<p><em>The background in this research is the performance of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District is still less than the maximum. Implementation of academic supervision at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District, constrained by several things, including the plans made by the teachers are not in accordance with the implementation, time constraints supervisors and headmaster in carrying out supervision and there were some who did not complete the administrative requirements for learning devices.</em><em> The purpose of researchers doing this study is to describe and analyze the academic supervision in the form of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District and to describe and analyze the implementation of the academic supervision in the form of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District</em>.</p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring activities carried out by </em><em>principal of MTs PP Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka </em><em>in the development of effective madrasah.</em><em> </em><em>The design of research was descriptive qualitative</em><em>. Research informants were 9 people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and cellphones. Data collection techniques are observation, indepth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study using a model conducted by Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The technique of testing the validity of data using data triangulation and methods.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that the principal of MTs PP Mua'limin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka was able to carry out management functions ranging from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the effective madrasah indicators</em></p>

<p><em>This study aims, to describe the principal's plan to improve teacher performance in SDIT Ishlatul Ummah, Sawahlunto City, to describe the organization of principals in improving teacher performance at SDIT Ishlatul Ummah in Sawahlunto City, to describe the implementation of principals in improving teacher performance in SDIT Ishlatul Ummah Kota Sawahlunto, and to describe the supervision of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDIT Ishlatul Ummah in Sawahlunto City. The research method is qualitative research with a case study method or approach. Research informants were 6 people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and hand pone (HP). Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model which divides data analysis into three, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing techniques using data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the principal program in improving teacher performance such as improving discipline, providing motivation, holding teacher training in schools, supervising or supervising teacher performance, fostering teacher performance, and establishing cooperative relationships with teachers , it has been going well done by the school principal to improve teacher performance in achieving the educational goals at SDlah Ishlahul Ummah in Sawahlunto City.</em></p>

<p>Learning in Higher Education demands the use of Information Technology in optimizing the achievement of visions that are relevant to current demands. Implementation of various learning models has been carried out, but has not been able to achieve satisfactory results. Data on student learning outcomes in general shows that the achievement of competencies in all aspects of learning outcomes has not been optimal. This is caused by learning models that are still conventional and have not been able to motivate students to get better learning outcomes. One learning model that is able to overcome this problem is the mobile Learning Management System (LMS) model. The purpose of using LMS learning is to expand the access of the education community through the use of information and communication technology and its implementation by using mobile-based moodle applications, because in learning there will be active students in order to improve their ability to use information technology, so that teaching materials that emphasize to the approach to the aspects of design, function and user interface with the final results of this mobile learning management system learning model can be accessed.</p>

<p>Pariwisata halal Indonesia telah tumbuh sebesar 7,3% dalam omset pariwisata keseluruhan. Hal ini tentunya perlu menjadi perhatian khusus bagi masyarakat karena dapat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan yang salah satunya adalah perekonomian. Mengangkat tema budaya lokal, daerah Kubu Gadang Padang Panjang telah menjadi salah satu objek wisata berbasis syariah di Sumatera Barat. Paket wisata yang ditawarkannya terdiri dari 3 jenis yaitu: Kuliner, Atraksi dan Edukasi Pelancong Yang mana keseluruhan paket ini dikemas dengan latar belakang adat dan budaya. Melalui wawancara dengan penggiat wisata daerah ini dan observasi langsung kelapangan, ditemukan berbagai peluang dan tantangan pengembangan pariwisata ini. Peluangnya adalah peningkatan sumber ekonomi masyarakat sedangkan tantangannya adalah penyatuan akan konsep pariwisata itu sendiri baik diantara masyarakat maupun dengan pemerintah daerahnya.</p>

