomly interviewed selected in accordance with the data needed by researchers. Selection of research subjects based on the grouping of students based on ethnicity and religion are required according to preliminary data obtained from the preliminary findings of field surveys. This type of research is qualitative research, which is taking the data obtained in the form of descriptive picture. The picture described by the findings obtained and processed data from investigators. Data through qualitative research consisted of primary data and secondary data drawn from observation and free interviews and in-depth documentation and also done taking into view the data found. Data analysis techniques step taken by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.. The findings show that the shape and type of social interaction of students showing the relationship in general is associative and dissociative inside the school. Associative form that shows the cooperation and accommodation. While the form of dissociative found any form of competition. Forms of competition and conflicts that exist in the school environment in general is the student activities that occur among ethnic Chinese, Minang, Batak, Javanese and between Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, and Buddhism is a competition that is individual, experienced and perceived by each student at the school in achieving or obtaining a certain goal. Furthermore, the students of SMP Maria have demonstrated the existence of the practice of the values of Pancasila in the move and interact in school. then also have been done by the schools of value investment as a binder and a unifying multicultural students in social interaction at school.</em></pre>

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>The aim of the research is to analyze the effects of grammar mastery towards students’ writing thesis proposal atSTKIP YDB LubukAlung. The research applied correlational research; the population of this research was the sixth semester students in academic year 2017/2018. The samples of this research were 32 students chosen by using total sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistic through SPSS 22.0 version. The research result showed there was correlation between Grammar mastery and Writing Thesis Proposal of English Language Education Program. It showed that the value of F<sub>count</sub>= 0.837was greater than F<sub>table</sub>= 0.349 (F<sub>count</sub>>F<sub>table</sub>), or p= 0.000 was lower than α= 0.05 (p <α). Inother words, the alternative hypothesis that saying there is significant relationship between grammar mastery and writing thesis proposal is accepted.There are significant different of student ability in accomplishing an assignment. The student who has highest score of grammar mastery is similarity having highest score of writing skill. Moreover, the student who has lowest score of grammar mastery will having lower score also to writing thesis proposal. This means grammar mastery have effect to writing skill. It can be concludes that grammatical mastery gives significant contribution to the paper thesis writing.</em></p>

<p><em>Dream are closely related to the expectations and psychological emphasis the owned a counselee. </em><em>In counseling process, the dream has its own meaning. There are several counseling models use dream analysis techniques to alleviate the problems experienced by the counselee. Salah satu model konseling yang memakai teknik analisis mimpi dalam proses konseling adalah neurocounseling. Neurocounseling believes that the experience of dream by a person is a form of pressure or the desire in the past that goes into the subconscious (re-experience), manifestation of desire in the future (pre-experience), and manifestation of the desires (being present). Neurocounseling approaches argue that this dream analysis technique can be used in counseling process, so it would be better if counselor uses dream analysis techniques to diagnose the problems which are experienced by the counselee.</em></p>

<p><em>English is a need for this millennial era. As an official international language, English is spoken by people in international forum. Noticing the importance of English, some countries have placed it in their primary curriculum school, even introduced it to young language learner. This paper discusses teaching speaking for young language learner by applying communicative approach. Teaching speaking for young language learner is not an easy activity. Teachers need more creativity, design enjoyable activity and present fun way for them. Young learners, especially in this millennial era should familiar with English. Mastering English since early age, especially speaking becomes a basic preparation for them to face globalization. It is worth to teach them English since young age, the more they age the more chance they have. To realize that hopes, this paper provides several communicative activities in teaching speaking for young language learner. </em></p>

