<p><em>Outsourcing merupakan pemindahan pekerjaan dan jasa yang dibutuhkan perusahaan kepada pihak ketiga (perusahaan penyediaan jasa/vendor). Dari sisi perusahaan outsourcing dapat menciptakan efisiensi biaya produksi (</em><em>cost of production)</em><em>. Dengan demikian </em><em>outsourcing merupakan kegiatan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari penghematan biaya sumber daya (manusia). <p><em>This research was started from the students’ interest in STIKes Prima Nusantara Bukittinggi Diploma III of midwifery in the academic year 2011 on learning were high. There were 91,9% of students got achievement index > 2,75. This research was aimed at finding the correlation of learning environment, students’ learning motivation and students’ learning interest. This research belongs to survey analitic by using cross sectional approach. The samples were 96 students and the questionnaire was used as instrument. The data analysis were done by applying statistical test chi square (x</em><em><sup>2</sup></em><em>). <p><em>his study was aimed at revealing the influence of self-efficacy and decision making on the headmasters’ job performance of Tsanawiyah Secondary School (MTs) In Tanah Datar. The sample of this study were the headmasters of Tsanawiyah Secondary School (MTs) in Tanah Datar consisted of 32 headmasters which were selected from 48 headmasters by using stratified proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The findings revealed that (1) self efficacy significantly influenced 25,3% toward headmasters’ job performance; (2) decision making significantly influenced 27,4% toward headmasters’ job performance; and (3) self efficacy and decision making significantly influenced 38.8% toward headmasters’ job performance. It can be concluded that self efficacy and decision making were two important factors that influenced headmasters’ job performance of Tsanawiyah Secondary School (MTs) in Tanah Datar.</em></p><strong>Keywords</strong><em>: Self-Efficacy, Decision Making, Headmasters’ Job Performance, Tsanawiyah Secondary School</em>

<p><em>This correlational study was aimed at revealing the contribution of teachers’ commitment and school leadership to the teachers’ discipline at State Islamic High School (MAN) 2 Batusangkar. The results showed that 1) the teachers</em>’ <em>commitment contributed to the teachers</em>’<em> discipline 62.8%. It means that the teachers' commitment needs to be improved; 2) the principal's leadership contributed significantly to the teachers’ discipline 50.4%. It means that the contribution of school leadership needs to be improved; and 3) the teachers</em>’<em> commitment and school leadership together significantly contributed to the teachers</em>’<em> discipline 77.5% and 22.5% were influenced by other variables, it was not examined in this study. </em></p><strong>Keywords</strong><em>:</em> <em>Teachers’ Commitment, Principal Leadership and Teachers’ discipline </em>

<p><strong>: </strong><em>In this case study of qualitative approach the researcher analyzed the performance of civil servant and non civil servant teachers after certification. This research was conducted in Private Islamic High School (MAS) Plus Padang Ganting Tanah Datar. This research revealed that the civil servant teachers were better than non-civil servant teachers. <p><em>This study focused on the implementation of learning management at Islamic Integrated Primary School Andalas Cendikia Dharmasraya. The qualitative approach was used in this study by applying interview and documentation as instruments. The findings revealed that the school had done the function of management. The school implemented Islamic culture such greeting to teachers and friends, kissing teachers’ hand when they shake hand and praying Dhuha together. <p><em>In this quantitative study the researcher tested three hypotheses 1) the work ethos of Islamic contributed significantly toward the teachers’ job performance; 2) the training contributed significantly toward the teachers’ job performance; 3) simultaneously, the work ethos of Islamic and training contributed significantly toward the teachers’ job performance in Islamic Junior High School Padang Panjang. Research samples were 58 teachers which were selected from 152 population. Research data were collected through questionnaire. The results revealed that a) the work ethos of Islamic contributed significantly (26,50%) toward the teachers’ job performance; b) the teachers’ training contributed significantly (26,00%) toward the teachers’ job performance; c) simultaneously, the work ethos of Islamic and training contributed significantly (40,70%) toward the teachers’ job performance. </em></p><strong>Keywords<em>: </em></strong><em>Teachers’ Job Performance, Work Ethos of Islamic, Training, Islamic Junior High School</em>

<p><em>This study was aimed at describing the implementation of the management of learners at MAN Beringin Kota Sawahlunto. This study was related to qualitative descriptive to prove the actual object (study phenomena) and was compared from the theory. The findings showed that the implementation of learners’ management generally had been accomplished in accordance with the function of management. <p><em>This research focused on the low of supervisor’s job performance in Sawahlunto based on the worse of planning and motivation. This case was from the lack of service on developing supervisor’s competence at ministry of religion Sawahlunto. This research was an action research where it aimed at testing hypothesis and upgrading supervisor’s job performance through improving service and professional development. The participant of this research was 7 supervisors at ministry of religion Sawahlunto. The data were collected by using interview and documentation. The findings revealed that the supervisor’s job performance on the cycle I was better with 75.29%. <p><em><span>This research concerned on the role of the supervisor and headmaster as an educational consultant for teachers to improve the quality of education. The teachers’ job performance can be known from their ability to plan, implement, evaluate and follow up the instructional activities. This research was descriptive qualitative by using interview and documentation as instruments. The results found that there were 7 programs applied to improve the teachers’ job performance 1) training teachers’ responsibility; 2) training teachers’ on instructional implementation; 3) training teachers on instructional evaluation; 4) training teachers’ discipline; 5) training teachers’ commitment; 6) training teachers’ loyalty; and 7) training teachers’ motivation. The way the supervisor and headmaster improve the teachers’ job performance by giving proportional DP3 score, and they wish to improve the teachers’ job performance because there is program of training teachers’ responsibility. </span></em></p><p><em></em><strong><span>Keywords</span></strong><em><span>: Efforts, Supervisor, Headmaster, Teacher’s Job Performance</span></em></p>

