<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles BAZNAS district / city in West Sumatra in the management of zakat. The research design used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data consisted of district / municipality BAZNAS administrators, provincial BAZNAS administrators, local government authorities, and related documents. Data were collected through interview and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results show that the strength of BAZNAS districts in West Sumatera is the commitment of management, management autonomy, UPZ formation, continuous socialization, volunteer zakat, zakat fund transparency and program innovation. The weakness of the BAZNAS is insufficient SDM, double positions, lack of muzaki and mustahik databases, the role of UPZ is not optimal yet, the collection is still focused on Zakah on the profession of civil servants, the distribution of consumptive zakat is still dominant, and infrastructure facilities are inadequate. BAZNAS's opportunities are regional regulation, enormous zakat potential, cooperation with religious organizations, public trust, increased civil servant salary / allowances and rapidly growing information technology. The obstacles faced by BAZNAS are the area of </em><em></em><em>work of BAZNAS is very broad, operational budget is minimal, rejection from some scholars and community leaders, direct distribution of zakat, and involvement of others in socialization is still lacking.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>The purpose of this research is to empower housewives through training activities and mentoring of organic vegetable cultivation in Malang. The subjects of researchare housewives in Malang. The 100 housewives who represent five districts in Malang are deliberately selected. Data collected through literature review, interview, observation, test, and quesstionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical analysiswas used. The results concluded that training activities and mentoring of organic vegetable cultivation have succeeded in increasing the knowledge, the attitude and the skill of housewives on organic vegetable cultivation.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Zakat is one of the instruments to build the empowerment of people in the economic field. Zakat affects economic development at the micro and macro levels. In other words, zakat has a wide impact on society. Zakat stimulates and promotes the development of the real sector economy. Zakat affects income, increases consumption and production, expands employment, fosters investment, and affects other economic activities as a whole. As one of the fiscal policies in Islam, zakat can also help alleviate poverty and cope other social problems associated with financial issues. Therefore, zakat needs to be institutionalized and managed professionally so that the potential of zakat can be absorbed optimally in order that t zakat can contribute as much as possible for the welfare of the people.</em></p>

<p>Young learners are golden generation for future, those who will depart this nation into a good civilization and a well-educated era. To realize this hope, those young generations must have good character. Building good character ideally must be started in earlier age. One of the ways is by telling them folklore, or local story on this case is the story of MalinKundang. This kind of story tells more about value, norm, character and attitude later it gives moral value for young learner. As local people, it is a must for us to tell good story for young learner in order to build their good character. This paper discusses how to build good character for young learner through story of MalinKundang. The story of MalinKundang has been chosen as a medium to build young learner character since it is a local wisdom. <p>Nowadays, we are in the globalization era of XXI century. One of the real signs of the globalization is shown by the development and improvement of knowlwdge and tecnology which are very quick especially in information, communication and transportation sections. To make Indonesia as the winner country in the world competition in this globalization era, there should be the good quality of human resources. The quality of the human resources itself is determined by the quality of education in the base level, middle level even in high level. On the other hand, the quality of education in Indonesia until now, especially in mathematics is still the lowest among countries in the world. It can be seen from the result surveys of International institution, such as PISA and TIMSS that put Indonesia in the low position. As an important element in the education system, techers are the important keys in the forming good quality of education. This paper is to discuss some of the challenges that should be understood and faced by a mathematics teacher in the globalization era to get the good quality of education.</p>

<p>This study aims to see the effectiveness of the use of problem-based module. The subject of this research is on the third semester students of Mathematics Education Program of FKIP UMMY Solok. This type of research is a development research using 4D model that is define, design, develop, and disseminate. This study discusses the stage of development, the effectiveness of the module. At the stage of effectiveness is done by using the module of Analytical Geometry Problem-Based on the third semester students of Mathematics Study Program FKIP UMMY Solok. The instruments used are student activity observation sheets and tests. The percentage of all activities other than Mental activities increases so it can be concluded that the module can increase the activity of Visual activities, Listening Activities, Writing activities, Drawing activities, Emotional Activities and Motor activities. Based on the results of the test of students has an effective criteria, because 100% of students score 65-100. So it can be concluded that the use of modules in the lectures can improve student learning outcomes.</p>

<p>The purpose of this stady is to reveal the extent to which STAD type cooperative learning model can improve students' learning activities subject to the algebraic structure 13A Prodi MAT math education UMMY Solok. This research is a classroom action research conducted three cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. Subjects were students of mathematics education Prodi MAT 13A UMMY Solok with the number of students 22 people. Data was collected through observation sheets lapangan.Teknik student activities and records data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that all student activity increased from the first cycle to the third cycle. So learning STAD Cooperative Learning Model can increase the activity of the subjects studied algebra structure 13A Prodi MAT math education UMMY Solok.</p>