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan modul pembelajaran mandiri matematika dengan pendekatan konstektual pada Pendidikan Kesetraan Paket B Setra SMP/MTS. Modul yang dirancang berisikan materi yang berawal dari contoh-contoh nyata dalam kehidupan siswa, sehingga siswa akan lebih mudah memahami materi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan. Rancangan penelitian pengembangan terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu (1) tahap <em>define</em>, dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kondisi di lapangan, dalam tahap ini dilakukan wawancara dengan guru, analisis silabus, karakter siswa, analisis buku matematika dan meninjau literatur modul. (2) tahap <em>design</em>, hasil dari tahap <em>define </em>digunakan untuk merancang <em>design </em>modul menggunakan <em>Microsoft Word. </em>Hasil dari tahap <em>design </em>yang dirancang dilanjutkan dengan (3) tahap <em>develop</em>, tahap ini adalah lanjutan dari tahap <em>design </em>untuk melihat validitas modul, praktikalitas. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi dan angket respon. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah validitas menggunakan lembar validasi, praktikalitas menggunakan angket respon siswa..Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul yang dirancang telah valid dengan hasil validitas yang diperoleh adalah 79,94%. Kemudian modul telah praktis digunakan setelah di uji coba kepraktisannya pada 17 orang siswa kelas VII pendidikan kesetaraan paket B PKBM kasih bundo Kecamatan Mandiangin Kota Bukittinggi dengan hasil praktikalitas 80,55%.</p>

<p>Aplikasi <em>plickers</em> merupakan teknik evaluasi pembelajaran <em>online</em> menggunakan <em>smartphone</em> dan kartu yang telah ada kode barnya.Penggunaan aplikasi ini hanya membutuhkan waktu 3-5 menit dalam menscan kartunya dan langsung mendapatkan hasilnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan motivasi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi <em>Plickers</em>.Jenis penelitian ini <em>Field research</em> (penelitian lapangan).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Tadris Biologi IAIN Batusangkar pada semester genap 2017/2018. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV yang menempuh mata kuliah Embriologi kelas A dan B sebanyak 60 orang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket.Analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum 75% mahasiswa termotivasi dengan indikator sebagai berikut: 1) 73% mahasiswa tertarik, 2) 75% mahasiswa mendapatkan manfaat, dan 3) 70% mahasiswa merasa percaya diri, 4) 81% mahasiswa puas dengan aplikasi <em>Plickers</em>. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat respon positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi <em>Plickers </em>pada mata kuliah Embriologi.</p>

<pre>This research aims to know whether or not the effect of NHT (Numbered Heads Together)modelwith picture media of theagainst Biology student learning out comes in class VII SMP N 3 Rambah Samo. Type ofresearch is a quasiexperimental design withrandomized control group pretest posttest design. The population in this research were all learners of class VII. The research sample class VII-A as the experimental class and the class VII-B as the control class. Data collection techniques in this research is a test instrument in the form of multiple choice questions. Data analysis techniques for maan whitney testing using z test. The results showed the average value of learning outcomes is the experimental class 74,14 and control class 68,10. Based on the testing results, obtained t</pre><sub>count</sub><pre> = 2,02, while t</pre><sub>table</sub><pre> to significant level of 5% with n = 29 obtained t</pre><sub>table</sub><pre> = 1,96. With the result that obtained z</pre><sub>count</sub><pre>>z</pre><sub>table</sub><pre> it can be concluded that there are significant discovery model of NHT with picture media of the learning out comes class VII SMP N 3 Rambah Samo.</pre>

<p>Media pembelajaran merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yang berfungsi untuk memperjelas makna sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu keunggulan media spesimen adalah dapat mempermudah pengenalan objek dan membangkitkan minat serta motivasi bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada atau tidak pengaruh media spesimen moluska terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi filum moluska. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPA SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir. Sampel yang digunakan kelas X-1 dan X-3 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara <em>purposive sampling</em>. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah hasil belajar biologi peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 11,80 dan 1,99. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran spesimen moluska terhadap hasil belajar biologi peserta didik.</p>

<p>Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan oleh banyaknya permasalahan yang ditemui saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Pembelajaran yang bersifat <em>teacher centered</em>, banyaknya istilah latin dan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran biologi mengakibatkan siswa bosan dan tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu diberikan variasi dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya yaitu pemberian tugas rumah berupa <em>mind mapping</em> sebelum pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe <em>think pair share</em> (TPS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tugas rumah berupa <em>mind mapping</em> sebelum pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe <em>think pair share</em> (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII semester I SMPN 7 Padang tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan <em>Randomized Control-Group Posttest Only Design. </em>Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 7 Padang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling. </em>Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Setelah diuji didapatkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 82,00 sedangkan kelas kontrol 76,69, dengan t<sub>hitung </sub>= 2,33 dan t<sub>tabel </sub>= 1,67. Hipotesis nol ditolak, berarti pemberian tugas rumah berupa <em>mind mapping</em> sebelum pembelajaran kooperatif <em>think pair share</em> (TPS) berpengaruh positif berarti terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 7 Padang.</p>

