<p><em>This study aims at determining the basic considerations of the Panel Judges </em><em>in Bengkalis Religious Court in granting Polygamy Permit to case Number: 0307/Pdt.G / 2017 /PA.Bkls. Additionally, this study also to find out the normative juridical review of this Judge's Decision. The results of this study indicate that this polygamy permit application is only eccomplish the cumulative requirements, but does not eccomplish the alternative conditions. Therefore honestly this application should have been rejected. However, the Bengkalis Religious Court in this case granted the application by using the Contra Legem principle in order to fill the legal vacuum on the basis of the mudhorot or harmfulness which contained in this case. This is excatly in accordance with the fiqhiyah method: "Iza Ta'arodho Mafsadatani Ru'iya" Adhohuma Dhororon Birtikabi Akhofuha "which means that if there are two cases that are equally harmful or degrading, then it must be safeguarded by a greater degree of harmfulness, by working on a lighter Mudharat or the danger.</em><em></em></p>

The<br />hopes to the future make human act well, renew their behavior quality, and connected<br />to Sunatullah. The optimistic pillars in Islam are doing many good things and leaving<br />the bad one. Living in the world is a test for human and an opportunity to do the good<br />things as many as possible as the foothold in future life. The questions are how to<br />create the optimistic feeling and how the relationship between hard work and give<br />everything in to Allah SWT is. <p>Operation of pesticide population require to be conducted. This time operation which conducted many is chemically, which can leave dangerous residu to environment. In this time have been developed by method operation of white pest by exploiting mushroom of entomopatogen which is have potency to as agent involve for the controller of pest. For that have been conducted by research with aim to in searching, insulation, and identify various mushroom type of entomopatogen which is insulation at infection insect around area agriculture of kecamatan X Koto Tanah Datar. Identify through perception of characteristic of makroskopis and is microscopic of mushroom which is insulation. <p>This research aimed to determine the optimum amylase activity at the variations of temperature and pH, and the effectiveness of extractors. The extraction of the enzyme can be done in two ways, with an organic solvent and inorganic salt. We have conducted research on amylase activity of yam tubers extracted with ethanol and ammonium sulfate. This research is an experimental research using complete randomized design with two factorials which are pH and temperature. pH variations were 4, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, and 6, while the variation of temperature are 30<sup>0 </sup>C, 40<sup>0</sup> C, 50<sup>0</sup>C, and 60<sup>0</sup>C. Isolation of amylase-was carried out by multilevel fractionation using saturated ammonium sulphate 40, 60. 80, and 90% w/v and cold ethanol 95%. Amylase activity was determined based on the concentration of glucose which is result of hydrolysis of starch by Nelson-Somogy method. The highest activity was found in fraction I, pH 4 and temperature of 50<sup>0</sup>C with 34.55 units of activity for ethanol solvent and 30.72 units for ammonium sulfate.</p><p> </p><span>Key words:</span><strong> </strong><span>amylase, activity, isolation, yam tubers extracted</span>

<div><p>Experiment of free fall motion is one of phenomena in physic. Parameters of free fall motion still measured by <em>stopwatch</em> and meter. The purpose of research is development of free fall motion experiment set based on microcontroller with personal computer display. This instrument have highest precision and accuration. <div><p>he purpose of this research is to determine the performance specifications and design specifications of viscometer. Kind of this research is laboratory experiment. The result is the design of the measurement system consists of an UGN3503 sensor as the sensing iron ball and an electronic box, the system have the average relative accuracy is 96% with an average of 0.9706. Indonesia should build golden generation. To use of memorizing Al- Qur‟an in<br />learning will give opportunities for Indonesia to have golden generation. Education<br />as basic of how generation will group up in the future. If education is good so<br />generation will be but if not so we will have less opportunities to get gold generation<br />or not be strong nation. Indonesia must be ready to face globalization in the future<br />and young generation is agent of change of a nation. Actually Indonesia has many<br />potential such as economy, cultural education, technology so it will be better if<br />Indonesia have many golden generation as we know generation will continue or<br />decide Indonesia destination in the future. Education is a best way and place to<br />prepare golden generation because everything started from education. People can‟t<br />do anything without education. Good education can change Indonesia condition<br />nowadays. Golden generation not only need transfer of knowledge but also to repair<br />attitude, behaviour, character, faith. Meanwhile, the use of the use of memorizing Al-<br />Qur‟an in learningis really important to build golden generation. Therefore, the<br />society s‟ perception onuse of memorizing Al- Qur‟an in learning to build golden<br />generation needs to be research. Teachers in schools usually employ methods that are less able to activate the<br />students' knowledge. As a consequence, many students having difficulty in learning<br />science and mathematics. Based on this problem, it is obviously neededthe<br />alternatives methods that allow students to construct their own knowledge. The<br />Method is peer tutoring. Using this method will encourage students‟ activity and<br />achievement. Some research indicated that the method of peer tutoring provides<br />significant influence on student learning outcomes. Peer tutoring is one form of<br />cooperative learning method that can be used to improve student learning outcomes,<br />because the application of peer tutoring on learning allows each student gets more<br />attention from the tutor and have plenty of time to talk or listen during lessons.

