<p><em>This research was motivated by a phenomenon of the most students do not understand that learning styles are very influential on learning success optimally. This study aims todescribe the learning students’ styles of Indonesia Languagen and Literature Education Study Program. The population of this study was the students of the Indonesia Language and Literature Education Study Program of YDB LubukAlung in 2017/2018 academic year. Data were collected using questionnaire to determine the dominant learning style of students. The data were analyzed with the following steps: (1) checking the data and giving a score according to the Likert scale for the questionnaire (2) analyzing and discussing the data. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded four things as follows: The average score of students' visual learning styles was 3.49, it means that the dominant visual learning was owned by Indonesia Language and Literature Education Study Program students. The average auditoria learning style was 2.99, it means the students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education have an auditory learning style at a moderate level. The average kinesthetic learning style was obtained at 3.08,it means that Indonesian Language and Literature Education students are having a kinesthetic learning style. Relevant to the results of the study, the following things are recommended, the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program should conduct a learning style test at the beginning of the lecture</em></p>

<p><em>The research was conducted since the materials for writing do not fulfill the need of the studenst. This was the cause why the students have low ability in writing.therefore,the material needed to be developed by using strategy graphic organizer.the aim of this research was to produce valid,practical and effective writing material of exposition text.The was research and developing by adopting plomp design which consist of three stages. They are,need analysis (preliminary stage),prototype stage and asseement stage. The data for validity test was obtained through material validation.practicality was taken from observation sheet about the implementation of lesson plan, questionnaire about students and teacher respon and interview with students and teacher.the effectiveness was been through the activity of the students writing process and learning result. The data was analyzed descriptively. The validity test shows that writing material for exposition text is valid. Observation,quesionarie and interview result shows that the material is practical.the effectiveness test shows that the activity of the students is very good. Based on those result it can be concluded that writing material for exposition test using graphic organizer grade 4 is valis,practical and effective.</em></p>

<p><em>Mastering speaking skill is important in English language learning. Teacher can use many techniques to teach speaking in the classroom. One of techniques in teaching speaking is by using games. Hopscotch game is one of traditional games which can be used to teach speaking. This </em><em>paper</em><em> discusses the application of hopscotch game as one of the techniques in the teaching aspect of speaking English which focused on Elementary School students. The aim of this </em><em>paper</em><em> is to describe the implementation of hopscotch game in teaching speaking. This </em><em>paper</em><em> will explain: 1) The procedure for applying hopscotch game in teaching speaking. 2) The advantages of using hopscotch game in teaching speaking. The writer will explain the teaching materials, teaching media, and procedures in implementing hopscotch game in teaching speaking. The conclusion shows that: 1) There is an example of teaching procedure in speaking English using hopscotch game, 2) Hopscotch game makes students enjoy the learning to talk, and it can be a way to motivate students in teaching and learning English. Therefore it is expected that the teachers can implement a variety of techniques such as hopscotch game in the teaching speaking to make the learning process more interested and enjoyable. The students are expected to be active in practicing speaking English without fear of making mistakes because the teachers will improve and help them better in speaking English.</em></p>

<p>This research is analyzed students’ mastery of comparison degree. There are three kinds of comparison degree. They are: positive, comparative and superlative degree. The population of this research is English department students of FKIP UPI YPTK Padang. The sample of the research is second semester students of English department students of FKIP UPI YPTK Padang in 2017/2018 academic year. The instrument of the research is test of comparison degree of adjective. The result of the test shows that students have different ability in mastery comparison degree. </p>