<p>This study aims to determine the implementation of Curriculum 2013 and the problems faced by high school teachers of biology / equivalent Rambah. This research has been conducted from April to May 2017. The method used is descriptive by using questionnaire. The results of this study obtained the analysis of questionnaire data with an average percentage of 69,33% with good criteria. The obstacles faced by biology teachers in Rambah in the process of learning in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 are the ability of science and technology of teachers have not all been fulfilled, learning media for the Curriculum 2013 inadequate schools such as the number of slightly not proportional to the number of classes, Complete the material so it is necessary to find additional supporting books and teachers are still using the lecture method (active teacher) rather than giving the opportunity to the students.</p>

<p>Attractive learning will have a major influence in the process of changing the situation in the course. Biology course is one of the subjects whose learning materials are abstract. In health colleges, Biology courses are packed in the form of IDK 3 courses that contain the basic concepts of Microbiology and Parasitology. This course requires a fairly high understanding because the material is learning about bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites that can not be seen directly. The material needs to be developed by lecturers to be easily studied and understood by the students. Therefore, a lecturer should be able to plan, implement, and evaluate learning by taking into account the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. One of the efforts is to develop a learning module that includes a description of Biological material equipped with a skill orientation of the process of science in order to petrify mengkoncritkan abstract things become more easily understood. To develop a learning module must follow the steps of analysis. This stage of analysis in the form of curriculum analysis, needs analysis and analysis of student characteristics, concept analysis. The analysis stage is to know how the need of module, student characteristic, and concept in the development of learning process-oriented skill module of science in biology course for lecture in health college. The method used is descriptive analysis. The result of the analysis indicates that it is necessary to develop science-oriented learning process-oriented module in the biology subject.</p>

<p>Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat dan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas VIII di SMP N 1 Pariangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional (studi hubungan). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 50 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumen berupa nilai mentah ulangan semester terakhir mata pelajaran IPA. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi <em>product moment</em> dan korelasi ganda.</p><p>Secara umum, hasil data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat dengan hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan kriteria sedang, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar IPA siswa dengan dengan kriteria tinggi dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat dan kemandirian belajar siswa secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SMP N 1 Pariangan dengan kriteria sedang.</p>

This research analyzes the policy of local government and people of Tanah Datar Regency in exploiting its potential, opportunity, human resources and challenges in increasing money waqf empowerment. The research method used was qualitative. The techniques used in collecting empirical data in the field were interviews and documentation. The findings of the research indicate that the guidelines for implementation of waqf and can be used as a foothold in the management and empowerment of money waqf. The potential of empowerment of money waqf in Tanah Datar Regency can be enhanced by strengthening the wakaf regulation in the regions, establishment of business partners, strengthening the quality of human resources with sharia insight, and adequate financial support. Policy can be done by cooperating with various parties, such as local government, syariah financial institutions (LKS), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), companies and others.<br /><br />

This article presents an overview of Islamic Law on the properties of zakat used for the construction of mosques. This study uses literature research, because the study of Islamic law will seek answers through literature, both in the form of legal propositions and opinions of the scholars. From the results of this study found the answer that there are two opinions of scholars about the law of building a mosque with zakat property. The first opinion allows and the second opinion does not allow. While the author more tends to the opinion that does not allow, because zakat is the right of people (ashnaf) while the construction of the mosque can be obtained fromwakaf ummah.<br /><br />

