<p><strong>the contribution of post graduate program (S2) and training toward students’ outcome quality of MTsN at Tanah Datar Regency.</strong>Research population were teacher of State Islamic Junior High School of Tanah Datar Datar Regency that were post graduate program (S2) and had followed training, they were 23 teachers.</p><p>The result of data analyses show that a) post graduate program (S2) contributed significantly toward students’ outcome quality State Islamic Junior High School of Tanah Datar Datar Regency was (60,3%) .b) training contributed significantly toward students’ outcome quality State Islamic Junior High School of Tanah Datar Datar Regency was (51%) toward the teachers’ performance; c) post graduate program (S2) education and training contributed significantly toward students’ outcome quality of State Islamic Junior High School of Tanah Datar Datar Regency was (63,6%)</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong>Kontribusi guru, strata 2, pelatihan, mutu hasil belajar</p>

<p><strong>Contribution Leadershipof Headmaster and Teacher Performance Toward Students’ Achievement MAN Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar</strong>. This study aims toreveal how much the contribution of leadership headmaster and teacher performance to student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan. The hypothesis ofthis study were: (1) Leadership Principals contribute significantly to the performance of the teacher in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar, (2) teacher performance contributes significantly to student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Senior Islamic High School) Sumpur Tanah Datar, (3) Leadership Principal sand teacher performance are equally contribute significantly to students' learning outcomes in the country Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.</p><p>The results showedthat: (1) The leadership of headmaster is significantly by 38,1% (Thirty eight poin one percent) of the student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan, (2) the performance of teachers contribute 64,8% (Sixty four poin eight percent) of the student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur BatipuhSelatan, (3) leadership of headmaster and teacher performance together contribute significantly by 58,8% (Fifty eight poin eight percent) of the student learning outcomes in the country Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic SeniorHigh School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.</p><p>The leadership of headmaster and teacher performance are two important factors that cancontribute toward students’ learning outcomes in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong>Kepemimpinan kepala madasah, kinerja guru, hasil belajar siswa</p>

<p><strong>Implementation Monitoring Management PAI in SMA in Tanah Datar.</strong> The formulation of the problem (1) How management planning supervisor oversight conducted in SMA PAI Tanah Datar, and (2) How Implementation of management oversight conducted by supervisors PAI in Tanah SMA flat, and (3) How evaluation conducted surveillance management supervisor at SMA PAI Tanah Datar.</p><p>The results showed that: the implementation of the management control of Islamic religious education in the District of flat land consists of monitoring the academic supervision and managerial supervision. The findings from the implementation of this monitoring show that: (1) the planning aspect shows that they have prepared a supervision plan, but planning is not fully implemented both academic and managerial supervision, (2) execution of supervisory tasks showed that the supervisor not to mention monitoring well in accordance with the duties and functions of both the supervisory and managerial academic supervisor, and (3) the regulatory aspects of the evaluation indicate that the evaluation does not fully perform his supervision.</p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong>Implementation of Management Control

<p>Learning Management Acceleration Program in the Perspective of Islamic Education<br />in Junior High School 2 Solok. The problem in this study is that the gifted child education if not<br />given in accordance with its characteristics, allowing for their inappropriate behavior as often out of<br />the classroom, picking teacher in learning, like teasing and love searching for attention, easily bored,<br />annoyed and indifferent in learning. In fact, many of them school dropouts are gifted, but because it<br />does not obtain appropriate educational experience, they can be an underachiever. <p>The Contributions climate communication and achievement motivation toward job<br />satisfaction teachers of MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. This study is aimed at identifying and<br />describing the direct influence of: (1) to determinase whether there is a achievement communation<br />climate contribution toward work satisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. (2)<br />to determinase whether there is a achievement achievement motivation contribution toward work<br />satisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. (3) to determinase whether there is a<br />achievement communication climate and achievement motivation contribution simultaneously toward<br />work satisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman.This study used quantitative methods<br />with two-way analysis variance. The population were all junior high school teachers in Sipoholon<br />District of North Tapanuli numbered 60 persons and sample 32 persons which were determined by<br />proportional stratified sampling technique. The data was collected by using the instrument. Prior<br />to testing the hypothesis, the normality of the data was tested by using correlation, linearity and<br />regression equations test were used by anava and homogeneity was tested by Bartlett test. The results<br />show that the variable of communication climate and achievement motivation can be used as a factor<br />in determining the performance of MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman.</p><p><br />Kata Kunci: Iklim komunikasi, motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja guru.</p>