<p><em>Pemimpin adalah orang yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi orang lain guna mencapai sutu tujuan. Agar menjadi pemimpin yang sukses dalam mengemban peran, tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawab maka seseorang haruslah memiliki kompetensi kepemimpinan. Guna meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan maka diperlukan literasi dan inovasi. Keterampilan literasi yang baik akan membantu pemimpin dalam memahami informasi baik lisan maupun tertulis serta menggunakannya secara efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan atau pemecahan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi organisasi. Penguatan kepemimpinan melalui literasi akan mampu melahirkan inovasi baru dari seorang pemimpin. <p><em>This research is based on the low understanding of mathematical concepts of students in SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu because of the low ability to comprehend mathematical concepts of students, students' activeness in following the lesson is still low, student learning outcomes are still low. The purpose of this study is to know the understanding of mathematical concepts of students by using learning models pair checks. The research design used is Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study is class XI IPS. Samples are randomly selected, the classes selected to be experimental class are XI IPS 1 class, and class XI IPS 4 becomes the control class. Data analysis technique in this test using normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis test that is t-test. Based on the results of the study can be concluded the ability of understanding mathematical concepts with the use of Pair Checks learning model is better than the understanding of mathematical concepts with the use of conventional learning model.</em></p>

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to describe type of error of word order errors that often occured in the use of word order in recount text made by students based on Surface Strategy Taxonomy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population of this research is the tenth grade students of SMAN 4 Pariaman in 2017/2018 academic year. The writer used purposive sampling to get the sample. The sample is class X IPA<sub>5</sub>, which consists of 34 students. The data in this research were taken by using writing test. The result of this research showed that there were four types of error made by students were omission, adition, misformation, and misordering. There were 57 items or 43,2% of ommision errors, 45 items or 34% of misordering error, 25 items or 19% of misformation errors, and 5 items or 3,8% of addition errors. These errors were conducted because most of the students had not clearly understood of the structure of the sentence in English. To sum up, it showed that made of correct word order in recount text is difficult for students. Furthermore, the sources of error came from two categories : interlingual transfer and intralingual transfer. The dominant source of error was interlingual transfer with 77%.</em></p>

<p><em>Virtual Reality is a new technology which widely use</em><em>d</em><em> and very popular among young generation</em><em>.Virtual Realityand </em><em>Artificial Intelligence</em><em> technologiesgrows</em><em> rapidly. ELT in Indonesia is very poorly accepted by students due to the teacher’s boring and traditional teaching methods or approach</em><em> resulting in students lack in English</em><em>. So if teachers use new teaching methods by using artificial intelligence integrated virtual reality as a media of teaching then students would probably be interested and the teaching or class can be done from their own home in a virtual world which could also mean less money spent on transportation, lunch, etc.</em><em>Thisalso make students better in english on a daily basis. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy of a Teacher Guidance and Counseling in addressing the problems of students in MTsN 3 Tanah Datar. This type of research is qualitative that is by giving an overview of the strategy of a Teacher Guidance and Counseling in addressing student problems. Instrument of data collection that is direct interview to Master Guidance and Counseling at MTsN 3 Tanah Datar. The results of interviews with Teacher Guidance and Counseling obtained information strategy that is used with SWOT analysis by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis is very effective and efficient in formulating and evaluating the activities of Guidance and Counseling.</em></p>

<pre><em>Nowadays, ini digital era, traditional classroom which mostly provide face-to-face lectures in classroom and doing homework at home is not relevant anymore with learners’ learning style as “digital natives”. Teacher as “digital immigrant” must be able to make some adaptation to learning approach in order that the learners can attend meaningful learning for their daily life and future career. The present paper aims to review of flipped classroom as an inventive learning approach which could accomodate 21st century learners to have better learning engagement through digital technology in instructional practices. The elaboration will include some related sub-topics, namely (1) concept and definition of flipped classroom, (2) theoretical backgroud of flipped classroom, (3) benefits and obstacles of</em><em> </em><em>flipped classroom and (4) cycles of flipped classroom implementation.</em><em></em></pre>

<p>I would like to start this article with a food for thought from <em>Bill Gates</em>… “<em>Technology</em> <em>is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them, the teacher is most important.</em>”<em> </em>Yes, technology is used as a tool to appeal to all learning styles and<em> </em>levels, but can never be a substitute for well-trained teachers. No matter the improvement in technology, we still need teachers to come and explain.</p>

