<p><strong>This research is aimed to know deeply about how (1) implementation of planning of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence</strong>. (2) implementation of organizing of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence.</p><p>(3) actuating of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence. (4) implementation of controling and evaluating of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence at intergraited muslim boarding school of Istiqamah Simawang Batusangkar. This resarch is conducted by using qualitative research. It is an effert to get description about implementation of management of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence at intergraited muslim boarding school of Istiqamah Simawang Batusangkar. <p><strong>The purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the correlations of Supervision by the Principal and teacher Competencywith job satisfaction at elementary schools in Baso districk Agam</strong>.This research used quantitative method which shows the reality and many problems appeared.</p><p>The population of this research was 201 persons of all elementary schools teachers in distric Baso. Numbers of samples of this research were 60 persons.This research revealed are (1) Supervision by the principal correlated with job satisfaction significantly. The extended of correlation of job satisfaction determined by Supervision ofthe principal as 22 %. (2) Teacher competency correlated with job satisfsction significantly. Job satisfaction was determined by teachers teacher competency as 19,4 %. (3) The supervision by the principal (X1)and teacher comptetency (X2) correlated significantly with job satisfaction at elementary schools in Baso districk Agam, and the extend job satisfsction was determined by supervision the principal and teachers’ competency as 29,1 %.</p><strong>Key Words:</strong> Supervisi, kemampuan guru, kepuasan kerja

<p>Moslem Tradition explained that livelihood was a husband obligation to feed his wife because of its relation between them. The obligation could be a living including other needs. The livelihood was depended on the husband’s capability to give it. If the husband had capability financially but did not fulfill that obligation, it means that he had tyrannized his family members. When fulfilling the livelihood had been assumed as a charity or a religious meal, a negligent husband might get a recompense in the day after.</p>

<p>Al-Ghazali was a sufism and a “faqih”. He was a smart and intelligent one. He knew of how to combine the ability of “fiqh” and sufism. In combining the two knowledges, he usually saw the internal aspects between the two eventhough they were different focus of study, but they were could not be separated each other. He thought that sufism gave something important to ‘Fiqh” because they sould standed together.</p>

<p>The problem of this research was that the society’s confusion about uniting of three time zones (WIB, WIT, and WITA) to become one time (WITA), especially moslem people in Indonesia. Due to this phenomena, it made them got confusion in determining the correct time of doing cumpolsory prayers. Realizing this problem the research was done to study about the uniting of those times that were lied on WITA.Actually, there were two formulas that could be used to solve that problem, namely: first, by using ordinary formula in which time zone of WIB was added one hour and by delaying one hour for time zone of WITA, and second, by calculating the time by using the prior time prayer and correcting the formula refers to several formulas in time zone of WITA. Therefore, by uniting of those three time zones did not give negative effects on determining time prayers.</p>

<em>The library is one of sources of information have an important role in the field of management and the dissemination of information.Good service to visitors library would increase satisfaction visitors.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of library services against satisfaction visitors in the library iain batusangkar and library services most dominant against satisfaction visitors.The quality of service can be seen from a tangible (evidence physical) , the reliability of) reability (the responsiveness of responsiveness (the responsiveness of) assurance life for you and empathy (empathy ) that could be met. By increasing the quality of service that this will create visitor satisfaction, but the importance of a the quality of services in the library libraries are not balanced with the facilities and infrastructures good. Data sources used was the data to the spread of the kuisioner primary.The sample of the by 80 in total.This research result indicates that all the variables influential together to satisfaction visitors.Haphazardly variable assurance and emphaty can provide the effect on satisfaction visitors, while variable tangible, reability and responsiveness not to exert an influence upon satisfaction visitors in the library IAIN Batusangkar. The result of this research that is indicative of the value of the coefficients of determination as much as 31,2 % , so there were thousands of visitors satisfaction in drinking water has in addition to being influenced by the quality of service have also been influenced by another aspect 68,8 % , it is expected that there have been instances of advanced research to make a statement on another aspect that capable of affecting of satisfaction visitors in working the library IAIN Batusangkar</em>