<p>Program Manajement Implementation Magrib Koran In West Sumatra province. The<br />purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Program Management Society<br />Movement Maghrib Koran in the province of West Sumatra in Jorong Gantiang Nagari Padang<br />Magek Tanah Datar District of propagation, Jorong Nagari Koto Baru Bukit Kili lemur District of<br />Solok District and Village Laing Solok District of Cape of Good Hope. The research method I use is<br />Qualitative data collection techniques (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Study of Documentation.<br />The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and inclusion.<br />The results of this study were (1) Management of the program sunset Koran society movements in the<br />three regions are very different in practice, it looks at Jorong Gantiang have excellent management,<br />Jorong Bukit Kili implement the program management has not been as good and Laing Village<br />management has yet to implement this program as it should, it looks a lack of support from the<br />town and village governments (2) Activities conducted in community programs dusk chanting<br />movement is also different in each of these areas, in Jorong Gantiang there are 10 activities performed<br />by generating a characteristic regions such as customary speech Pasambahan, in Bukit Kili Jorong no<br />7 Sub Laing activity while only 5 activity. and that (3) The effect that appears to the public is also<br />different in the three regions, as in Jorong Gantiang communities already praying in congregation<br />in Mushalla Nurul Hidayah and their home each with their own awareness, while the Mount<br />Kili community Jorong sunset prayers in congregation in the Masjid Al-Ikhwan and implement<br />program activities in the dusk Koran, and the Village Laing has not appeared influence on society<br />The conclusion of this study is necessary active role of all components of society that exist in every<br />region in the implementation of this Koran dusk society movement, especially in the area being built<br />in this program. <em>The problem of this research was that the English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar has unrevealed yet. The purpose of this research was to describe the English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar. The researcher used case study of qualitative research. In analyzing the data, researcher used Miles and Huberman steps, they are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. In checking data trustworthyness, the researcher used data triangualtion technique. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that concluded that English instructional management at SMAN 3 Batusangkar is in compliance as mandated in the regulation. It can be seen through intracurricular aspects, such as in planning, using method, conducting learning activities, and doing evaluation, and at extracurricular aspects, such as motivating student, rebuilding emotional relationship, practicing English, and channeling the students’ English talent, in spite of weaknesses in implementing innovative learning methodologies by the teachers.</em>

<p><em>Sunan Abi Daud is one of the books of hadith mu'tabarah which is the main foundation for Muslims in referring to the traditions of the Prophet. But this book, like the other hadith books, requires an explanation so that the meaning and the law can be understood well. Many scholars have tried to deliberate and explain the laws of their traditions, starting from classical times to modern times, among them is the book of shari'a known as nama AUN AL MA'BÛD ‘ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD. In this study, the author applies the reseach library method by making the book ‘AUN AL MA'BÛD‘ ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD as the main book of research objects and supported by various other sources. The problem in this study is to reveal the identity of the author of this book, the background of the writing of this book, and the method used by the author in directing this book. From the research, it was found that the identity of the author of this book was two religious scholars from India who were motivated by Syams al-Haq's desire for his brother Syarf al-Haq to write a simple book of the Sunan Abi Daud which had no length. <em>This study focused on the implementation of hilah method within the concept of fatawa of DSN concerning with Sharia banking product agreement. The problems of the research was formulated as follows: “Does DSN determine the fatawa concerning with Sharia banking product agreement apply the concept of hilah?” This study belonged to library research which studied documents of fatawa of DSN. The method employed was normative qualitative using content analisys using the rules of istimbat. The study began with figuring out the position of hilah method in Islamic laws. Next, gathering and analyzing the fatawa of DSN concerning with Sharia banking product. The finding showed that the process of determination of some fatawa applied hilah method by modifying the format of fikih muamalah. Most of the determination of fatawa of DSN used hilah methods for the goode sake consideration.</em>

<p align="center"><em>The presence of zakat institutions in Indonesia known as Organisasi Pengelola Zakat (OPZ)/the Organization of Zakat Management serves as a medium for muzakis in distributing zakat in which OPZ channels it to mustahiks systematically and recordedly. It means, in this case, OPZ plays a role to ensure the equal distribution of zakat to those who are eligible to receive zakat so as to support the achievement of the purpose of zakat for the social welfare. On the other hand, the current reality as revealed above, zakat is still much given directly by muzakis to Mustahiks (not via OPZ). This study aims to explore the optimization of OPZ in managing zakat in order to achieve prosperity in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive explorative. This indicates that there is a need to optimize the role of OPZ as an important institution to manage zakat. Strategic steps that can be done is with the program of “picking up the ball” to muzakis, cooperation with educational institutions, use of technology, and transparency in financial report. If OPZ is optimal in managing zakat then the purpose of zakat to make people prosperous can be achieved. By achieving prosperity, poverty can be minimized because of the equal distribution of income. Thus, zakat becomes a potential financial instrument in fiscal policy in Indonesia.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>Indeed what distinguishes the Islamic economic system from other economic systems such as capitalist and socialist economic system lies on its foundation as the foundation of Islamic economics it self. The foundation is the basis of the philosophical ideology of Islamic economics. The foundation of tawhid, justice and balance and benefit must always be accompanied in every Islamic economic activity. These foundations will ultimately lead to the realization of true prosperity (al-falah). The true well-being of man in the economic perspective of Islam is a condition in which the five primary needs (al-dharuriyat al-khams) described above are preserved and assured of existence in human life itself. Maintenance of religion, necessitates every human being given freedom and freedom to develop the potential of faith and implement it in everyday life. In contemporary language, man is given the freedom to develop his spiritual intelligence. Furthermore, hifz alnafs (self-development potential) is also a human condition given the freedom to organize its life. Indeed there is no power and power that threatens his life. While hifz al-'aql is a human condition in which everyone is given the freedom to develop the potential of dhikr and fikirnya and simultaneously with it also given the opportunity to access the latest sources of science.</em></p>