<pre><em>The rapid development and progress of the times became one of the important phenomena of the birth of 21<sup>st</sup> Century education. This gave a signal that it is time for young people to be equipped with various soft skills to make them as a generation that has an open insight in developing the times. One of the current efforts that can be done in equipping the younger generation, especially in elementary school students, is to utilize the Adiwiyata’s program (School of Environmental Care) as a step to building scientific literacy values that will provide them with an understanding related to content, context, attitude, and the process of how to apply science in everyday life. One of the supporting components of the Adiwiyata’s school that can be used as a step to cultivate literate openness to science is the existence of green houses, living pharmacies, and slogans in the form of scientific images attached along the walls of the school. These components indirectly give effect in the form of knowledge and scientific concepts that can later be applied in everyday life. The scientific literacy aspect resulted from the existence of several adiwiyata components in the form of openness of students' insight into the use of bethadine leaves as first aid for their fallen and bleeding friends. The application implicitly has penetrated the aspects of content literacy, concepts, attitudes, and scientific processes. It can be concluded that the Adiwiyata school is a school with the Environmental Care Program as one of the gateways to instill scientific literacy values in elementary school students</em>.<em></em></pre>

<pre>Nowadays, young generation of Minang people is lulled by new cultures brought by information technology through digital media. As a consequence, they were oblivious their own cultures. It can be seen from how to dress, hang out, speak, walk, all of which have changed greatly from the habits of the Minang people. Indeed, they no longer use figurative language and Minang proverbs that are required with meaning. One way to do so is by applying Minang proverbs as a medium for local cultural inheritance to the young Minang generation. It will give a sigificance contribution for teachers have soft competence, and can compete in the community. The data and information of this paper is through literature study which study the Minangproverbs by Yos Magek Bapayuang. </pre>

<p><em>The aim of this article is to present how to build positive relationship between teacher and students in the classroom. The role of the teacher is not just to deliver knowledge to the students but also build positive relationship with them. Many studies have examined the importance of teacher-students relationships for students’ learning outcome and students’ motivation to learn. The design of this research was descriptive qualitative research. The collection of the data was done through documentations and interview. The research found that teacher must build positive relationship with the students in order to increase students’ academic outcome and their motivation that needed to be successful in both academic and life lessons. Therefore, it should be the goal of every teacher to build positive teacher-students relationship in the classroom.</em></p>

<p><em>In-service teacher training supports teachers in their ‘lifelong learning’ as educators, as professionals and as individuals that responsible to the next generation education. Workshop is one of in-service teacher training technique which are popular because of their inherent flexibility and promotion of principles of experiential and adult learning. This article is aimed to explore the techniques of making in-service teacher training effective through workshop. The design of this research was qualitative research. The data collection was done through interviews. The research found that workshop is regarded as a technique that give several advantages for teachers themselves if workshops runs success and efficient. In conclusion, in-service teacher training through workshops may be provided to teachers for improving the effectiveness of teaching.</em></p>

<p><em>Everyone in his life can’t be separated from various problems, and want to be free from the problem. In problem solving, sometimes not everyone is able to address the problem directly to others (parents, relatives, friends, teachers and or counselors). To assist such individuals, in counseling known as "Journaling” techniques</em>. <em>Journaling techniques can be utilized by a counselor in the implementation of counseling to reveal, deepen, understand, interpretation and assess and follow up the problems experienced by individuals. “Journaling Techniques” provide the freedom to individual expression of thoughts, feelings and behaviors experienced with the aim of reducing and even solving the burden of the problem experienced.</em> <em>From the results of research that has been conducted on the fourth semester students selected random in the faculty Tarbiyah known, from 100 students only two people who do not express their thoughts, feelings and behavior. Of the students who said that 97% feel relieved or feel free from the problems they experienced.</em></p>

One of the teachers must carry out writing learning with the stages in writing, namely pre-writing, while writing and post-writing. <p><em>This study aims to develop an integrative circular geometry teaching material </em><em>applied </em><em>STAIN Batusangkar. Character education at the government comes as an attempt to erode the negative impact. Historically, character education is the primary mission of the apostles. Islam was present as a movement to enhance the character. Since the 7th century Prophet Muhammad SAW explicitly. Stating that his main task is to enhance the character (characters).
