<p><em>Governance quality measurement<strong> </strong></em><em>of an educational institution is one of the main factors </em><em>that</em><em> can impact on the image of the college and </em><em>the </em><em>student loyalty. This article aims to describe and analyze the student satisfaction level of the academic administration services of IAIN Kendari staff. The research sample amounted to 88 students from 752 population numbers. The research instruments </em><em>we</em><em>re structured using a service satisfaction indicator which refers to the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy aspects. </em><em>The d</em><em>ata were analyzed </em><em>by </em><em>using the Student Satisfaction Index analysis technique. </em><em>T</em><em>he</em><em> result of students’ satisfaction of </em><em>academic </em><em>agency </em><em>activities </em><em>was in</em><em> satisf</em><em>actory category</em><em>. Besides, an interesting empirical finding in this research </em><em>was</em><em> the level of </em><em>students’ </em><em>satisfaction of the service</em><em> positively correlates with the number of the</em><em> employees</em><em>. </em><em>That is, the higher the number of employees</em><em>, </em><em>the higher the level of satisfaction of the service and vice versa. This indicates the need for the </em><em>proportional </em><em>distribution of academic administrative personnel </em><em>in order to </em><em>provide </em><em>the more qualified academic service. </em><em></em></p>

Most of ELT in written communication used the traditional approach which is PPP (presentation, practice, and produce). Although it did reach the performance task which is writing, the process of achieving it is more on the teacher’s dictated. Therefore, the students are having difficulty during the exam time. Therefore, learning material is developed. This R&D uses Borg and Gall model. The approach of development is a combination of Task-Based Learning (TBL) proposed by Dave Willis and Jane Willis, with a project. The result is a learning material name Digital Brochure Project (DBP) and the learning syntax consists of pre-task, on task, planning report, project, and language focus. The activities start with teacher’s decision on the brochure’s theme, class discussion on the concept of brochure, directing students’ for observation and taking pictures, writing the object based on information gotten from field note and informants’ interview, revision based on teacher direction, reporting to the class, set the layout, arranging the pictures with the text, and ends with students’ improvisation on the language since it is a brochure. DBL focuses on how the students using the language with awareness, and build their critical thinking and creativity through conducting a project. The limitation of the research is DBP has not reached preliminary field testing. It is hoped the next study will be the continuation of it in order to get some input for the evaluation

<p><em><em>This research was conducted due to students’ difficulty in learning to write poetry, causing low learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of serial pictures within the stages of pre, whilst, and post-writing on poetry writing activities. This study was a Classroom Action Research applied in two cycles. The subject of the research was class IV students numbering 30 students. The research instruments were namely (1) observation, which was aimed at the teacher and students while conducting the learning process (2) interviews, several questions were posed to the teacher and students about the learning process, (3) tests, assessments given to students seeing the results of the treatment. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study describe, that the picture series media can build students' imagination, channel ideas, and motivate students in writing poetry, so that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, where student learning outcomes can meet predetermined graduation standards issued by the school. It concludes that student learning outcomes in writing poetry can be improved by the picture series media.</em></em></p>

<em><em>The current study aims at investigating the students’ preferences toward types of corrective feedback applied by the lecturers on their speaking. This research used a descriptive method. The participants of this research were 151 non English department students who took English subject. The instruments used to collect the data were questionnaire and interview guide. </em><em>Those were adapted from Hyang (2010), Katayama (2007), together with Smith. They became the guideline on this research. The data gathered from questionaire were analyzed by using formula suggested by Heaton and Arikunto. Then, the data obtained from interview guide were analyzed by using theory proposed by Miles and Huberman. The research findings indicate that most students preferred to receive explicit corrective feedback using metalinguistic correction. It was caused by lack of language exposure due to limited language knowledge they possess.</em></em><em></em>

<p><em>Using technology in teaching and learning process has become a must in this era, because </em><em>it</em><em> </em><em>facilitates the teachers and students to be connected to the learning materials.<strong> </strong>The purposes of this research were to develop mobile-based authentic listening materials and </em><em>to </em><em>find out the validity and practicality of the developed product. This is a research and development study that followed the ADDIE model. The respondents of the research were the tenth-grade students of SMA Pembangunan Padang. The instruments of this research were need analysis questionnaire, validation sheet, evaluation sheet, and practicality sheet. The results of the study were (1) The listening materials needed by the students and teachers were identified. The authentic listening materials were developed using the android application with Adobe Animate CC 2019 and were validated by two experts in English language teaching and one expert in media development. (2) The developed listening material was valid and practical both by the English language experts and the Media Development expert. Therefore, the developed product is appropriate to be used by the students and teachers as supplementary media in teaching and learning listening skill</em><em>.</em></p>