<p><em>This research due to the learning Islamic Education (PAI) at grade IV Primary School Lubuk Sikarah Solok was focused on cognitive aspects, the learning management less managed by the teacher so that the learning management tends to be static. This research was aimed at producing a model of learning management for PAI at grade IV Primary School Lubuk Sikarah Solok. This research was classified into Research and Development by using Thiagarajan model (define, design, develop and dissemination). Data were collected through validation techniques, observation and interviews. <p>Education as a human effort is the best cultural aspect and result that every generation of human beings can provide for the benefit of the young generation to continue their life and way of life in the socio-cultural context. Therefore, every pluralistic society in modern times always prepares its citizens who are selected as educators for the sake of continuity (regeneration) of each society concerned. Various problems in education, if can not be eliminated at all, at least it needs to be minimized, so the problems that arise do not interfere with the achievement of general educational goals, or specific learning objectives. Furthermore, this study discusses the analysis of factors that affect student learning outcomes in mathematics courses, especially UPI students "YPTK" Padang with the aim to examine the factors that affect student learning outcomes in the mathematics course itself. This research was conducted through field study by distributing questionnaires to students as the object of his research. The method of analysis used is the regression model in this case with the discussion of the magnitude of the coefficient of determination, simultaneous testing, partial testing and normality of research data. The results obtained that the motivation, ability or expertise possessed in the understanding of mathematics mathematics is a factor that greatly affect the results of learning. This is proven, where more than 50 percent of students are able to get good grades from the mathematics learning. Meanwhile, from both simultaneous testing and partial testing showed a fairly strong level of significance. However, even so for the future as an educator (lecturer) still provide motivation, inspiration and tricks or tips for mathematics courses are able to continue to be liked, developed in the form of modeling that is easier to understand not a complicated or boring subject for some students.</p>

<p>The precious values contained in Minangkabau custom is the noble mind of noble character. Before Islam entered Minangkabau, the teachings of the mind based on alam takambang jadi guru (nature and environment are the best teachers) and after Islam developed in Minangkabau this value became more perfect. Now there is a shift of values about the noble character in the Minangkabau society. This is reflected in the way of talking, dressing and taking decisions. The purpose of this paper is to explain the causes of the shift of values in Minangkabau society. This research was a library reserach, in the form of content analysis. The findings revealed that the causes of the shift of values about the noble mind in Minangkabau were the existence of imbalance between material and spiritual life, between the life of the world and the hereafter, between the life physical and spiritual, the respect of the young to the elder that triggered of the development of disgraceful character and depletion of noble character , which has been mandated by God.</p>

<p>The research was distributed by several factors as follows. (1) students often trembling voice in conveying the contents of talks; (2) at the time of sitting the discussion students discuss issues outside the discussion; (3) activities discuss monopolized by active students only; (4) at the time the lecturer asked students embarrassed answer for fear of wrong. This study aims to describe the process of improving the ability of students semester II discuss Prodi Indonesia language and literature Education using learning methods of type Numbered Heads Together. The subject of this study are students semester II Prodi Indonesia language and literature Education amounted to 27 people. Data collection is carried out through two main tools, namely test and nontes. The test is used to collect the data the ability to peacefully, while data nontes used to collect usage data learning method of type Numbered Heads Together in the study discussion. Penganalisisan data descriptive-analistis made in accordance with the application of the concept of research action class. The results showed that the method of learning type Numbered Heads Together on the mean values of prasiklus ability of students are discussing 53.90. On cycle I increased to 63.62, and in cycle II also experience increased 76.62. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increased ability of discussing students semester II Prodi Indonesia language and literature Education STKIP YDB Bottom Alung using learning methods of type Numbered Heads Together.</p>

This study focuses on describing the ability in cognitive process bloom taxonomy revision of college student especially in understanding aspect. The methodology of this research descriptive method. There are 15 college students from 21 college students in physics department that validate their evaluation instrument to the author. Fifteen college students will be the sample of this research. Collecting data by correcting of their instrument sheets and direct-indirect interview for each students about their evaluation instruments. The result of this study shows that they have problems to make the physics problem in understanding aspect. All of them have same problems to make the physics problem in understanding aspect. It can be happened because they do not understand clearly about the differences about of these cognitive process dimensions. They still confuse to make them. They do not know about the example of physics problem about the understanding aspect on cognitive process taxonomy Bloom. Almost of them make the physics problem in remembering aspect be understanding aspect.

<p>This research was inspired by the phenomena concerning with the learning process of islamic teaching subject (PAI) was still knowledge-oriented that made it less meaningful and less valuable to be internalised within the learners themselves. In the learning process of PAI in madrasah ibtidaiyah (islamic elementary schools), the teacher-centered method is still dominant. PAI material presented in partial form and has not presented holistically and integratetively. This study employed ADDIE development method that includes the stage of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The syntax of ISLAMIC with Aiken analysis of book model validation data was 0.87, teacher's book was 0.86 and student's book was 0.86 showed valid product. Practicality of model book product was 0.85. teacher's book was 0.86 and student book was 0.88 resulted in practical product. The effectiveness of value products and attitudes improved greatly. The instructional impact of students is intelligent, faithful and piety and the acompanying impact increased student self-control.</p>