Early childhood is the most important phase for the development of the child called the<br />golden age. At this time, the basic growth will influence and determine the next child<br />development. Kids at this golden age, spend more time with their parents at home. So it<br />takes the role of parents in early childhood education. One of the roles that can be<br />taken by parents is to introduce science in early childhood. In the modern era, education sector are required to create human resources of high<br />quality. One of the requirements could be competitive, the main thing that is needed<br />is creativity. Teachers as one of the important components that determine the success<br />of the learning process and should be able to create conditions of exciting learning<br />by using a variety of models or methods that can stimulate students to be more<br />creative. One effective model that can be used the model of Spoken English teaching<br />based on mind mapping. Mind mapping technique that combines images, colors, and<br />symbols can invite students to explore the potential for himself to be more creative<br />and able to improve their English speaking skill. The purpose of this study was to<br />describe the use of mind mapping learning methods to develop students' creativity in<br />the learning of English language skills. Based on the results of the discussion, it can<br />be knotted out that the use of mind mapping methods can combine the capabilities of<br />both the brain side, so that it can develop students' creativity. The use of mind<br />mapping also encourages students to think synergistic, sharpen memory and do the<br />imagination through the association.

This research aims at finding the love emotion of SMP students at Tanah Datar<br />regency. This was a field research in descriptive qualitative design. The respondents<br />were the SMP students at Tanah Datar. The data were collected by using observation<br />and interview. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the students‟ emotion<br />could be seen from two factors, internal and external factors. First, internal factors<br />are sexuality desire and intellectual growth. Strong desire and willingness about sex<br />is developed on students. Consequently, they tend to express the sexuality feeling by<br />making a very close relationship with the opposite sex and ignore the norm. Next,<br />intellectual growth is the students‟ immature mind-set which leads them to irrational<br />thought and cannot cope the emotional problem and their relationship. Beside that,<br />the students do not participate much in extracurricular activities, that is why they are<br />too focusing on their love. Second, external factors are parents, peers, culture and<br />media. Parents do not show the good way in taking care their children. Gathering<br />with friends or peers who always discuss about love give bad effect also on students.<br />Boys and girls relationships have became a trend among teenagers and worse by the<br />uneducated tv shows such as holding hands, hugging, and kissing.

ANABUSRA RUMUS ANAK KEREMPENG: Making Students motivated in doing assesment<br />honestly at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. The purpose of this paper is to outline and to share<br />experiences whether" ANABUSRA RUMUS ANAK KEREMPENG technique " can increase the<br />motivation of the learners to perform daily tests honestly. In this case, the honesty in the<br />assessment required as a prelude to setting up the golden generation of character.This<br />experience was written after conducting assessment of learning subjects in English curriculum<br />of 2013. This evaluation technique was done every KD (Kompetensi Dasar or Basic<br />Competences) and applied in any implementation of daily tests. At first, it was difficult to<br />conduct this way because teacher must formulate a matter of daily tests and continued by<br />analyzing the test results of students with Anates Application. Not all students who could<br />accomplish materials each KD. After that, the results of the tests are distributed to the students<br />by signing the form of the return the test results. This activity was followed up by the<br />implementation of remedial programs for students who were not completed yet and enrichment<br />program for students who were already accomplished. Experience shows that the use of the<br />technique of " ANABUSRA RUMUS ANAK KEREMPENG " could increase the motivation of<br />learners in the learning. Once they saw the test results returned by the teacher, they prepared<br />to take remedial and enrichment programs. They were motivated once wanted to improve their<br />grades. With the process of formulating test items that were preceded by analyzing the<br />relationship SKL (passing grade standard), KI (Core Competences), KD (Basic Competences)<br />and IPK (Competences- achieved indicators) which then produced the syllabus, lesson plans,<br />the formulation of questions based on those of the IPK. It was continued by analyzing the test<br />using Anates, returning the test results of students and implementing remedial and enrichment,<br />so that it made the assessment activities more transparent and the learners were encouraged<br />more to improve the achievement of learning outcomes.

Hadith as the second source of Islamic law after the Qur'an does not only contain<br />things that are devotional guide only. In the hadith it can be also found information<br />about the education of children, such as the information of child environment. Various<br />information about the environment can be found in some hadith contained in several<br />books of hadith. In the information, it is found a family environment that greatly<br />influence the formation of character. The Character formation of children contained in<br />the Hadith begins from the process of finding a potential mate, prenatal, post-natal until<br />the time the child has entered adulthood. Certainly, the information of this tradition can<br />be used as one of those regarding the child's environment, can bridge the knowledge<br />contained in the Hadith with knowledge of general education.

Immoral becomes a very serious problem for this country, for example, free sex, gang<br />fight, and drugs addicted among students. Day by day, Indonesian characters under<br />Pancasila value are disappeared bit by bit. One way to reconstruct the nation<br />characters is by doing character education. The kind of education is hoped to form<br />the 2045 golden generation. The ideal character that will be inserted into the students<br />is prophetic intellectual. The students should understand that they are created by<br />God, love the God, have morality, wise, be true students, autonomous, and<br />contributive. 2045 golden generation will exist if the values are taught to the students<br />from now, especially the value about God. Spiritual intelligence will bring them to the<br />right path in encountering the development of technology. Smart and have morality<br />2045 golden generation is a new hope for the nation progress. Reconstructing the<br />religious values is an effective way to return the nation characters because being<br />religious is a starting point for someone to behave and act.