The research objective was to determine the needs analysis of developing MPI on the biology of animal development at STAIN Batusangkar.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></em><em>The research use Plomp model.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></em><em>The data obtained will be analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result showed that philosophy of STAIN Batusangkar is an integration. Analysis of the characteristics of students showed that students of STAIN Batusangkar has a heterogeneous background of the aspects of capability. These results are based on the findings of the Academic Performance Index, schools and majors while undergoing studies in high school, the course pre-condition and the results of multiple intelegencie test. Developmental of biology material is characterized by the facts, concepts, principles and theories. <p align="center"><em>This study aims to see to what extent sharia banks apply the principles of maqashid sharia in the implementation of CSR. Based on initial interviews, the current implementation of CSR is as a promotional event and to a public confidence maintainance for the companies to feel safe during their operation. Unstructured interviews were done as data collection technique. The research results showed that shariah banks have applied the concept of maqashid shariah partially. Based on the concept of maqashid shariah, banks in implementing CSR refers to 5 aspects, ie (1) maintaining religion (hifzh ad-din): compliance of banks in running products in accordance with sharia ( an-nafs): issuing zakat on a body as well as a private, (3) keeping the mind (hifzh al-'aql): training and education for employees (4) maintaining descendants (hifzh annasl): fulfilling all the needs of employees so that they can obtain welfare; and (5) keeping the property (hifzh al-mal) focusing on the needs and desires of customers and stakeholders. Caring about trade unions, local communities, governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), consumers, the poors / the dhuafas are the ways of the banks to prove that sharia banks are </em><em>not only profit-oriented but also social awareness oriented in accordance with the principles of maqashid sharia.</em><em></em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Some experts argue that farmers do not have the spirit of hard work. The above opinion is not entirely true, especially if faced with the reality of life of rubber farmers of Dayak Bakumpai tribe in Jangkang Baru Village. The rubber farmers in the village succeeded in expanding their business from rubber tappers to rubber masters. How did they succeed? What values underlied their morale? This research seeks to the two questions. This research uses qualitative approach with phenomenological study. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentatary study. Data analysis is done from the beginning and during the research process, to come to the conclusion. Research results show that there are three values that underlie their work ethic. First: religious values including the obligation to give a living to the family, the obligation to send their children to school, the urge to become muzaki, and a strong desire to be able to perform hajj and give charity. Second: local cultural values including: </em><em>tambangan mampatiruh anak kuluh kurik huwang tuyang</em><em>, local slogan Iya mulik bengkan turan and hahandep. Third: the rational value. The ability to unite the three values (sinergizing all the three velues) makes them successful develop their businesses.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>One of the microfinance institutions that has a place in the community is Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) because it operates according to sharia. Its open operational activities to public and ease of utilizing its services require government to give special attention to BMT. Legislation No. 1 year 2013 on MFI and POJK No. 61 / Pojk.05 / 2015 which discusses specifically the MFI with its licensing and legal entity is not enough for the development of BMT. Capital requirements are perceived not to provide free space for BMT and they even close the possibility of development and expansion of BMT in the future.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>The purpose of this study is to get a general idea of how the marketing strategy of products tabungan wadi'ah at PT. BPR Shariah Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. Data collection is done through interview. The results show that: First, the customer gets a fee as an appreciation of the funds deposited in BPR Shariah Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. Second, the initial deposit of account opening is enough to pay Rp. 10.000,-, then deposit at least Rp. 10.000,- and closing account fee Rp. 5,000,-. Third, the promotion is done by advertising that is through the spread of brochures, banners / banners, radio, newspapers, socialization, word of mouth, door to door and publicity to improve the image of the bank in front of customers through the activities of providing compensation to orphans and sales promotion to schools and offices.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Religion in the postmodern era has undergone commodification. Commodification means, placing a religion as a product. Commodification of religion is a process of transformation of the values of religion as ways of life which are based on the belief in God to be values that can be exchanged by using functions that are adapted to the human needs of religion. One form of religious commodification that occurs today is halal tourism. Halal meaning, so far, is synonymous with labeling of wheter something may or may not be consumed based on Islam. On the other hand, the needs of the community towards tourism keeps the religious values increasing. As a result, the government in cooperation with investors are vying to modify the existing tourism facilities to be in accordance with market demand. The process of the commodification of religion, especially through halal tourism, will certainly improve the welfare of the society, because the Tourism Sector in Indonesia becomes an important sector in contributing the country's foreign exchange. Since 2013, the Tourism Sector is the 4th largest sector of the country's foreign exchange contributor, after oil and gas, coal and palm oil. Until the year 2015, tourism activity is one of the economic sectors that is able to grow rapidly, and is one of the largest economic sectors in the world.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>The article aims to analyze the effective</em><em>ness</em><em> and efficien</em><em>cy of </em><em> fund of zakat, Infaq, sadaqah and wa</em><em>qf. Their </em><em> collection and distribution is done through Non</em><em>-</em><em>Bank Industry </em><em>(</em><em>IKBN). This research is a library research. The approach used qualitative normative</em><em> in which the </em><em> analysis is</em><em> done </em><em> </em><em>through </em><em>conten</em><em>t</em><em> analysis. The study revealed that the management of zakat funds, infaq, sadaqah, and wakaf collection and distribution done by IKBN is a mutual symbiosis</em><em> (</em><em>mutual</em><em>ly</em><em> benefi</em><em>cial)</em><em> between fund collection and distribution to those who are entitled to receive and utilize. </em><em>By </em><em>unctioning IKBN </em><em>in </em><em>controlling cross-finance rolling in the community such as mosque funds, </em><em>it is </em><em>easy</em><em> to supervise </em><em> financial reports and</em><em> to makt it </em><em> transparent to the community. This can minimize money leaks that are difficult to account for. And the growth of IKBN will increase with a lot of money being managed.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>The rapid development of Sharia Financial Institutions at the present time has become an interesting phenomenon in the Finance industry. Sharia Financial Institutions as an organization that stands on the principles of Islam, of course, has a social responsibility to the name of Islam it carries. Sharia Financial Institutions must operate in accordance with the rules and principles of Sharia. Based on social roles, Sharia Financial Institutions must provide ISR (Islamic Social Responsibility) information to demonstrate their responsibility as accountability for the community, and provide relevant information in conformity with the religious needs of Muslim decision makers as a manifestation of accountability to Allah SWT because the companies not only operate for the benefit of shareholders but also for social welfare. Disclosure of social responsibility is a managerial tool that companies use to avoid social and environmental conflicts. Disclosure of ISR reported by the companies is expected to gain social legitimacy from the public. This social legitimacy will improve financial transactions, thereby increasing profitability.</em></p>