<p align="center"><em>At the time of the economic crisis of 1998, many conventional</em> <em>banks collapsed while sharia banks were not affected. After the crisis, sharia banking experienced significant growth in Indonesia. The problem was how the policy direction of supervision of sharia banking in the national banking system in Indonesia? The method used in this study is normative legal research using the approach of legislation. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained from legislation, scientific journals, and legal literatures. Data collection techniques used in this study is literature study. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The result of this research is the policy on supervision of sharia banking in the national banking system in Indonesia towards a better direction. Law Number . 7 of 1992 and Law Number 10 of 1998 state that the supervision of sharia banking is performed by Bank Indonesia as the central bank. However, based on Law Number 21 of 2008, supervision of sharia banking is not only done by Bank Indonesia, but also internally supervised by the Sharia Supervisory Board. Following the enactment of Law Number 21 of 2011, supervision of sharia banking shifted from Bank Indonesia to an independent institution called the Financial Services Authority.</em></p>

This article aims to explain the concept of economic development of society, primarily Islamic community which is based on the socio-economic potential of the Mosque community. Functionally, the mosque can be viewed from two perspectives, first; mosque as the infrastructure of worship, and second; mosque as a society. The first perspective has been deeply rooted in the awareness of Islamic societies including in Indonesia. Yet, in the second perspective, the function of the mosque seemed to only shift some distance from the first perspective, its significance is limited to rituals only, whereas the functional meaning of the mosque is socially very wide. Included in this second perspective is the potential economic basis of society, namely the mosque-based economy. The mosque is a medium to internalize the values of submission, obedience, and self-surrender, which is actually a model of human resource development with integrity. The process is done through a system of congregation, which is socially said to be a community in which social networks between the jama’ah are built. When viewed from an economic perspective, the jama'ah network can be translated again in the form of economic networks, either through economic unions (Syirkah) or capital cooperation (Mudharabah). To popularize the economic potential of the mosque-based people up to the entire units of the mosque community is really possible to enable the effectiveness of economic potential of the people who have been unnoticed.

<p align="center"><em>The quality of the people’s economic life in Bukittinggi as a tourism destination of domestic and foreign visitors can be improved by doing many economic activities. Since Bukittinggi is tourism city with cultural and religious people, it seems that doing economic activities can give much contribution to improve the people’s economic quality life. As Bukittinggi is promoted as city of trade, education and tourism. Moreover it seems that most of the people of Bukittinggi are religious. The study is aimed at investigating the economic activities of the people to improve the their economic quality life. The study is descriptive qualitative approach. The data are collected through survey and interview with participants. The result shows that there are some economic activities done by the people and they give much contribution to the improvement of the people’s economic quality life. The economic activities are in the fields of culinary, food and restaurants, accessories or souvenirs and clothings. </em></p>

<p><em>This research was aimed at analyzing the legal considerations juridical verdict at religious court of Purbalingga case number 1720/Pdt. G/2013/PA. Pbg. The results revealed that in this decision, the judges had attempted to meet the judicial procedure and the principle of legal certainty in resolving the default of murabahah financing contract. In general the consideration and application of the law used by judges in case number 1720/Pdt. G/ 2013/PA. <p><em>This study was purposed at describing the implementation of business cooperation UD. Yusuf; describing the conflicts were arisen from business cooperation at UD. Yusuf and describing the fiqh muamalah perspective for the resolution of UD. Yusuf. This study was called non-doctrinal research. Interview and documentation were used as instruments in this study. The qualitative data analysis was done this study by applying data reduction; data display; and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings concluded that the business cooperation UD. Yusuf was not based syariah, it was based on trust. The conflict on business cooperation UD. Yusuf should be overcome in Shulh, Tahkim, Wilayat Al Hisbah, or Al Qadha.