Keinginan ulama untuk menyampaikan dan menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang pemahaman kitab Al-Quran sangatlah tinggi, dari masa ke masa telah lahir banyak mufassir dengan berbagai corak penafsirannya. Diantara mereka adalah Muhammad al-Amin dengan lahirnya tafsir <em>Hadâiq ar-Rauhi wa ar Raihân. </em>Penelitian ini merupakan kajian Pustaka, yang menitik beratkan penelitian dengan menggali dan menela’ah sejarah hidup Muhammad al-Amin dan kitab<em> </em>tafsirnya <em>Hadâiq ar-Rauhi wa ar Raihân</em>, kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode content analisis. Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Muhammad Al-Amin dalam menafsirkan al-Quran beliau menggunakan metode tahlili. Hal ini terlihat jelas dari metode Muhammad al-Amin yang menggabungkan 2 pola pendekatan; baik itu riwayah maupun dirayah.

<p><em>Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler di sekolah merupakan wadah bagi pengembangan bakat dan minat siswa serta pengembangan potensi dan kepribadian serta karakter siswa.</em><em> </em><em>Kegiatan ini akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap prilaku dan prestasi siswa jika dikelola dengan baik dan tepat.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen pimpinan pondok pesantren Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang dalam mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikulernya bisa berjalan dengan baik bahkan bisa berperestasi ditingkat kabupaten, propinsi dan tingkat nasional</em><em>. Jenis penelitian ini a</em><em>dalah peneltian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan</em><em> data, peneliti melakukan kegiatan observasi, wawancara secara langsung dan mendalam dan studi dokumentas. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pimpinan Pesantren, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru, siswa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pimpinan pondok pesantren dalam mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada Pesantren Thawalib Gunung Padang Panjang adalah menerapkan prinsip manajemen pada umunnya yang memenuhi kriteria perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kontrol dan pengawasan serta evaluasi atau yang biasa disebut POAC. </em></p>

<p class="ListParagraph1">Infant growth is largely determined by the amount of breast milk obtained including the energy and other nutrients contained in breast milk. Breastfeeding in Indonesia has decreased, especially in West Sumatra based on Indonesia Health Profile in 2014. This study aims to determine the Influence of Exclusive Breastfeeding on the growth and development of infants aged 6-24 months in Nagari Sariak Laweh Working Area Batu Hampar Puskesmas, District Akabiluru. The measured growth consists of body weight, body length and Head Circumference. Progress was seen through KPSP (Pre-Growth Questionnaire Developments). This type of research is an observational research that is analytic with Cross-Sectional research design. Data analysis used was univariate and bivariate (Independent T test). The study period was from October 2017-February 2018. The population in the study were infants aged 6-24 months in Nagari Sariak Laweh. The sample in this study amounted to 30 babies. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and direct measurement. The statistical results show that there is no Influence of Exclusive Breastfeeding on Infant Growth (body weight, body length, head circumference) and no Influence of Exclusive Breast Feeding on Infant Development (based on KPSP questionnaire).</p>

<p>Talking about West Sumatra, what will surely be drawn is tourism, it is undeniable that West Sumatra is a tourist province, one of which is island tourism, including Pamusan Island, Cubadak Island, Pasumpahan Island, Pagai Island, Siberut and others. Because it needs the support of supporting applications such as inter-island transportation ordering, it needs the support of technology, one of which is inter-island transportation and also ordering food that can be delivered directly to the address. In order to help make it easier for tourists to visit the island in West Sumatra, an application called the Go Land Application was designed. The Go Land application is an application designed using the Agile system development method with the Android Studio programming language and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system design tool. This application has several services including: Go_Land, Land_Car, Land_Food, Land_Med, Land_Rent, Land_Auto, in this application Travelers can use facilities on the island including water games, snorkeling, seafood and can be used for formal or informal events. With this application, tourists are expected to be easier, faster and safer to enjoy island tourism in West Sumatra.</p>