<p>In this article, the authors will discuss on the utilization of freeware from internet and easily accessible software for the development of new approach to student-centered learning module (SCLMM) for science subjects. Currently, there are many software which are able to contribute to the education field. However, those software or assistive technology software in the market are expensive and users have to pay for their licenses and are not easily accessible. Freeware is define as any software that can be found in the internet and require no license fee. Many of these freeware or applications can contribute to the education sector. In fact the SCLMM developed from freeware can enhance students’ understanding on the scientific concept during their learning process. This encourages educators to develop their own SCLMM that allows active learning process for their students and also can be used for other method of teaching methodologies such as blended learning etc. This article further highlights some examples of freeware and possible practical implementation into SCLMM in a selected science topic. This new approach and with further effort on exploring the application of this freeware on other topics; we are hopeful that transforming science SCLMM in all levels of education into an entertaining and attractive learning activities will be achieved.</p>

<p><em>Penelitian ini akan mengungkap bagaimana pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Malalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, beberapa orang ustadz/ustadzah, dan beberapa orang santri kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menyeleksi data, mengelompokan data, analisis isi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa, metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kitab kuning adalah menggunakan metode klasikal (perpaduan metode konvensional) yang pembelajarannya dilakukan secara berjenjang dan berkelas-kelas. Materi yang diajarkan pada pondok pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Malalo, menggunakan kitab kuning dengan perpaduan metode bandongan (santri menyimak atau mengikuti apa yang disampaikan ustadz), sorogan (ustadz menyimak / mengikuti apa yang disampakan santri), hafalan (metode untuk mengingat materi ajar), diskusi (sebagai pemecahan masalah dari materi yang dipelajari), qawa’id tarjamah (kemahiran berbahasa yakni kemahiran menulis, membaca dan menerjemahkan), qiyasiyah (di qiyaskan terlebih dahulu baru setelah itu mendatangkan contoh-contoh), dan istiqra’iyah (</em><em>mendatangkan contoh-contohnya terlebih dahulu kemudian diikuti dengan qawaid pada umumnya)</em><em>. Alasan metode tersebut diterapkan dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Malalo karena dapat membuat santri mudah mengerti atau paham dari segi makna dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning. <strong></strong></em></p>

<p><em>Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum terungkap </em><em>Perencanaan</em><em>,</em><em> Pelaksanaan</em><em>, dan </em><em>Evaluasi</em><em> </em><em>pembelajaran oleh guru PAI dan Budi Pekerti pada aspek kompetensi sikap spritual dan sikap sosial berdasarkan Permendikbud No 22 tahun 2016 di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Solok</em><em>. </em><em>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk </em><em>Mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti ditinjau dari sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial berdasarkan Permendikbud No. 22 dan 23 tahun 2016 di SMA Negeri 1 Kota</em><em> Solok</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research. </em><em>Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi pekerti, kepala sekolah dan sumber data lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dilapangan terdiri atas temuan umum dan temuan khusus. Temuan umum berkaitan dengan sejarah dan profil sekolah sedangkan temuan khusus berkaitan dengan perencanaan yaitu pengembangan </em><em>silabus K13 dari Propinsi kemudian guru mengembangkan indikatornya pada saat KKG guru PAI di SMAN 1 namun KKG guru PAI tidak berjalan dengan baik. Model RPP terbaru yang dibuat hanya satu KD atau satu pertemuan saja. RPP dikembangkan sesuai dengan budaya yang ada di lingkungan sekitar</em><em>, pelaksanaannya yaitu </em><em>alokasi waktu jam tatap muka pembelajaran 35 menit. dan Jumlah rombongan belajar 46 rombel. jumlah maksimum 36 Rombel, Buku teks pelajaran belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. </em><em>dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti ditinjau dari sikap spritual dan sikap sosial. Buku</em><em> penilaian tentang kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor terlambat dibuat.</em><em> pengamatan langsung selama pembelajaran dan faktor pendukung bagi guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru PAI dan Budi di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Solok.</em></p>