The law of sharia banks as a monetary intermediary institution which is the main contributor and main funding activity is that various products and mechanisms are facing various dynamics, such as the fact that some customers cannot fulfill their obligations within the prescribed time, resulting in delayed payment delays. In this case, the bank tried to overcome the problem tersbut by applying a penalty on financing in which accommodate the opinion of the Council of Advocates of Islamic Law of the National MUI where the customer can be fined if the customer is late in making deferred payments. In Islam a person is obliged to respect and obey each trust or agreement entrusted to him. If he has obtained a bank loan or financing, then he already trusts other people (depositors or owners of capital) so that if he did default, then it can be said he has done default and can be subjected to sanctions or actions according to the conditions and reasons. In this case because customers do default bank will suffer losses, because it causes bank spend more extra expenses ranging from administrative affairs, to hire a lawyer. The National Islamic Law Council of MUI in its fatwa Number 17/ DSN-MUI / IX / 2000 on Sanctions against Clients Delaying Payments enables the banks of sharia to assume customer to be able to but does not fulfill the obligations of syari 'ah.<br /><br />

Inflation is one of the macroeconomic symptoms associated with the decline in exchange rates (money) on goods and services market. One of the leaders of Islamic economics who specializes in his discussion of macroeconomics is al-Maqrizi. The solution offered by al-Maqrizi related to the problems that occurred in Egypt is to use the natural monetary system, the dinar and dirham become the base currency, while the fulus is published in a limited and only to buy trivial goods. Al-Maqrizi set the relative price for dinar, dirham and fulus. The relative price of dinar and dirham is 1:24, while the relative price between dirham and fulus is 1: 140. In addition to providing solutions to address the above three issues, al-Maqrizi also proposed solutions in a social perspective. This gives the conclusion that the impact of the economic crisis depends on the nature of income and wealth of each group. If the income is fixed or inflated but lower than the rate of inflation, then the condition is severe. Conversely, if their income rises higher than the rate of inflation, then their material welfare increases. Likewise with wealth in the form of money, they suffered losses because their purchasing power continued to decrease and they also had to increase the cost to meet the demands of the ever-increasing need.

<em>The objectives of this study to </em><em>develop a model of religious extracurricular activities and produce a model book of </em><em>the religious extracurricular activities based on a practical scientific approach. </em><em>The research method used was a Research and Development (R and D) with the Borg and Gall model. The data collection tool was observation sheet. Then the data were analyzed quantitatively by using Aiken V index calculation, if the index is 0.0 <V ≤ 0.200 it is said that the validity is very low, if 0.200 <V ≤ 0.400 is said to be low, 0.400 <V 600 0.600 is said to be practical, 0.600 <V 800 0.800 is practical, 0800 < V ≤ 1.00 can be said to be very practical.</em><em><em> The results of the practicality test of the religious extracurricular activity model based on the scientific approach obtained an average of 0.85 in the <em>very practical category after field trials were carried out, so that the model of religious extracurricular activities was feasible to use.</em></em></em><em></em>

<p>This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Colleges curriculum information systems based on wordpress CMS. Specifically, this study purposes to explore: 1) the planning of the use of curriculum MIS based on CMS WordPress. 2) the implementation of curriculum MIS which is based on Wordpress CMS, 3) Evaluation of the use of Wordpress CMS-based curriculum MIS. 4) The design concept of the curriculum MIS model based on WordPress CMS. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study of the curriculum Management Information System at the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati (FTIK UIN SGD) Bandung. The subjects of this study were the Chair of the MPI Study Program UIN SGD Bandung, MPI Study Program Information System Operator and the Word CMS application used by the institution. The results of the study show that the MPI Study Program FTIK UIN SGD Bandung used a Curriculum MIS based on Wordpress CMS, and it has succesfully facilitated the students, lecturers, and stakeholders to access the curriculum of study programs easier.</p>

This paper is aimed to illustrate the character formation for early childhood to the<br />educators and the parents. It is also to describe the character values whichis owned<br />by the Prophet Muhammad as the Messenger and the Head of State in an Islamic<br />society, such as the character which is associated with religious (religion),<br />yourselfand other people even society, methods and the ways that can be used by the<br />educators and the parents in shaping and implementing the values of character<br />possessed by the Prophet Muhammad to the early childhood. All character values<br />have been owned and implemented by the Prophet Muhammad as the Messenger and<br />the Head of State in his time. It can be imitated by the Muslims all the time.