<p>Improving the quality of services for students from the Batusangkar IAIN Information Management Department requires a system that can provide information needed by students and graduates such as information about alumni data and alumni careers themselves. In addition, this system can also be used as a means to establish communication and manage friendship between students and alumni. This research was carried out in several stages, namely: Collecting data through field studies by observing and observing the IAIN Batusangkar's Information Management Study Program, developing the system using the waterfall method and proceeding with the process, database and interface design. One indicator of the success of the education process can be seen from the success of alumni both continuing studies at a higher level, as well as various fields of work carried out professionally, but the Department of Information Management has not been managed and organized systematically causing some alumni data to not be captured properly, resulting in the lack of information and communication between alumni and alumni. The results of this study are in the form of developing a tracking information system for alumni that contains the amount of alumni data that has worked, alumni workplaces. For this reason, it is necessary to create a system to facilitate the institution, especially the informatics management department in tracking alumni. In this research the web-based application system is designed using supporting applications such as Apache, MySQL and Macromedia Dream Weaver and the waterfall modeling method.</p>

<p>Lead (Pb) is heavy metal which is naturally found in the earth's crust or originates from human activities, for example from combustion gas emissions in motorized vehicle engines. Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health Number 1406 / MENKES / SKI / IX / 2002 concerning the examination of lead levels in human biomarker specimens human measurements of lead levels in the human body can be carried out by blood, urine and hair specimens. The purpose of this study is to determine the levels of lead metal in the urine of active smokers. The results of research on lead levels obtained on accuracy parameters, namely the accuracy test results for the method of wet destruction using HNO3 has an average recovery of 71.8% while using HNO<sub>3</sub> added H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub> has an average recovery of 46.48%, precision test results are obtained % RSD method of destruction on HNO<sub>3</sub> was 28.80%. If on HNO<sub>3</sub> added 50.58% H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>, linearity test (r) 0.999, LoD value on HNO<sub>3</sub> 0.76 and on LoD HNO<sub>3</sub> H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub> added. Based on the results of the study of verification of lead metal using wet digestion in the urine of active smokers not in the range of acceptability conditions it indicates that the method cannot be valid for use in the examination of lead in urine by the method of wet destruction in the active smookers.</p>

<em>This study aims to determine the improvement of students' reading ability of Q.S Al-Fiil with the application of peer teaching methods in class IV SDN 21 Sijunjung. This research method is Classroom Action Research that is: "before-after" which compares the ability to read Q.S Al-Fiil students before and after the application of the "peer teaching" method. Each hypothesis cycle was tested through data on the values of 27 students through observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Tests carried out using paired paired sample t test with the following results: aspects of the knowledge of reading Q.S Al-Fiil obtained tcount (0.575) is greater than ttable (0.317). While the aspect of reading skills in Q.S Al-Fiil obtained tcount (0.905) is also greater than ttable (0.317). Then it can be concluded that the application of the method of peer teaching can improve the reading ability of Q.S Al-Fiil fourth grade students of SDN 21 Sijunjung</em>

<p><em>This study begins with the findings at SMAN 2 Batusangkar on PAI and Budi Pekerti class X learning that teachers only use the packet book in the learning process in the classroom. </em><em>The package book was less able to attract attention</em><em>and increase students' understanding of learning materials. </em><em>The aims of study to develop a valid and practical interactive multimedia in order to overcome these problems. The type of research that the authors use is research and development. Instruments used are observation guides, interview guides and questionnaires. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique consists of two ways, qualitative data analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Interactive multimedia has been feasible to be used as a learning PAI and Budi Pekerti. This is taken in accordance with the level of validity and practicality that has been analyzed in this study.</em></p>