<em>Waqf as one of the economic resources in Islam has "extraordinary" potential compared with zakat, infak, and shadaqah. However, the narrow understanding and view of the society on the term of waqf makes it as if it is not "valuable" in the economic context. The existence of cash waqf in the waqf system in Indonesia provides a great opportunity for Muslims to make it as one of the alternatives for economic empowerment of the ummah. People of Regency of Tanah Datar as Luhak Nan Tuo in Minangkabau known as a religious and well-heeled community has waqf land assets that are relatively large and wide enough, but it can not be managed and optimized optimally and maximally. This study tries to describe the potential of cash waqf in Regency of Tanah Datar which is juxtaposed with the potential utilization of the available land waqf. . At the same time, it will also provide a real and targeted program offer for the economic empowerment of the people. The results of the study showed that the potential of cash waqf in Regency of Tanah Datar is Rp. 4 billions / year (Rp 20 billions in 5 years). This figure shows that the cash waqf has "extraordinary" potential as an economic power of the people in Tanah Datar Regency. The offer of economic empowerment program of the people to the existing land waqf assets can be done in the form of agriculture, plantation and livestock development for the poor/underprivileged, as well as the establishment of the Shariah Bussines Center /Waqf Center and Islamic microfinance institutions. The joint program with the local government, Baznas, Nagari (Vilage ) Empowerment Fund, and other endowment agencies in a collaborative and synergic ways will strengthen and accelerate the achievement of the welfare and economic independence of the ummah.</em>

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research is to develop textbook materials on constructivism-based numeric method. This idea is based on the reality found the field that some textbook materials on that issue are not relevant anymore. This research used research and development using Plom model. The stages consist of front-end-analysis, prototype, and assessment. Data were validated using experts’ and practical validation. The textbook was validated by experts who were competence in their academic field. Based on the experts’ validation result, the textbook was deemed valid. <p><strong><em>Abstra</em></strong><strong><em>ct</em></strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This reseach was motivated by low of students’ reading comprehension and their reading interest. To anticipate this problem, the researcher offered group close technique – a technique focussed to enrich students’ vocabulary the research used desciptive quantitative. The population of this research was the eight grade students of Junior High School (SMP) Pembangunan UNP Padang. The reseach sample were taken using random sampling. The instrument used was reading comprehension test. The research revealed students’ abililty as follows: (1) an excellent reader was 2.8 percent; (2) very good readers were 11.1 percent; (3) good readers were 11.1 percent; (4) adequate readers were 19.4 percent; (5) less adequate readers were 41.7 percent; and (6) poor readers were 22.2 percent.</em><em> </em></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: <em>penerapan, teknik group close, membaca pemahaman</em></p>