<p>This paper presents the results of research on Islamic texts derived from two collections in Marawi City, Mindanao Island, Southern Philippines, namely: a) Al-Imam As-Sadiq Collection (AS) Library of Husayniyyah in Karbala, and b) Ahmad Basher Memorial Research Library of Jamiat Muslim Mindanao, Matampay. The texts in this collection show that up to the 19th century, the Mindanao archipelago was an inseparable part of the Malay world that contributed to Islamic texts in Malay, Arabic and local languages, Maranao. Although the numbers are limited, the texts of Marawi origin contain local wisdom that reflects the occurrence of dialogue between Islam with various cultural diversity in the local area. Now, when such local wisdom is ignored and not inherited by the next generation, Marawi turns into an unfriendly territory to the diversity of religious interpretations, and even becomes a devastating area of conflict.</p>

<em>The phenomenon of the trauma of learning among the students experienced trauma due to not being able to fit in with the campus environment, saturated with existing learning systems and have trouble getting along and arrange themselves (self management) cannot be silenced just because the facts indicate that the percentage of students who have experienced the trauma of learning tends to rise along with the long lecture. an understanding of the whole of the area, the indicators and the cause of the trauma of learning is the first step before formulating a model intervention trauma learn student. Circumstances like this one a lot also happens to students in University PGRI Palembang. To cope with the traumatic dikalngan students, the efforts may be done by adopting the counselor and develop some strategies i.e.; Smaile Child Center, play therapy, therapy of emotion or interpretation by drawing Pictures and learn while playing (Out Bond).</em>

Ego state therapy </em><em>is a powerful and brief therapy based on the premise that personality is composed of separate parts, rather than being a homogeneous whole.</em><em> Ego state therapy could effectively for handling trauma and fears. Based on study, trauma memories are encoded in the subconscious mind. Traumatic counseling using ego state therapy technique purpose for remove trauma symptom. Because of trauma memories encoded in the subconscious mind, then single-session ego state therapy would effectively using hypnosis condition in therapy. Process of ego state therapy using hypnosis consist of accessing vaded ego state, doing regression for knowing the root cause of trigger trauma. Korban pelecehan seksual terjadi pada anaka-anak-remaja dikalangan pelajar, menimbulkan ganguan psikologi atau kesehatan mental. Pelecehan seksual umumnya dilakukan oleh orang terdekat, sebagian oleh orang baru dikenal. Korban pelecehan seksual mengalami trauma, merupakan kelompok Post Traumatik stress Disorder (PTSD), seringkali menunjukan perilaku sosial antara lain ketakutan, kecemasan, amara, menarik diri dan menghindar, kehilangan konsentrasi yang mengganggu kehidupan mereka sehar-hari. Kondisi ini tentu akan menghambat pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Untuk membantu siswa mengalami PTSd diduga konselor memberikan konseling komprehenshif dengan menititik beratkan tiga tipe anxiaty management, cognitive therapy dan exsposure therapy, untuk mengembalikan dan mengembangkan struktur kepribadian korban pelecehan seksual sehingga mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengurangi dan melepaskan diri dari trauma secara rasional.

<p><em>Do’a dan zikir dalam membantu pasien trauma di rumah sakit merupakan salah satu upaya konselor dalam melakukan terapi, trauma merupakan luka mental yang menyakitkan dan pengalaman traumatic yang mengganggu, berbagai upaya penting dilakukan,misalnya dengan berzikir dan berdoa melalui lisan dan prilaku. Berdoa dengan perilaku bermakna melakukan segala sesuatu yang mungkin dilakukan untuk mencapai harapan tertentu. Misalnya,berobat ke dokter/ahli, menggunakan obat-obatan yang berkhasiat, atau perawatan khusus dalam bentuk lain. Misalnya konseling. </em><em> Do’a dan zikir dapat mempercepat penyembuhan, termasuk mengobati dan mengurangi trauma, ini adalah sesuatu yang menarik perhatian dari dan dianjurkan oleh para dokter.</em><em>Dr. Dale A. Matthews (1996) dari Universitas Geor Getown Amerika Serikat mengemukakan bahwa mungkin suatu saat kita para dokter akan menuliskan doa dan dzikir pada kertas resep obat pada pasien. Alasannya adalah dari 212 studi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli ternyata 75% menyatakan bahwa komitmen agama (doa dan dzikir) menunjukkan pengaruh positif pada pasien.</em><em>Dadang hawari, Psikiater mengemukakan bahwa doa dan dzikir, Dipandang dari sudut kejiwaan mengandung unsur Psikoterapeutik yang mendalam karena mengandung kekuatan Sipiritual /kerohanian yang membangkitkan rasa percaya diri dan rasa optimisme (harapan kesembuhan). </em><em>Oleh karena itu terapi do’a dan zikir berperan positif dalam membantu menyembuhkan penyakit dan trauma yang menyerang pasien.</em></p>

<p><em>West Sumatra is one of the regions in Indonesia are vulnerable to earthquakes. Disasters as events that come suddenly, would cause great emotional shock to the victim. For individuals who have a high resilience to face the conditions that must effectively. Minangkabau society with the culture, the society has been formed endurance. But apparently not everyone has the fortitude question, because there is also a post-disaster trauma. Sign of trauma, such as: feeling overshadowed by the earthquake, anxiety, and physical discomfort (psychosomatic), and another sign that cause individuals experiencing everyday life are disrupted (KES-T). In such circumstances one needs help from others (experts) to be treated "traumatic counseling". Many techniques can be used counselors such as desensitization, spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT), games, and crisis intervention, and other techniques.</em></p>