<p>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk rekonstruksi kurikulum, strategi pimpinan, implikasi hasil rekonstruksi dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam merekonstruksi kurikulum. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara secara langsung dengan sumber data, yang terdiri dari pimpinan pesantren, guru, siswa dan masyarakat di sekitar pesantren, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian keabsahan data penulis menggunakan teori trangulasi yaitu wawancara secara mendalam dan berulang-ulang dengan sumber yang berbeda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Bentuk Rekonstruksi Kurikulum pada Pesantren Jabal Rahmah Kecamatan Sungai Tarab adalah: pertama, materi pelajaran yang diberikan di pesantren adalah mata pelajaran yang bersumber dari kitab-kitab klasik, kedua, dalam proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan secara klasikal, dimana diberikan materi keterampilan dan pendidikan berorganisasi, ketiga, dalam pola ini materi pelajaran telah dilengkapi dengan pelajaran umum dan ditambah aneka macam pendidikan, dan keempat, Pengajarannya lebih menitik beratkan pada pelajaran umum. (2). Strategi pimpinan pesantren dalam merekonstruksi kurikulum, yaitu: Mendengarkan ide/saran dari para guru, mengemukakan keinginan dan menjelaskan keinginan pimpinan, memberikan masukan, membagi tugas secara bersama, dan membangun komunikasi positif dengan pemerintah setempat. (3). Implikasi dari Hasil Rekonstruksi Kurikulum, yaitu: Sistem pengajaran dari perseorangan atau sorogan menjadi sistem klasikal yang kemudian disebut sebagai madrasah, diberikannya pengetahuan umum, bertambahnya komponen pendidikan pondok pesantren. (4). Kendala-kendala dalam melakukan rekonstruksi kurikulum, yaitu: Terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, minimnya dana dan kesejahteraan pengajar dan lemahnya sumber daya manusia (SDM).</p>

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaian autentik pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 23 Tahun 2016 di SMP Kota Batusangkar. Jenis penelitian ini ialah <em>field research</em> (penelitian lapangan). Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian pelaksanaan penilaian autentik pada aspek kognitif dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tes tertulis, tes lisan dan penugasan. Pelaksanaan penilaian afektif dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan jurnal penilaian sikap positif dan negatif peserta didik dan pelaksanaan penilaian psikomotor dilaksanakan dengan penilaian mempraktekan materi-materi pembelajaran seperti sholat, wuduk, dan tayamum. Bagi siswa yang belum tuntas dalam penilaian aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor akan dilakukan program remedial dan pengayaan. </p>

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam memilih metode pembelajaran oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam pada MTsN di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, untuk mengetahui perancangan metode pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada MTsN di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, dan untuk mengetahui alasan guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran ini pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada MTsN di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif etnografi, penelitian ini dilakukan pada MTsN di Tanah Datar, yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa yang merupakan informan kunci. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penggunaan metode mengajar di mulai dari memilih metode yang akan digunakan yaitunya disesuaikan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dan materi yang akan diajarkan, dan dalam melaksanakan metode mengajar guru mempersiapkan bahan ajar, RPP, Silabus dan bahan pendukung lainnya, serta menggunakan metode mengajar guru lebih mudah mengajarkan materi pelajaran dan siswa lebih mudah memahami materi yang diterimanya.</p>

<p>Pokok permasalahan dalam Tesis ini adalah bagaimana kinerja keuangan bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah Sumatera Barat. Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah Sumatera Barat, dianalisis dari aspek <em>financialny</em>a berupa rasio <em>CAR, FDR, NPF,ROA</em> dan <em>BOPO</em>.</p><p>Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian <em>eksploratif</em>, penelitian ini mengungkapkan penelitian <em>eksploratif secara kuantitatif</em>, data yang diperoleh dianalisis sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan kemudian di interpretasikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dokumentasi dengan cara pengumpulan data dari <em>website</em> OJK dan BI. Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan penilaian kesehatan BPRS yang berlaku, yaitu Keputusan Bank Indonesia No.9/17/PBI/2007 tanggal 4 Desember 2007, penilaian kinerja BPRS aspek <em>financial</em> berupa <em>CAR</em>, <em>FDR</em>, <em>NPF</em>, <em>ROA</em> dan <em>BOPO.</em></p><p>Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasio <em>CAR</em>, BPRS Sumatera Barat sebesar 14,27%, dengan penilaian <em>“Sangat Sehat”</em> dengan kriteria , rasio <em>FDR</em> BPRS Sumatera Barat sebesar 75,67%, dengan penilaian <em>“Sehat”</em> dengan kriteria , rasio <em>NPF</em> BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata 7,83%, penilaian <em>“Cukup Sehat”</em> dengan kriteria , rasio <em>ROA</em> BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata sebesar 1,34%, dengan penilaian <em>“Sehat”</em> dengan kriteria dan rasio <em>BOPO</em> BPRS Sumatera Barat rata-rata sebesar 92,43%, dengan penilaian <em>“Sangat Sehat”</em> dengan kriteria .</p>
