PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONCEPT MAPPING TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VII

Abstrak

The purpose of this research  is to know the understanding of mathematical concepts students using concept mapping learning model is better than the understanding of mathematical concept of students using conventional learning. This type of research is <em>Quasy Experimental</em> <em>Design. </em>Sampling is <em>Random Sampling</em>. The selected class to the experimental class is VII-1 and to the control class is VII-2. The instrument this research is comprehension test of mathematical concepts and data analysis techniques using t test as hypothesis test, with prerequisite test is normality test and homogeneity test. Based on t test obtained <!--?mso-application progid=&quot;Word.Document&quot;?--> 14tprice=1,876&amp;gt;ttable=1,677"&gt; , so it can be conclude that <!--?mso-application progid=&quot;Word.Document&quot;?--> 14Ha"&gt;  accepted and   <!--?mso-application progid=&quot;Word.Document&quot;?--> 14H0"&gt;  rejected. It means the hypothesis  propossed in this research is accepted that the understanding of mathematical concepts of students using concept mapping learning model is better than the undestanding of mathematical concepts of students using conventional learning class VII Junior High School Country 1 Turtle Sand.