Penerapan penyelesaian sengketa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Solok dilakukan secara kekeluargaan antara pihak keluarga suami dan pihak keluarga istri serta mamak kedua belah pihak sebagai penengah. Apabila masalah tersebut tidak bisa diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, maka masalah itu diselesaikan secara pidana melalui Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru maupun penyelesaian secara perdata di Pengadilan Agama Koto Baru. Proses penyelesaian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga secara kekeluargaan maupun hukum di Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuan dari UU Nomor 23 tahun 2004 tentang PKDRT pasal 4 huruf d untuk menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga yang harmonis dan sejahtera. Hal ini terlihat dengan perkara KDRT diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan berakhir dengan Penyelesaian secara hukum di Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru. Proses penyelesaian secara pidana ke Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru berakhir dengan hukuman, serta penyelesaian secara perdata di Pengadilan Agama Koto Baru yang berakhir dengan perceraian. Tinjauan Hukum Keluarga Islam terhadap proses penyelesaian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Solok ini sesuai dengan hukum keluarga Islam, sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam surat an-Nisa ayat 35 tentang mengutus <em>hakam</em> dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan suami istri. Keberadaan <em>Hakam</em> dalam penyelesaian sengketa dalam rumah tangga bukan merupakan perbuatan yang menyalahi aturan yang berlaku di Indonesia, bahkan kehadiran <em>Hakam </em>justru menjadi solusi yang harus ada dalam penyelesaian prahara rumah tangga.

<p align="center"><em>This research was conducted because of the need to develop intellectual potential in the learning process carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP N 29 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing students' intellectual potential in improving the learning process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative field research. The data analysis technique used is in accordance with the Miles and Huberman Model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. In this study, PAI teachers have made efforts to develop students 'intellectual potential, such as providing subject matter according to the basic competencies to be achieved, giving assignments to students to improve students' memory and understanding of the material given, remembering students. knowledge and insight, and convey material with the lecture method, ask students to memorize lessons, give students the opportunity to discuss and present in front of the class, and the teacher uses the method of thinking in delivering material.</em><em></em></p>

<p align="center"><em>In millennial era, many people claim that their teaching is the most correct, so that it raises discordance among people. Indeed, if there is a child who has different opinion (understanding) from his/ her parent, she/he will consider as misguided. Therefore, Islam as rahmatan li al-‘alamin religion should create peaceful environment between all people with no exception. It is included people who have different faith or religion as non-Muslim. The religious moral development of early childhood has been happened since they are in the womb, so that rahmatan li al-‘alamin as moral value can be implanted from an early age where is called as golden age. therefore, this research aims to describe: (1) the method of strenghtebmning rahmatan lil amain values among early children in East Java. (2) The implication of the method. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with case study in East Java. The research subject is chosen through purposive sampling in which parents/guardian both teach and strengthen the rahmatan lil alami valimus for early children aging 4-6 years. Reinforcement of rahmatan li al-‘alamin moral value is given by many method such as inquiry, role playing, storytelling, field trip and habituation. The result indicates that the children, who have been implanted by rahmatan li-al’alamin moral value from an early age, have the character of respecting and honoring each other. It is seen from their empathic behavior toward their fellows.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab berbasis gambar di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 31 siswa dari kelas 4 tahun akademik 2019-2020, di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Responden diambil secara purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran Bahasa Arab dengan media gambar dapat melatih siswa memahami teks bacaan dasar dengan baik. Pengajaran bahasa Arab tidak hanya menekankan pada aspek gramatika tetapi juga berdasarkan fungsional dan situasional. Berdasarkan analisis data dan dokumen implementasi pembelajaran berbasis gambar, siswa dapat mengekspresikan ide-ide mereka dalam bahasa Arab dan memahami aspek fungsional. Keterampilan berbahasa, seperti dasar-dasar mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis dapat lebih dikuasai. Implikasi dari model pembelajaran media bergambar adalah dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam belajar bahasa Arab, yaitu memudahkan siswa memperoleh kosakata baru dan menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi serta dapat berkomunikasi dalam kalimat sederhana antara satu sama lain dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan.</em></p>
